This property INSTANTLY welcomes you when you walk in, the staff are sooo hospitable and sweet and the leadership exude those same attributes. Sarah Kessler: Dirty and small rooms. If we ever came back, we’d have to get a room with a balcony to be able to walk around a bit. Row machine was broken… I don’t know why it was kept in the gym? Other than that, the kids loved the pool and staff was nice :) Also a nice lake to walk around to the playground.
Cross Family Fun: We only stayed overnight while we were passing through but it was a very nice and clean room. The grounds are beautiful and they serve a nice breakfast. If we’re ever in town for a longer visit we will definitely stay here.

Angie St John: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Met family for a mini vacation and had a great experience with all of the staff, especially Josh who was on the evening shift. We were able to meet downstairs to socialize and play board games with the kids and not have to cram 8 people into one of the rooms and possibly bother other guests. Mentoria Moments: I give them no rate! I’ve had my reservations for weeks I have even called to check on my reservation. I paid for it in cash upfront just to be told they do service the community around them because people have brought things and people that wasn’t supposed to. I’m still trying to figure out how that had anything to do with me I’ve never had a room there and wouldn’t dare give them a dime now. PUT ON YOUR WEBSITE YOU DON’T WANT LOCAL BUSINESS. Cassie Griffin: I had to go down to the front desk several times to get items that should have been in my room including toilet paper and linens for the pullout bed. I was not able to get an extra pillow for my husband because "guests steal those and we do not have any extra at this time". The breakfast was not edible. The gravy was watery and had no flavor. The eggs were sitting in water and the sausage was basically cardboard. Save your money and stay somewhere else because this location is poorly managed apparently.

Google User: The toilet and showers are old and stained. The staff steals and will come in your room without permission.The internet doesnt work and they REFUSE to call someone to fix it. The entire second floor, the ethernet ports do not work. The wifi doesnt stay connected.The snacks in the pantry are disgustingly over priced. $3 for a $1.50 bag of chips.Housekeeping comes once a week and I'm not talking about the deepclean. The house keeping that's suppose to come every morning, it's been over a week since they've been by.

They found a room for us, but let me list everything that was wrong that we noticed in this hotel which was why we got a refund and ran for the hills:Lobby:- musty smelling- only one person at desk- maid came in and ignored front desk worker when asked for list of ready rooms and went out the door for a smoke- hand written note on door to breakfast area saying breakfast not available until further notice per management-1 hour to wait in line then have them say they didn't have our booked room for us before they "found" a clean oneRoom(only in it five minutes):- door had previously been forced open and required full body shove to close.- sheets and blankets were stained- holes in the bathroom wall- towels were dirty- smelled like cigarette smoke (nonsmoking room)- floor was grimeyOn top of all this there were a couple people hanging around the front the entire time looking at everyone in the lobby and peering into cars.This place is filthy, and definitely not somewhere you would feel safe, comfortable or relaxed. I was very thankful that they gave a refund and we did not actually stay the night. Ugh creepy crawly feeling just thinking about it. Run, don't walk away from this placeRooms: See review. Michael Wiggins: This was by far the worst experience staying at a hotel/motel. When I checked in, they gave me a room that someone was already in, I'm sure the lady trying to sleep was just as surprised as I was when I opened her door. When I informed the people at the front desk they did not apologize they just handed me another room key and said the housekeeping would be finished cleaning it in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I had yet to see a single person go in the room to clean it. Once again I returned to the front desk and they gave me a third room. At least it didn't have cleaning carts or someone sleeping inside it but it was absolutely terrible, tv did not work, water pressure was terrible and half the lights did not work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. One of my friends was staying there as well and she had pretty much the same experience checking in as I did and she said she would never stay there again as well.Rooms: Filthy and rundown

The only thing to note negative about this Residence inn is the fact most rooms aren't elevator accessible which is a huge inconvenience for someone like me who lives in hotels for atleast a month at a time and have actual luggage I have to carry up flights of stairs. Sea Mac: The employees were terrific. The front desk was friendly. Kim listened to me and apologized when I checked out. In the morning during breakfast, I can't remember her name, but she was right there, ready to assist a guest if needed.The room, not so much. Checking in, there are no obvious queues to the customer that there are areas under construction...until you check in, walk past the front desk and then see the plastic, tape, and maybe some signage....maybe.As you walk to your room, at least in my case, you pass rooms with open doors and plastic haphazardly taped over the doorframe over the door. The stairways, unkempt, as the one I traversed had a toothpick on the steps for the four days I was there. The elevator, expect to spend a good portion of your stay in it, as it's the slowest elevator I've ever been in.So, my room, I will let the photos make the case. Signs of water damage on the ceiling, cracks in the walls, and really bad interior lighting. Unsealed doorframes, bad stucco, and lack of detail when cleaning were obvious.The basketball court. Two nights, I'm awake at 1 a.m. listening to someone play basketball outside.The room just wasn't what I expected from a Marriott property.

