I could smell the previous occupants perfume/cologne on the comforter. Also, both the clock radio and TV remote were gross; and were ironically under a sign noting how cleanliness is their top priority. Sadly, I checked-in at night with limited staff, or I would've notified them of the issue. But, the next morning management were quick to address the issues.Yes, I would definitely recommend staying here, and would gladly be a return customer.Food & drinks: So-so. Although the eating are was well tended and cared for, the food itself was bland and fair at best. Chaney Connelly: Went with my 7 year old and husband. Although we live here, we just went for a week and was stayed for a change of scenery! Hotel atmosphere was nice and light. Last time I visited the decor was too heavy. Rooms were too dark and beds weren't so great. Haven't stayed in a room for a long time so I wasn't sure or the money, our suite was The pool was clean and a great distraction for bored children. Accomodations were nice. King size bed was fabulous. Clean. Staff was great.

DJ Hermen: The buzzkill fun police Bethany at the front desk screamed at us for having an “open container.” Instead of being polite and using appropriate customer service skills she decided to go the opposite direction. Claims that Independence MO has a law about having an alcoholic beverage in a lobby. If that’s the law/rule, fine, but we are likely from out of town since we’re at your hotel. Rudeness gets one star ratings and the next time we visit KC to see the Ambush play we’ll stay elsewhere. Lots of options, and Bethany lost your business.

Robert Alsup: Terrible customer service by an overworked employee who seemed like he enjoyed telling me no. I needed notebook sized shipping placards printed and needed a black marker to make my first copy, to enable me to print all that I needed. I was told to BUY the marker because he couldn't/wouldn't allow me to use one. I also shipped a package with him at the same time so it's not like I'm freeloading or anything. Now I'm going to buy a marker and make my own placards and remember to ship with their competitors next time.A little goodwill really goes a long way.

Sams Family: We realized right after we dropped off a package to be shipped out that we were being scammed by the person we were mailing it to. The workers here were amazing and helped us retrieve our package and even gave us a refund. They even held the mlm package over night since we called them right at closing time. Very helpful

I visited this Fed Ex location to drop off a package, was given the most friendly greeting and was out in less than 5 minutes. Customer service like that is just extremely appreciated when it's hard to find people that care.

Nate I: Workers are always very helpful and friendly. We usually purchase our “shipping” online and then take our packages there and just email the purchased shipping label to them. They will print the label out for you and tape it to the box and get it send off. It saves time not having to read all the address info to them and paying for it, etc. It’s very nice of them to print the labels since we don’t have a printer at home. I definitely recommend this FedEx shipping location.

Erin Binney: Terrell hands down was awesome! Had to get a bunch of prints made for an art walk and he was great, also answered questions about furniture transfers and specialized printing needs. As a business owner I appreciate the time he spent with us to get everything perfect and to set up a relationship with their office. Sandra Davis: First of all yesterday was one hell of a day for me and this place really made my day a lot easier. I can’t even speak more highly of Aleisha and Amie and the way that they allowed me to have my bad day and just comforted me with their empathy and their calm demeanor. I wasn’t even one of those customers, I was just having a bad day and it was obvious. They did an excellent job repairing my rim, and I cannot praise them enough.

John Seiler: Probably not the place for 3 piece wheels. I brought in a set of weds kranze three piece wheels to have curbing fixed and the lips polished. After leaving them there all weekend, I was informed on monday that "you can't polish steel wheels" and that they had a "decorative lip glued on" and I will have to replace the whole wheel. No harm done, they just didn't seem to have knowledge of multi piece wheels or didn't want the job.

James Montigny: They fixed my curb-rashed wheels and made them look brand new. Quick, friendly service and reasonable prices. That also repaired a dented rim for me last winter and it looks like new. This is the place that everyone recommends and for good reason.

They broke the tire pressure sensor on my Range Rover and it cost me $80 to be replaced. Scott Yeager: Found this place based on a Google search and after reading all the reviews, decided to take a pair of bent wheels to them for repair and they did an excellent job. It wasn't cheap, but still cost about half what it would to replace both wheels, if they're even available anymore. Top it all off, their staff is SUPER friendly and the turnaround was less than 24 hours. Do recommend.

Chrissy Hennessey: I regret booking to this hotel based off a couple things. At 2am the people above us were very noisy, and the desk attendant took a while to ask them to quiet down. The bed wasn’t very comfy. And the smell of smoke filled the hotel. However, the other desk attendant Takila was awesome and so nice! Made good conversation and cared about our concerns.
