Shanel Whitley: I love shopping here and I am a regular customer, I love hillcrest and their mission. However there have been in particular a couple rude, disgruntled employees I’ve experienced which seems ironic considering this is a Christian ministry. One in particular had blue/green hair and was rude to me and a friend in two separate encounters at the clearance center. These volunteers/workers shouldn’t be working here if they can’t be kind to customers.

Kimberly Holsted: The downstairs items in the bins are junk. Anything out of the bins are retail pricing or can get cheaper online. Not thrift store prices.
Tara Jordan: $16 for a piano bench, suitcase, lightbrite, 2 balls, 3 infant outfits, shoes...Still great but I miss the antique furniture... Lots of new stock. Not my thing really.
Charles Wheeler: Can find good items if you go often enough
Emily Curry: There's not a whole lot here (at least upstairs: I didn't make it down) but still worth investigating because the prices are excellent. Not overcrowded with piled up stuff, either - easy to sweep through fast!

Tabi: We love this thift store. You can't beat the prices! Always find something! We drive 45 min each way to get here. We get a cart full everytime. Love getting women's clothes, children clothes and books here! Not so sure about the new outlet part in the basement. The staff is always kind. There is restrooms. This is our favorite thrift store! Great prices! You can buy a cold drink or candy bar. Good prices for toys too!
Pam Davis: Great prices and great merchandise so cheap. There are now bins downstairs that start out for $8.00 per item on Friday and Saturday goes down to $1.00 per item on Thursday.

Gerald Campos: Lots and lots of clothes, sheets blankets and pillows. Kind of weak on bric-brac and electronics, etc.
Amber Rae: Huge store with about 50 giant bins of mixed clothing and some of shoes that you can dig through. Always something for everyone there is just no organization-you have to find what you are looking for but it's a ton of fun! Just watch the clock because they are super strict when it comes to closing time and kicking everyone out
Brian Hill: This place is great. They have men's, women's, and kids clothing in bins. Fill up your shopping cart, weigh it, and pay it. They provide large trash bags for you to haul your goodies to the car. Every so often, they will swap out bins and bring fresh digs out. If you're lucky enough, you may actually find something new and never worn. If you are on the larger side, this place is for you. I saw a 6XL shirt yesterday!!! If you're like me, a Large, it's hit or miss depending on when you go. Enjoy😁
Christy Wilson (Chris): I can always find something that I need or simply want when I go to Buy The Pound. Infact, I most usually come out of the store with more than I can handle by myself! Overall it is a nice concept of getting a good bargain at a thrifty price. Sometimes other customers make it to where it's not a pleasant environment, but that is in no part a complaint towards the company.

Zombiesrppl2: I was told I couldn't come in after another person walked in to shop directly in front of me. It was 8:45, and the sign says they close at 9 but the employee told me they close at 8:45 to clean so I wasn't allowed to shop. The woman who came in at the same time was however.

Adam Allen: I like this store. It's a place where you can get clothing and random household items for a great price. I would bring gloves and expect to work for your items. It's a friendly, safe and always staffed place to thrift.

Kyle Gebhart: These are best "thrift bins" in town. Long hours, friendly staff (for a thrift store), they don't overfill the bins and prices are much much less than Goodwill bins.