Adam Whitt: Stayed here 4 nights for a work trip. My biggest issue with my stay is that this hotel is currently under what I would call a major renovation from either massive water damage or an extreme remodel project. Half the hotel is gutted down to the studs mainly in the middle portions and the elevators were not working. Personally, I think they should let consumers know that their hotel is under renovation before booking. My room was clean on the surface but if you looked closely it was not by any means squeaky clean - I had chewed gum on my walls, and it was pretty obvious that the rooms were surfaced cleaned in any high touch areas. However, I had a suite style room that was spacious and comfortable for the most part. My only other issue with this hotel is the location, it is backed up into a small section of woods and attracted some shady activity. I opened up my blinds at 9 AM one morning and there was someone breaking into cars right in plain sight in broad daylight. They do have security on staff which I reported to immediately after seeing this. All staff I encountered were very friendly.

Mary K: This "premier" hotel is anything but. Very noisy a/c units. Questionable safety of parking lot. Numerous people have reported that their cars have been broken into in April and May 2023. There are two signs in parking lot that state all liability is on car owner, not the hotel. Spoke with Roman the manager who stated he'd hired security to patrol parking lot. None of this was explained at check in. We checked out and went to a better hotel which was $60 cheaper and a huge suite. (Hilton Homewood Suites). No refund on this hotel of course but we were not taking a chance in the middle of a 4000 mile trip.

WAS WARNED BY STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS NOT TO PARK PAST THE END OF THE BUILDING OR IN THE LOWER PARKING LOT I GUESS A LOT OF VANDALISM. INSIDE THE HOTEL IS NICE. AC DID NOT WORK REAL WELL SET ON 63 ROOM STILL WARM. TOILET FLUSHES SLOW AND SHOWER DRAINS SLOW. BREAKFAST IS GOOD BUT BAR AND RESTRAUNT IS EXPENSIVE AND BASIC NOT OUTSTANDING. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

I would not stay here again due to the location, except if I am going to a baseball or football game.The hotel restaurant/bar has a limited menu, Mainly it is deep fried bar food. The only other restaurants in the area are Taco Bell and Subway.The staff was friendly and helpful -- provided you could find them. The front desk was often unmanned, and calls from the room often went without anyone picking up at the desk.Unlike most other hotels, the air conditioning did not blow on the bed, so I had a comfortable sleep.

Drummer 1995: Myself, my husband, my mom and her husband came to the chiefs vs titans game last night and stayed at this place... you want to talk about the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The gentleman at the front desk was the neatest and kindest man I've met that works at a hotel. It has some pretty cool rooms and was just so very cozy. Will stay here from now on, everytime we visit Kansas city, and need a nice place to stay!

Heather Rowland: My boyfriend found this hotel, when there was no availability at the hotel chain he usually books. What a quaint little find! I wasn’t sure what to expect when we first arrived, as it is pretty hidden among a somewhat residential area. But it was fantastic! Number one most important thing to me is cleanliness! This place is clean! I was impressed, and that’s not easy to do. I would go as far to say that every dollar I’ve spent somewhere else (and we’re talking about decades of 5-star hotels, $200-$300/night), was wasted on rooms that don’t come close to how clean this one felt!You sure can see the difference when a hotel is ran by the very people that have an “interest” in it. They are invested, and they treat it accordingly. We will visit again!!We even had a skylight in our room….do you realize how nice that is, to get real sunlight from above, in what’s normally a dark hotel room? 😍 Fantastic!! 👍🏼😁

Josh Herrman: A bit pricey. It's unique. The interior is a little weird. Place was very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was pretty stuffy without AC. We think that they control the temp even though there is a thermostat in the room but we turned it down but it didn't help any. Breakfast was lame with weak coffee. Yes, this place is unique and has some character but we didn't think that it was worth the price. We probably wouldn't stay there again having experienced the place now.
