The fellas were out just in time for my lunch break, and got all of the springs, pulleys, and cables replaced. They also installed a lock for me, and replaced a roller that's comes loose sometimes. I called the next Monday to set the schedule, and the locksmith told me he wasn’t going to be able to do it and to call someone else to put the new opener in for me. WHAT?? He just wasted four days of my time!!I called Overhead Door and explained the situation, that the motherboard was evidently not functioning to connect to the remotes, possibly due to age, and that I’d like them to send a technician out with universal remotes if they wanted to try that option, but also to bring a new door opener with them, so that if it didn’t work out, they could get the new one put in without having to reschedule a new appointment. Overhead Door told me they wouldn’t be able to do that, that the would send someone out for a service call (I think it was $86.00?) and then if they couldn’t fix it, they would have to come back. I told the woman that I had already been through this once and didn’t want to have to keep wasting my time and money on service calls when I knew the situation options available, and was fine with either option, as long as I got working remotes.She insisted. I hung up.I contacted JAMES and told him the story above. He said “sounds like a good plan”, set an appointment, showed up on time, tried to set the remotes up and found out the motherboard was fried and turned to me and said “You were right” then he went and got the new opener from the truck and he and his assistant Nick put it up quickly and efficiently. (This saved us BOTH time!)It was actually quite interesting watching them each doing their parts as they took down the old and put the new one up.Great job, guys!I’ll reccommend you anytime!

Janel Bowen: Three nights after I had Quality Garage Door install a garage door on my detached garage on my property I was broke into and robbed of many tools. The only thing is that this wasn't a coincidence. James, the owner, brother is the one who did the installation and knew exactly how to get into my garage and exactly what to steal. He has an obvious drug and or drinking problem evident by his appearance and demeanor. After 22 years at my home without incident 3 nights after he was in my garage it wss robbed, not a coincidence. Upon googling his name he has a history of trouble going back to Florida. James, if you want your business to succeed then maybe you should take off the blinders and realize what your brother did. Only good I can say is that my new garage door looks good.

Michael Sestak: I called Ford Concrete after finding them on Angie's List and requested a quote for the following:1) install a 360 sq. ft. patio in my backyard2) repair walkway up to the front porch3) replace 4'x18' section of driveway that had fallen 3" in front of the garage4) replace three sections of broken sidewalkThis was not a small project.The co-owner, Todd, was extremely responsive and agreed to come out within 48 hours to provide an estimate. The price they quoted was less than two competing bids. However, they said they were scheduling 2 months out. This was not a problem for me, so I agreed to have Ford do the work.I received a professional confirmation via email that required me to digitally approve the quote. I was impressed by the quality of this process since a different company I was working with had sent me only a hand-written proposal.In less than six weeks, Todd called, ready to begin the project. On Wednesday, a team of five members completed the initial excavation and prep work. On Thursday, they poured the concrete to all four areas, using a Bobcat to move the concrete to the backyard. On Friday, they returned to complete the clean-up work. Todd was physically on-site to inspect the work on each day. After the work was finished, Todd called and spoke with me at length to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the work.I have attached a few pictures. Since it's been raining for the last two days, the concrete has a few dark areas due to the rain, but these clear up in the sunshine.I am very happy with the work Ford Concrete completed on our home and I can't wait to use the new patio in our backyard. We have wanted to do this project since the day we moved in 10 years ago.
