Richard Knight: I want to thank the Gentlemen who helped me with my plumbing problem. I came into the store to fix an old out dated prier outdoor spigot and he talk me into going with a new outdoor spigot. He talked me through the process and now the problem is over and complete. Great Service!!!
Dale McClaran: Very friendly and helpful sales service. I was looking for a hot water heater brand that was still MADE IN USA. Bradford White is the only one I could find that seems to fit the bill. After an online search I finally called the manufacturer to ask a technical question about a specific model and where I could buy locally, I found the Neenan Co. less than 1/2 mile from my house. I never knew they were there. Neenan Co's price was roughly 35 percent lower than the online price. Model selection at this store is limited, but they have a better selection at other stores in the area and could transfer if needed. I selected one in stock and another accessory. They loaded me up and I was on my way. I do a bit of plumbing for myself and family. I may wander in soon to see what other toys they have to restock my tool box.

Steven Knirsch: Called Avery Heating and Cooling for a furnace issue that popped up out of the blue. Chet Avery and his team had a technician at our house in short order. The technician took care of our needs and got us up and running quickly with minimal cost. I had one service come out and the tech said I needed to spend $10,000 with him to replace both my AC and the entire furnace, but couldn't do it right away.I called Avery and they sent a tech right out. He diagnosed the problem and explained it completely so I understood what he could do for me. I OK'd the repair and he finished within an hour for well under anyone with HomeAdvisors wanted. I was nice and cool in no time and didn't pay what the others wanted. I'll never even think about using any other service.

Shane Miller: Beware of this company if you plan to use them. I set up an appointment for water pipe inspection, kitchen sink drain repair, and disposal replacement quote 2 WEEKS in advanced. I was NOT given a timeframe in which the plumbers would arrive and was told I would receive a message 30 minutes prior to their arrival when they would show up (whenever that would be cause I sure was not given any idea.) So the day of my appointment comes and I spent all day waiting to hear from the plumbers and nothing. Aboute 3:30 pm I received a text saying that they "may be running behind schedule". I understand having a full schedule and delays I'm jobs which puts appointments behind. However, when a customer schedules 2 weeks in advanced and it's a minimum $99 charge just to come out PLUS gas tax, I expected much better from this business and expected a better experience. I hope they can offer better service in the future and I'm glad they have enough work to disregard some customers, but that's never an excuse for terrible service.
Joe Dangelo: Very professional people. They had a $79 main line cleaning with free camera inspection. That's unheard of.
Ross Rinehart: I'm giving two stars because my mom has had a great experience in the past. She currently pays for VIP service and requested a friday evening emergency service to snake the pipes. So they arrived Saturday morning, we believe his name was Chris this was only his 3rd sat working as this is just a second job for him is what he told us. I want to restate he came out to snake the pipes, this is important because the "plumber" said he would not open the main drain because he did not want to get sewage on him and if he had to do it he would charge my mom 400 to 1000 dollars. So my mother opened the main drain so the plumber could do his job. As a Soldier I would love to say I perfer not to get IED explosion on me Army and if I do I was 400 to 1000 extra. Or the medic in the ambulance not wanting to pull that person our of the car crash because he might get blood on him so he is going to charge an extra 400 to 1000 dollars. I know I've made my point but this guy chose this career and refused to do his job unless a customer paid an amount that any normal person would refuse because it was too much. He did also mention to her while she was opening the main drain that "he only had 30 minutes " as if she wasn't working fast enough for him.

Made us feel like we would not get our heat fixed for several days if we didn't make a decision right then. Found same products for way less. And very similar warranty. When Glen arrived, he assessed the problem and explained what would need to be done to fix the problem and what the cost would be.Before beginning the work he covered the area with traps and plastic. His work was done efficient and in a professional manner. Francesca Elgin: They will charge you fuel cost, even if you live less just a 1,000 feet from the building, which is 50 bucks. They are not the nicest and make sure to make you feel less than adequate even when you ask a question. God forbid I ask what MY money would be going towards when your asking someone to pay over $1,000 for one service. Go anywhere else to receive better customer service. Very disappointed.
L B: My family has used this company several times. While initially, a few of the repairs seemed good, after a short time problems developed with most. Just this week, they did work on my parent's air conditioner. Despite the fact that only the wiring harness on the outside unit was broken, a salesman convinced my elderly father to replace a cooling coil. However, there was reason to replace this cooling coil, because it was working fine and they had just replaced it in April 2021 for $2500ish dollars. That repair only served to benefit the salesman and this company. If you choose to use this company, be weary of their “recommendations. ”Service:A/C system repair

Gerry explained everything he serviced in detail explaining to both my wife and I areas of concern on our 15 year old A/C unit. Gerry is another example of the high caliber of individual who works at Anthony’s and is one more reason why we use Anthony’s for our home’s mechanical needs.
Christopher Martin: Anthony (of Anthony) was here for our annual heating tuneup. He identified a problem with our vent pipe (flue pipe) and recommended and completed preventive maintenance before the issue became a bigger problem, including with respect to health and safety risk if the vent pipe had failed prior to replacement. Recommend Anthony and Anthony PHCE, hands down.

Megiloth: I highly recommend this company. I've been with them for 10 years when they installed a new AC and Furnace. I'll have them out every couple years for maintenance. They don't try to upsell on something I don't need. If there is something I may not need, they are upfront in saying that maybe in a couple years I may need such-and-such replaced but not now. Recently I had an issue where water was dripping down the sides where the seams are all taped up. The guy actually told me he could save me a few bucks on a call and had me do a simple fix, which was the overflow tube and drain pain being clogged. Problem solved.I have not had any problems with them and they are always on-time within their window. Alissa Napier: I have literally never made a review, positive or negative, but with the overwhelming good reviews (which is why I hired them) I wanted to share my experience so some other family doesn’t get ripped off and taken advantage of like we did. I paid $700 to have our furnace repaired by AV. The furnace never got repaired even after being out here 3 times (in their defense one of the times was our fault as we were not giving them accurate information), so we called a different company. The new company showed us an actual part was broken within 5 minutes. AV told us our furnace was “frozen due to extreme temps”. I emailed them and after I didn’t receive a response I also reported them to BBB, with again no response. I feel as if they took advantage of our lack of education surrounding our HVAC system.
