Dawn Jefferis: Wow! Juan, Casey and Abner did a fantastic job, in record time for us. Took extra care to not make a mess, very little noise, and were so polite. No one ever wants to find out their HVAC is on its last leg. This company offered multiple solutions to repair, to help our budget, but the package they put together for a whole new system seemed the best option in the long run. They scheduled next day install, were on time, texted notifications so I knew when they would arrive and who the techs were. Michael Shoemaker: Scheduled a appointment did not show day of appointment did show up next day repair was great but price is crazy to put a basic ball value in paid over 600 for service and repair for a 20 dollar part and maybe a 6 inch copper pipe with to crimping sleeves dont recommend unless you have cash to burn
Shane Miller: Beware of this company if you plan to use them. I set up an appointment for water pipe inspection, kitchen sink drain repair, and disposal replacement quote 2 WEEKS in advanced. I was NOT given a timeframe in which the plumbers would arrive and was told I would receive a message 30 minutes prior to their arrival when they would show up (whenever that would be cause I sure was not given any idea.) So the day of my appointment comes and I spent all day waiting to hear from the plumbers and nothing. Aboute 3:30 pm I received a text saying that they "may be running behind schedule". I understand having a full schedule and delays I'm jobs which puts appointments behind. However, when a customer schedules 2 weeks in advanced and it's a minimum $99 charge just to come out PLUS gas tax, I expected much better from this business and expected a better experience. I hope they can offer better service in the future and I'm glad they have enough work to disregard some customers, but that's never an excuse for terrible service.
Joe Dangelo: Very professional people. They had a $79 main line cleaning with free camera inspection. That's unheard of.
Ross Rinehart: I'm giving two stars because my mom has had a great experience in the past. She currently pays for VIP service and requested a friday evening emergency service to snake the pipes. So they arrived Saturday morning, we believe his name was Chris this was only his 3rd sat working as this is just a second job for him is what he told us. I want to restate he came out to snake the pipes, this is important because the "plumber" said he would not open the main drain because he did not want to get sewage on him and if he had to do it he would charge my mom 400 to 1000 dollars. So my mother opened the main drain so the plumber could do his job. As a Soldier I would love to say I perfer not to get IED explosion on me Army and if I do I was 400 to 1000 extra. Or the medic in the ambulance not wanting to pull that person our of the car crash because he might get blood on him so he is going to charge an extra 400 to 1000 dollars. I know I've made my point but this guy chose this career and refused to do his job unless a customer paid an amount that any normal person would refuse because it was too much. He did also mention to her while she was opening the main drain that "he only had 30 minutes " as if she wasn't working fast enough for him.

Made us feel like we would not get our heat fixed for several days if we didn't make a decision right then. Found same products for way less. And very similar warranty. The woman I spoke with was very courteous, knowledgeable and was able to take care of my needs immediately. She scheduled my appointment for the next day and informed me of special promotion the company was offering, which were incredible.I was contacted when the technician was on their way. When Glen arrived, he assessed the problem and explained what would need to be done to fix the problem and what the cost would be.Before beginning the work he covered the area with traps and plastic. His work was done efficient and in a professional manner. Overall my experience with Anthony Plumbing was “OUTSTANDING!” They will be the company I go to for all my Plumbing, Heating and AC needs in the future.Thank you guys for a great experience!
Francesca Elgin: They will charge you fuel cost, even if you live less just a 1,000 feet from the building, which is 50 bucks. They are not the nicest and make sure to make you feel less than adequate even when you ask a question. God forbid I ask what MY money would be going towards when your asking someone to pay over $1,000 for one service. Go anywhere else to receive better customer service. Very disappointed.
L B: My family has used this company several times. While initially, a few of the repairs seemed good, after a short time problems developed with most. Just this week, they did work on my parent's air conditioner. Despite the fact that only the wiring harness on the outside unit was broken, a salesman convinced my elderly father to replace a cooling coil. However, there was reason to replace this cooling coil, because it was working fine and they had just replaced it in April 2021 for $2500ish dollars. That repair only served to benefit the salesman and this company. If you choose to use this company, be weary of their “recommendations. ”Service:A/C system repair

Gerry explained everything he serviced in detail explaining to both my wife and I areas of concern on our 15 year old A/C unit. Gerry is another example of the high caliber of individual who works at Anthony’s and is one more reason why we use Anthony’s for our home’s mechanical needs.
Christopher Martin: Anthony (of Anthony) was here for our annual heating tuneup. He identified a problem with our vent pipe (flue pipe) and recommended and completed preventive maintenance before the issue became a bigger problem, including with respect to health and safety risk if the vent pipe had failed prior to replacement. Recommend Anthony and Anthony PHCE, hands down.

