Shelby Manthe: Horrible that you spend $ with an establishment that won’t let you throw a tiny little bit of trash away. I run 3 businesses and need friendly faces to surround myself with. I just moved here a week ago and love to support local and thought I had found my place. Needless to say after throwing away 4 tiny zip lock bags and the ice bag trash (that I purchased there) the owners apparently monitor the trash cans and had her come out and tell us we couldn’t throw trash away. It’s a shame you treated a customer this way but don’t worry we took our small amount of trash home with us and will not return.

( I didn’t ) I felt very unsafe due to the aggression this person was giving. Couldn’t imagine how this situation would have turned out if I hadn’t just ignored it.

Jason P: Cashed in a $15 lottery ticket and I get the feeling the guy shorted me $5 on purpose. I brought it to his attention, and he kind of seemed like he thought "oh darn, he noticed". I haven't had that situation occur in many years and often times I don't even check the cash I'm given, but I just had that feeling here from the outset. I'll adjust my review if I ever drop by again but it's hard to give the benefit of the doubt given I had the feeling before it even happened.

Very disrespectful very slow and plane out does not know how to do her job.

Sashia Caw: I came in this location and purchased 20 dollars on pump 8 a 30 dollar scratcher a bottle of water a pack of marboral lights and a watermelon sugar free monster...I walked out the gas station and started on my way to Kansas to pick up my paycheck from work after spending about 30 minutes there I headed back home...this is a 30 min drive there and a 30 min drive back...about halfway through my drive home my gas light came on...I realized I had driven off without pumping my gas earlier when i stopped at the gasame station...I tried to find the number for the gas station but it was not listed when I Google it (it is the only location that doesn't list a number) I was just going to drive up to the gas station but the game had just let out and traffic was horrible so I continued to search for the number online...by the time I finally located the number to call the store and let sone one know what had happened it was 9 o'clock two hours after I had made purchase...the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone said too much time had passed and he would not give me the 20 dollars worth of gas that I paid for...I explainwd trying to find the number and not being able to and I even offered to drive up there and prove my car was on E and asked him to search the cameras to see I was not lying and I gave him a detailed description of my purchase right down to the pump number, type of cigarettes and redbull like I listed above...I think this is wrong I am willing to offer proof that I did not receive the gas that I paid for and he refused to give me a product I paid for ...now my vehicle is on E and I have no way to get to work because I spent the last of my money on the purchase made at this gas station....he told me I could come back when the associate who served me would be working in the meantime I'm just screwed...if this is not fixed I will not return and give this Staton my service...what a horrible experience...and very unhelpful staff...I just want the gas I paid for.

Mike Radabaugh: This HyVee Fast & Fresh has Pibb Zero. I like Pibb but have been looking for a place that has Pibb Zero. The manager is friendly along with the employees, January 2023.
Diana Aguilar: They're slacking in food options. The corn dogs look burnt. There were two slices of pizza, no variety. I grabbed a cookie assuming it was chocolate chip as it is not labeled. It is actually peanut butter, luckily I don't have an allergy to peanuts, but someone else might. This could be a problem for Hy-Vee. My mom wanted hard-boiled eggs, normally they come in a pack of two, but we couldn't find any. Overall, their food just doesn't look appetizing. I understand it's gas station food and it's not supposed to be fancy. Nothing looked fresh to me.
