chris coates: My wife called Delden manufacturing Monday, April 17 of 2023 and set up and appointment with Brad for Friday April, 21st & Brad reached out to me and I gave him more info about the door and the garage opener. Friday April 21st is here so at 10:30 I call them to find out when they will be here and they said that’s probably not going to happen that they would call the service person to see if he would be able to make it today and if he wasn’t that they would call me back. 10 minutes later I got a callback from the guy that basically said too bad. So sorry but your garage door and garage door opener isn’t getting fixed today. I said thanks that’s really nice of you letting me know even though I took the day off from work and I’m out money because I was taking the day off thinking that you were going to be here to fix my garage door and my garage door opener. So I lost money. This are the reason they gave me the person that normally schedules wasn’t here when we made the appointment. The service person was over booked. Then is was we lost your ticket. So I lose a days wages my doors not fixed. I don’t expect anything for free but what I would expect is to make it right. So I’ve lost money by taking the day off, but they are not willing to maybe come out on a Saturday or a Sunday or I’m sure every garage door service company offers emergency service but they would do that because it would cost then money after it costing me a day’s wages when I could have worked. Sorry just doesn’t cut it when Delden cost me money and time

Greg Belcher: I was looking to repair 2 lower sections of wooden garage doors for a friend. He didn't want to have to replace both doors due to cost. Well, it turned out his style of doors had been discontinued. I had heard good things about Delden, so I gave them a call. Explaining my needs over the phone, they said they probably had what I was looking for. They let me come and make sure they were the doors I was looking for, and they were. I would like to thank the whole staff for their kindness and help. Job well done 👍.

Justin Newgaard: They were amazing! Had a spring break on Friday. They offered to come out on Saturday but I wasn’t going to be home. They came out Monday and arrived on time and were completely done in an hour. Replaced both springs on a big door and for a great price. Very professional, friendly and would recommend to everyone. Hope this doesn’t happen to you but if it does this should be your only call.

Alton Clay: I have to say I was most pleasantly surprised at the expedient reply to my service call during which I was having trouble with my garage door fully raising especially with the temperature brutally freezing and incoming snow. My car was literally stuck inside. To the rescue was Overhead Door Tech Brian C. I initially thought I wouldn't be able to get service that day when I called the rep said they could get to me in a day or two. I said I sure would really appreciate if it all possible if they could get out to me that day. The rep was very courteous and said they would see what they could do for me, they said if I was open to a possible later evening appointment. I said sure! To my delight as I was coming home from work that afternoon I got a call from Brian C saying if I was available he could come check out my garage now. I was like YES! Brian was Awesome! He inspected my garage door, told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. As a retired Veteran. Those are Values I greatly appreciate in a world today found lacking. Thanks Again Overhead Door.
Steve Knowles: Ordered a new entry door on June 12 . Here it is, July 25, and still not installed yet. Actually, the install appointment is not until August 4.This is taking entirely too long. Not happy at all

Frank Rabuse: I don't remember all the names but David was the man I first talked to and was on site to fix a poorly installed operator that lifts a 14x18 industrial type door. It was self destructing. Also with him was "the father and son (ex Marine !!!)". The father did a fantastic job of remounting the operator and rewiring it, and the son did a factory like job of installing a special weatherstripping to the door exterior to keep water out of the unit. I am very pleased with all the work and in fact will have them replace my residential garage doors next. You will not be disappointed if you use Superior for anything.

Carla Duncan: This is the first time I have used Superior Door Service Company. We had a squirrel that got trapped in our garage, and trying to get out, it ripped out an electrical component to our garage doors making them non functional. I called to set up an appointment and talked with McKayla. The service was fantastic! Working full time, and long hours, it is difficult to find a service these days that will work with your schedule. The service man arrived on time, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly/efficiently. I will definitely use Superior Door again, and highly recommend this company. I give this company a big 5 stars!

Just Me: I had been having problems with getting my garage door to open for almost 3 years. Superior's techs were the only ones who were able to properly and efficiently diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Jeremy Adams: Very disappointed in this company. Sad to say but I have used them in the past and it was reasonable. I had a Garage door spring break. I contacted them and a temporary fix was made on the door. He clamped the door with a spring clamp and was going to come back out to replace springs. I received a bill for over $300 for a clamp and a half hour of time. I called and was told this is the charge for temporary fix of the spring not replacement. I thought this bill was to replace the spring. I told them not to come out and replace the spring cause if the charge was $300 for a temporary fix I didn't want to see the bill for replacement. I had the spring replaced by another well known company in the Northland and the charge for the replacement spring was $206. I was also told by this company that the other spring was fairly new. I thought it was but was not told this by Independent Door & Lock. They just were going to replace it. Not very honest in my eyes. I reached out to them and they basically told me that was the charge for the temp fix. I feel very taken advantage of sense I paid $206 to fix not temporary fix.

Alicia Priddy: Do not use this for residential garage door repair. The tech came out, told me it was “shot”, couldn’t tell me how much to fix or what parts we needed or when, and advised me that typically it costs the same to replace it. So I trusted his opinion. He called the shop and quoted me $500. My grandfather asked a friend for a second opinion. He fixed it with parts from Amazon for $20!!! I’m a single school teacher. Very disappointing to be taken like that when I rely on the expert to help me in areas I’m not familiar. I feel bad for other people who have been scammed and didn’t know before they paid the bill! These techs are nice enough but not knowledgeable. I about got robbed. Look elsewhere!!
