Skife: I've used these guys for all kinds of jobs over the years.I finally decided to get a new furnace, ac, and hot water tank. They did the entire job within a day and my house has been comfortable ever since. Great value for great work.
Ryan Larsen: Our warranty company, 210 warranty, sent out the fourth HVAC company, which was NEECE, and what a difference. Team members were cordial and pleasant and explained everything in detail, including what needed to be done and a timeline for completing the processes. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for an honest, reliable service provider, as we received three different pricing proposals for the same services. They give us the best bang for our buck and provide excellent service. Again highly recommend it.

I was relieved to be able to speak to a real person, the answering service.As promised, Bob called shortly after 8a on that weekend day and, as promised, he arrived at the time he said. He immediately went to work, easily and quickly identified the problem and fixed It. He tightened all screws to the unit and ensured the unit was centered safely on its pad.I noticed he took care to wipe his tools and put them in their proper place in his bag. Billy Phillips: AS Dillon was finished diagnosing, and replacing my AC capacitor. I paid him in cash. The bill was just under $145. I handed him, What I thought was 3 $50. bills, ($150.00) as he wrote up my bill. I was glad my AC was working again. I told him to "Keep the Change". Well I had handed him $200. I got my reciept and went to talk with my neighbors. And a few minutes later, Dillon walked towards me showing me 4 $50 bills. During installation, I asked Will and Evan about the positioning of some exhaust pipe and concerns I had. The "why" of the situation was explained very clearly to my complete understanding. Joshua Krieg: I reached out to Ted due to his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I needed service due to the fact that my AC wouldn't work. I had to leave him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He informed me that he can be by the same day to take a look at it. He reached out to me again and let me know that he would be at my house in about 10 minutes. That was appreciated. Upon arrival he began his diagnoses and got right to the issue, he replaced the component that had failed and had the air conditioner running in no time. He preceded to check out the entire cooling system and did so with good conversation and in a professional manor. There was no attempt to up sale un needed parts and I was happy with the final service bill. I will be calling Ted's Heating and Cooling the next time I need service for sure. Er Mann had work completed before other companies had even returned my call. You just can't beat that!
Laya Down: Mom needed ac looked at last summer. Reasonable price and mom said older guy came and he knew his stuff but he tracked dirt inside and mom said he didn't say sorry but other than that they did fine. Ended up being a coil or something like that and I think it cost to get a replacement for it but mom said it was ok after that.

Ryan White: This is the second time we have used Donovan and All Day Comfort Heating and Cooling on two different homes and we absolutely could not be happier. We had a forced Air Whole house humidifier, Nest, and Hot Water Heater installed. During the install Levi of All Day Comfort noticed our hot water heater was on the brink of a major failure that would have wrecked our basement and cost us a ton of money. He had a new one at our house within the hour upon our request. He left a wonderful install with the Google Nest fully programmed to run all of our systems and left the work completely cleaned up like he had never been there. Shane Miller: Beware of this company if you plan to use them. I set up an appointment for water pipe inspection, kitchen sink drain repair, and disposal replacement quote 2 WEEKS in advanced. I was NOT given a timeframe in which the plumbers would arrive and was told I would receive a message 30 minutes prior to their arrival when they would show up (whenever that would be cause I sure was not given any idea.) So the day of my appointment comes and I spent all day waiting to hear from the plumbers and nothing. Aboute 3:30 pm I received a text saying that they "may be running behind schedule". I understand having a full schedule and delays I'm jobs which puts appointments behind. However, when a customer schedules 2 weeks in advanced and it's a minimum $99 charge just to come out PLUS gas tax, I expected much better from this business and expected a better experience. I hope they can offer better service in the future and I'm glad they have enough work to disregard some customers, but that's never an excuse for terrible service.

Ross Rinehart: I'm giving two stars because my mom has had a great experience in the past. She currently pays for VIP service and requested a friday evening emergency service to snake the pipes. So they arrived Saturday morning, we believe his name was Chris this was only his 3rd sat working as this is just a second job for him is what he told us. I want to restate he came out to snake the pipes, this is important because the "plumber" said he would not open the main drain because he did not want to get sewage on him and if he had to do it he would charge my mom 400 to 1000 dollars. So my mother opened the main drain so the plumber could do his job. As a Soldier I would love to say I perfer not to get IED explosion on me Army and if I do I was 400 to 1000 extra. Or the medic in the ambulance not wanting to pull that person our of the car crash because he might get blood on him so he is going to charge an extra 400 to 1000 dollars. I know I've made my point but this guy chose this career and refused to do his job unless a customer paid an amount that any normal person would refuse because it was too much. He did also mention to her while she was opening the main drain that "he only had 30 minutes " as if she wasn't working fast enough for him.

They are not the nicest and make sure to make you feel less than adequate even when you ask a question. L B: My family has used this company several times. While initially, a few of the repairs seemed good, after a short time problems developed with most. Just this week, they did work on my parent's air conditioner. Despite the fact that only the wiring harness on the outside unit was broken, a salesman convinced my elderly father to replace a cooling coil. However, there was reason to replace this cooling coil, because it was working fine and they had just replaced it in April 2021 for $2500ish dollars. He identified a problem with our vent pipe (flue pipe) and recommended and completed preventive maintenance before the issue became a bigger problem, including with respect to health and safety risk if the vent pipe had failed prior to replacement. Casey Traders: I used Morton man over the summer time to help get my AC going the tech was great. so yesterday when we switched our heat on and it didn't work they were our first call, they said they were busy and would fit us in today completely understandable on short notice, the tech called today to tell my fiance he would be to our house shortly, my fiance left work and headed home to meet the tech, instead of showing up tech called and said he wasn't sure if he even had the the part to fix our air-conditioning, and would call back.2 hours went by waiting to hear from the tech, finally got a hold of him and he said nothing they can do till Friday. so instead of fixing my problem or telling us they couldn't fix our problem they wasted our time all day and now we can't even have someone to came look at it till tom.
