Joe Rhoney: This dump insurance company literally ruined our lives by denying our claim we were hit by an uninsured motorist. If you are dumb enough to have this insurance company read the reviews on Google and it will show standard operating practice for this company it's to deny all claims if you are hit by an uninsured motorists. We paid our bills likely we're supposed to and they literally spent tens of thousands of dollars fighting us fighting us to deny our claim even though we had permanent damage.

Really nice experience and checked off one of the big to-dos before my trip.I also reccomend bringing the passport-sized photos and completed paperwork with you instead of having them done and filling it out there if you can :)

grouchie girl: I live in Missouri. I have a family membership. My son was stranded 30 miles from his home in CA with our car and called AAA. When the driver arrived they didnt check the vehicle, see if it needed a jump etc. They asked where we wanted it towed and we only knew of the garage in LA we had used once before. We were charged $10 per additional mile which equates to $320. This is 3 times the cost of my membership. Why does AAA agree to this $10/mile charge and bot have a max amount you can be charged??!! This is literally highway robbery and when I called to complain, I was told be two different reps “it is what it is” Still waiting for a manager to call me back. When I asked Louis Luna (H070) why they didn’t check the battery he said that was not the drivers job. If they had replaced the battery my son could have driven back to LA to have the car serviced. I call this FFF service.

Michaela M: Kurt at AAA insurance is the most rude entitled man I’ve even encountered with customer service. He started getting super political with me and refused to transfer me to a supervisor and then hung up on me. He literally started arguing with me and talking about the government and legislation. I kept telling him to transfer me to a supervisor because the conversation was turning into a belittlement and I could sense discrimination in his voice. He kept going on and on and refused to listen to me then hung up on me. This convo lasted for almost 20 min. All I called about was my last invoice because I switched insurance companies and he basically yelled at me saying that he can’t help me, there’s no extension/ payment arrangement and that my bill will just be sent to collections because all insurance companies are the same. He tried to belittle me because Kurt saw my last name and ran with it because I didn’t agree with him. Entitled men like to feel superior and ppl like Kurt assume that just because my last name isn’t American that I was not born and raised in the US. This country is completely messed up. Don’t get insurance from this company if you are not white.

Tom Servo (78): It's not every insurance agent that you can shoot the breeze with over the phone for nearly 30 minutes talking about everything but insurance policies. I've been with them for over 10 years and they've always been great at tweaking policies here and there to save me some money. They're always polite, professional, but not professionally detached and seem to show a genuine interest in you as a person. Highly recommended. I would give them 4 1/2 stars just on the principle that nothing is 'perfect'.

Jeffrey Mark: Like your dead beat family member, Jeremy Bennett just is not there (when you need him). Been a long time customer of state farm (15+ yrs). Switched agents several times and even came back to Jeremy Bennett when I moved back to the area since I hadn't had a problem (mainly due to no car issues happening).COVID happens and Jeremy Bennett decides to disable all notifications and stop making calls for problems with client's policies. I was told later they did this out of respect and the goodness of their hearts to not bother their clients going through tough times with COVID. So I hit a billing snag, supposedly I receive 7 different mail notifications of cancellation for both my car and my wife's car that I cannot locate. I am also setup for email and text notifications which I have received in the past and did not receive. My agent at the time never calls me, never emails me, never texts me. I remain cancelled without my knowledge for 4-5months until I get in a extremely minor $200 fender bender that has cost me $1500. Additionally, now I am high risk for being uninsured so long and my insurance has doubled. Jeremy Bennett is unable/unwilling to do anything, State Farm is unwilling/unable to do anything.UNLIKE a good neighbor, State Farm & Jermey Bennett were not there.I only thank God my wife or I was not in some kind of serious auto accident that could have ruined the lives of me and my family having no insurance for so long. COVID has really proved who is there for you and who should be purged from your life. Jeremy Bennett is definitely one of those purged from life kind of agentsAll the t's may have been crossed legally, however Jeremy Bennett's faux concern for clients and their potentially life altering liabilities is what is laughable. What is the point of an individually assigned agent than to have someone concerned with client retention and satisfaction? During the whole situation, there was no communication from Jeremy Bennett's office to check in on a consistent client who was cancelled because an incorrect amount payment was taken that kept the auto pay that was re-established at the same time from taking effect. The 7 notices supposedly sent were all from State Farm corporate as no communication from the office of Jeremy Bennett was sent or received

He won't try to sell you a bunch of insurance you don't need. He's genuinely concerned about getting you the right coverage for what you need. On the claims side, when something happens, he doesn't just give you an 800 number and says goodbye, he's involved and will go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. Had I been using my old insurance company/agent, there's no way I'd get this amount of care. Highly recommend!

Valerie Brodrick: Total lack of communication on changes in policy rates or changes in policy or policy holder. Never actually talk to Jeremy. I get random cancellation notices (that are mistakes, but can't be explained), request for new policy on home I inherited has taken forever to materialize. Still waiting. Just plain and simple poor customer service. I've had State Farm insurance since 1973 as has my family, and have never been this displeased.

Emily Hurley: I definitely try not to leave reviews when emotions are high. Go back in September I faced very Trumatic experience of waking up to find my vehicle being stolen from my driveway. Well State Farm was fast to get me into a rental car I experienced many Road blocks along the way between getting the vehicle recovered into the shop and back into my hands. I have missed a total of six workdays due to not having a vehicle. I haven’t had to fight banking companies to retrieve the fraudulent theft of my funds. I have had to fight rental car companies who left me out in the cold taking the vehicles that I was driving claiming my insurance company had not paid the bill. And now to find out my vehicle still will not be completed and back in my hands and I will be missing more work. When I called to speak to my agent they said let me get you through to her hold on. I only get back on the phone and tell me that she wasn’t in the office and I could send her an email. I feel as thoughI have been discarded and ignored and left in the dirt during one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. We pay thousands of dollars in insurance premiums to feel protected in the event of such tragedies. I do not feel that the state farm office has had my back nor has the company as a whole protected my assets either. Other than us experience this office has been nothing but helpful and kind. But the most devastating event I’ve ever been through I just don’t feel as though I mattered.please don’t publicly try to make me out to blame. i have been in contact with cable dahmer. enterprise etc. even my adjuster to for you to state i’ve not been in contact to make your office appear diligent is wrong.My husband and I have both spoke to you producer paris and alex and no you have not attempted to make contact. i understand your business need to rectify a situation but your going at it wrong. AGAIN, once i finally received my vehicle two months later there is still damage and issues. i’ve spoke and emailed with my adjuster and cable dahmer! this is still the worst experience one could expect during a traumatic time.
