Judy B: Chain off on my garage door. Adjusted works good. Friendly but for 15-20 minutes of work and no parts feel duped for the price today. I wasn't at home so my Son paid. Sr Citizen.
Heather Dawn: I called this morning because I was having to push my garage door to help it get all the way down. It's always had a gap when it "closes," but lately it was only making about 2/3 down and then it would go right back up. The fellas were out just in time for my lunch break, and got all of the springs, pulleys, and cables replaced. They also installed a lock for me, and replaced a roller that's comes loose sometimes. My garage FULLY CLOSES now, for the first time in 20 years. They did what needed to be done, and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't need. I definitely recommend them, and will use them in the future.

Rina Mehta: I really liked this company in the past and he helped service me before. His number was even above my garage opener. However he never called me back recently for a new garage opener. I called today because of a service issue and he won't work with me anymore because I didn't buy my new garage doors from him over 5 years ago, maybe longer. Who knows. It wasn't even for free work. His title says repair so I was even more confused why he said no. People don't want business anymore which is sad. Oh well.

MKC: I called Darrin around noon after trying to deal with Home Depot (don’t waste your time), I had a broken spring but my opener was 20+ years old and I wanted to replace it too. By the time I got home the new door was installed, my wife was very comfortable with them, price was reasonable and service exceptional. Definition of straight shooters.
Bonnie Williams: It was like watching artists at work as Darin and his son removed the old garage door and installed the new one. They were done in less than 2 hours, did all extra things like adjusting the old opener, chains, etc. Left everything clean and in perfect condition. You will always get an answer when you call or a fast call back if they just can't take a call that minute. I appreciate the professional service so much.

chris coates: My wife called Delden manufacturing Monday, April 17 of 2023 and set up and appointment with Brad for Friday April, 21st & Brad reached out to me and I gave him more info about the door and the garage opener. Friday April 21st is here so at 10:30 I call them to find out when they will be here and they said that’s probably not going to happen that they would call the service person to see if he would be able to make it today and if he wasn’t that they would call me back. 10 minutes later I got a callback from the guy that basically said too bad. So sorry but your garage door and garage door opener isn’t getting fixed today. I said thanks that’s really nice of you letting me know even though I took the day off from work and I’m out money because I was taking the day off thinking that you were going to be here to fix my garage door and my garage door opener. So I lost money. This are the reason they gave me the person that normally schedules wasn’t here when we made the appointment. The service person was over booked. Then is was we lost your ticket. So I lose a days wages my doors not fixed. I don’t expect anything for free but what I would expect is to make it right. So I’ve lost money by taking the day off, but they are not willing to maybe come out on a Saturday or a Sunday or I’m sure every garage door service company offers emergency service but they would do that because it would cost then money after it costing me a day’s wages when I could have worked. Sorry just doesn’t cut it when Delden cost me money and time