He gave an estimate before he performed the work and the final cost was what he quoted. He was able to repair it on the spot, make necessary adjustments and explained everything afterwards. We have used Anthony's several times and the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their kind and friendly attitude is the same with all their employees. We really trust them and they have always done a great job for us.

Casey Traders: I used Morton man over the summer time to help get my AC going the tech was great. so yesterday when we switched our heat on and it didn't work they were our first call, they said they were busy and would fit us in today completely understandable on short notice, the tech called today to tell my fiance he would be to our house shortly, my fiance left work and headed home to meet the tech, instead of showing up tech called and said he wasn't sure if he even had the the part to fix our air-conditioning, and would call back.2 hours went by waiting to hear from the tech, finally got a hold of him and he said nothing they can do till Friday. so instead of fixing my problem or telling us they couldn't fix our problem they wasted our time all day and now we can't even have someone to came look at it till tom. I would not recommend this company at all.

All the HVAC companies were slammed this weekend yet they still got out to me within a couple of hours. The service man didn't try to yank me around and do a bunch of unnecessary BS which is rare for these companies. I called again Tuesday morning, I was assured they would be here by mid to late afternoon. Nothing. I called again Wednesday. I begged them that if they didn’t want my money to please refer me to someone else. I was told that I was absolutely the next on the list and I would hear from them soon. It’s now 5:30pm and I haven’t heard a word from them. How many days do I continue to be held hostage in my home waiting for them to show up? At least have the courtesy to tell me you aren’t coming so I don’t sit here waiting. It’s obvious that my time is not worth anything to these people.

Stephanie Opfer: Since December of 2022 this company’s billing has been outrageous. Understandably, during the winter everyone can expect their bills to be a bit higher but it seems that this company has doubled their normal charge amount.

Katie Moore: Had spire for awhile. Pay it the same way every month on my online acct. They said I didn’t pay my January Bill when I did and early. They told me to send a bank statement. I called, emailed over bank statements, screenshots of my payment from my bank. It’s been 4 months and it’s still not resolved. Only two times I’ve gotten an email back out of MANY emails sent with what they asked for. They finally called me and said they’d take care of it within 2 business days. Another month passes, still no change on my acct. Then they say my bank statement and showing the transaction was taken out of my acct wasn’t enough and they need proof of payment that Spire actually got the money. It literally shows that on the bank statement!! Why does ONE payment out many, get lost? How does a payment get lost online when it’s paid the same way every month.

Oasis Managment: A new tenant purchased a home here in the park and there was a leftover gas bill from the previous owner who unfortunately passed away.We let spire know about this but the new tenant still had to pay for a bill that didn't belong to them even if they wanted heat and hot water.

Laura Mullins: I have shut off my gas for the summer for 10 years. Once I called Missouri Gas Energy to reconnect they would always come out the following day. Not Spire, it was a week after I called. Not only that, come to find out it's an all day appointment: 7:30am until 11:00pm. I wish I still had Mo Gas Energy. Spire is an aweful company. We should be able to choose our gas service. Spire has a monopoly, no choice. Gas or no gas. Spire is the worst company.
Ronnie Simpler: I had spire shut off my service 2 years ago when I lost my house to a fire. I recently tried to get new service but because my old bill was 14.00 when I had them shut it off they want that and 150.00 deposit to start service. Even after the lady on the phone told me it was sent to collections and wrote off.I'm switching to all electric and investing in solar panels. I will never do business with greedy spire again!

Desiree Wilson: I got a disconnect notice for $181.00 dollars so I tried paying over the phone but they do not allow you to pay with a debit card, instead they want your routing and account number which is odd. Then I tried to pay at a pay center but they only accept cash. So I went and paid $200.00 dollars and then when I got home I had a disconnect notice on my door so I called them and they tell me that want an additional $291.00 to have my service restored. That doesn’t even make any sense! The customer service representative said I have to pay $150.00 deposit that’s not even going to go towards my bill and the only way I get it back is if I pay my bill on time every month for the next 12 months. I’m still not understanding why I’m paying so much to have service restored. I can understand having to pay a reconnection fee but this is just ridiculous!! I’m sure that $150.00 dollars will go straight in their pocket because they are thieves!
