Belkanoir: Paid $30 for gas with my credit card. Went to pump said gas but nothing happened. Went back in to let them know that the pump was pumping gas. They tell me that their thing inside says it is. I told them that I came in to tell them I was getting no gas if I were getting gas. The one employee came out to look at the pump. There were 3 employees working there. None of which could figure out what was going let alone fix anything. The one that seems to be incharge? Called the boss and told him what was going on. They tell me they can't void my purchase, they can't refund it, stop payment. I what I could do is move to another pump and run my card again for another $30 they would get me my gas. I did finally gety original money back. I will never go there again. They are so incompetent. You need to have someone who fix issues with the purchases and have some ideas of what's going on and how things work. Gross incompetence .

Sashia Caw: I came in this location and purchased 20 dollars on pump 8 a 30 dollar scratcher a bottle of water a pack of marboral lights and a watermelon sugar free monster...I walked out the gas station and started on my way to Kansas to pick up my paycheck from work after spending about 30 minutes there I headed back home...this is a 30 min drive there and a 30 min drive back...about halfway through my drive home my gas light came on...I realized I had driven off without pumping my gas earlier when i stopped at the gasame station...I tried to find the number for the gas station but it was not listed when I Google it (it is the only location that doesn't list a number) I was just going to drive up to the gas station but the game had just let out and traffic was horrible so I continued to search for the number online...by the time I finally located the number to call the store and let sone one know what had happened it was 9 o'clock two hours after I had made purchase...the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone said too much time had passed and he would not give me the 20 dollars worth of gas that I paid for...I explainwd trying to find the number and not being able to and I even offered to drive up there and prove my car was on E and asked him to search the cameras to see I was not lying and I gave him a detailed description of my purchase right down to the pump number, type of cigarettes and redbull like I listed above...I think this is wrong I am willing to offer proof that I did not receive the gas that I paid for and he refused to give me a product I paid for ...now my vehicle is on E and I have no way to get to work because I spent the last of my money on the purchase made at this gas station....he told me I could come back when the associate who served me would be working in the meantime I'm just screwed...if this is not fixed I will not return and give this Staton my service...what a horrible experience...and very unhelpful staff...I just want the gas I paid for.
