Chris Loving: As far as hat options They are top notch best quality in town. Over the past years i’ve spent ton’s of money here. As far as customer service 1/10. Its a constant pattern i have picked up over the last year or two. The main manager Has not only treated me horrible but other customers in store as well. She hasnt been in for a while or at least i haven’t seen her. The younger male who is usually there (lightskin short dark hair tattoos on forearm) has picked up the same habits. Here is one example from just today. I get to the store at about 4:15pm the signs says “on break be back at 4:25” The Employees (2) get back around 4:35. Me and several other customers proceeded to tell him we have been waiting here awhile and he says back “read the sign” witch made no sense to me. He unlocks the door then proceeded to tell me again to read the sign and come back at 5:00. I then waited around the two employees went to the back. I then decided to leave and call them asking for a corporate number as i have had enough of the outrageously disappointment from the service. The employee (Lightskin short dark hair Tattoos on forearm) answered the phone and asked me “are you the people that just left” as i had expressed that we were, the man told me no “*igga” we dont and hung the phone up. I will no longer be apart of this location for as long as the management and staff are there. We spend hundreds of dollars here monthly to be treated like this.

shannel watkins: This location is the absolute worst.. I have been to this location over 4 times this month. My first time going the employees were rude, it was very hard to get service but I really wanted a hat so I purchased 3 hats.2nd time going there hours say “12-9” I arrived at 6:00pm no one was there.. go for a 3rd time to get some hates customized the employee states there machine is down. I go back for a 4th time 12/20 at 5:30pm.. no lights, door closed but there over 4 people in the store just sitting around and laughing. I opened the door to check and see if they were closed and all the employee just looked around and said nothing and laughed. The employee came to theDoor and said “we are closed for the day due to a spill but maybe try in 40 minutes” so I decided to make a call while in the mall to the store to see what’s going on.. a girl answers. I asked her “hey are you guys open?” She said “yes”, I said well I’m here now and you guys are closed” she said “ohh well there is a spill come back in 10 minutes. So I said back to her” the guy in the store told me you guys were closed so I’m lost” she literally sat in silence on the phone and said” oh” , I then asked her “what are you guys hours really because I’ve came here multiple times and you guys Aren’t open. She says “ we close at 9..” but you guys are open!!. So I advised her I would just reach out to a manger.. this location has no respect or care for there customers… I will never spend my money or waste my time driving this location ever again…

Brian Fleming: I went to the store at 5:15pm, the stores lights were off but they were still inside stitching hats. They informed me they were closed but the sign on the door said they closed at 6pm. They don’t care at all about the job they are doing. The embroidery machine is complete trash.

Sophia: This is a horrible store. Service is sh!t. The so called " Manager" is trash, No customer service skills at all. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She was very rude instore and when I called to resolve an issue over the phone, all she wanted to do is go back and forth. Then she passed me to someone else who was just as incompetent. She hung up on me. No resolution to the issue created on their behalf.

Mayra Villanueva: Purchased a hat for my boyfriend and got it embroidery and the guy at the counter said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes.. No big deal so I waited around. I go back in 30 minutes and the hat is still not done so I waited some more. After a hour I finally go in and he says the hat is going to take longer than expected. Again, fine no big deal. I have a couple of days so I can wait till I get it back. I gave him my number to call me when it was completed and 3 days later no call, and you can’t call them because the phone rings 1 and then hangs up on you. Finally called again the next day and “manager” answers rudely and says they been busy so orders were very delayed. Great I understand with Christmas right around the corner however if they would have said that in the first place versus saying it’ll be ready in 20 minutes then I would have expected to wait a couple of days. This place is a joke and staff is very professional and seem not to care. I’m sorry you hate your job!

I was able to find a gift for all of my family from children to adults and there is something for any price range from stickers to jerseys. Taking Chiefs Super Bowl Champion gear home to Texas to show I am a proud member of Chiefs Kingdom! Staff was super helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the mall area. Just remember The NFL sets the prices, not the store.

I've bought over 1k of merchandise in the Las 2 weeks. Now I don't have a receipts for any of it. Now cause of them not doing there jobs correctly. They say call corporate. When I shouldn't have to go through all of that if they just did there job correctly. So I can't return/change out a size for a bigger size. I have to go threw a gambit of days maybe weeks to get anything done. Yet I get take this survey for shopping there. But no email receipts. Don't even know what this survey came for, what purchase? I've only made 20 of them. To find out I have no reciept for anything. Only my account stating I purchased from the store. What a a joke. Only in Independence. Kids and drunk managers. Now wander nothing is done right.

I understand if this is store policy but no explanation or answer given. Not great customer service to say the least.

Mandy Campbell: **EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF**Came in to take my daughter to do a little graduation shopping spree. We were not greeted by anyone but the one employee which I'm assuming is probably a manager. She rudely told us not to undress the mannequin from across the store. If she had walked over she would have seen we were just looking at the sleeves and we were thinking of purchasing one off the rack. We were not undressing the mannequin. We will never buy anything from this company again. This is what's wrong with this location. The employees need to knock off their better than thou attitudes. Specially for people that drive a ways to visit this location. 1pm in the afternoon and turn your customers off as if you were selling high-end art.
