Had to wait till the next day to pick up. Very unresponsive and slightly rude staff in the evening. Acted like I was an inconvenience for being there....won't go back to this location, ever.

Not just someone stating they have it on hand, you come in and they only have 1 when you needed 2, that kind of situation. Instead, it seems other stores lean on this one as back bone of the area and they keep up with their stuff.

Cindy Schwartz: Staff is super helpful and friendly, been going here for years now. All staff is helpful, but Red really stands out, not just to my family, but noticed multiple times others as well.
Michael Squires: After my car broke down, and was towed home, went and got a part for the car, but had to go to a different store to pick up the part.
Lewis “Nolier” Duttery: The young man that waited on me was rude! I took the lite bulb socket that I purchased, and asked him if that was the only type of socket available? He said yes so I asked for a refund but in the mean time an older man said wait a minute and look it up and they will have it in the morning! Apparently the young man was too lazy to do his job right! I don't know the young man's name but he had shot dark hair and wore glasses!

But no one reaches out anymore. I'd probably be a big let down anyway. But I bet I buy all my automotive needs there!

He proceeded to lock the door 4 minutes early and walk away.Will never go back when treated so rudely. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They called to let me know that the part that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and when they ordered it they made sure to order a second one to be sure they did have 1 in stock. Zackary Rients: Do not buy a wiring harness from this company! I regretfully purchased a harness for a 1946 Chevy Truck w/ alternator for a customers build. Not only was it put together cheaply but the "instructions" that came with it where completely wrong. I removed every single cheap terminal and replaced them all. I then laid the harness and sat there wondering what to make of the instructions. Every wire was labeled wrong. Many wires had no location or destination. They certainly did not take the time to provide a proper diagram. I called multiple times and never received a response. I also emailed a couple a times and was promised that someone would be contacting me. Once I tried them only to be answered by the rudest old man that yelled at me. If your looking for poor quality, unsafe, over priced harness and would like to have a Car-B-Q and burn your vehicle down buy now.Wish I would have bought an American Auto Wiring Harness for like $12 more dollars.

When I needed an ecentric brake bolt that is not in the catalog, they had one from a parts truck, and when I order there has always been a quick turnaround. Prices of vintage car/truck parts are always expensive, but when comparatively shopping, I have found Carter to be the least expensive most of the time. They have become my go to source on my ‘37GC.

Jet R: Wonderful employees here!! Gotta call the lady that helped me today named Ruth! She was beyond amazing. My husband & I went in to get a new air pump for our tires as the one we had just broke. I was telling the man checking me out that we were buying a different one than our last bc we had now had 2 of them break even though the most recent was not even 2 months old; that's when the other employee working asked if I had the broken one with me. I went and got it and after some looking Ruth was able to bring up the warranty on it so I could be reimbursed for the broken one! It was awesome, times are hard all the way around for everyone and $30 bucks means gas for work or pet food or groceries. Thank you for your awesome customer service and give RUTH A RAISE!!! Pronto!
