Wendy L: I had a really good experience here. I didn't realize that my bras were all the wrong size, and that's why they hurt. They helped me find 2 pretty bras that fit much better. I took off 1 star because they are a bit pricey.

They were very patient and professional with her, since this was her first time she ever got fitted for a bra. I also got some for myself, and as a plus size person I was relieved and felt at home with their size range. Overall this little shop is the perfect place for women of every body type. N. Hauser: This place is amazing! We drove 30 minutes to get here, because there’s nothing like this in our area, and we were not disappointed! They fit you for bras, and are extremely knowledgeable about bra fit and a variety of issues people run into. The selection is vast, but also very well curated. I ended up walking out with several bras that fit well and look good. I even got a few that not only provide good support, but are also sexy — a bonus I did not expect!I recommend getting a fit appointment before you come. We came on a Saturday morning without an appointment. We didn’t mind waiting, but will get an appointment in the future.
Kelsey Jensen: The ladies were fabulous in this store. Unfortunately the first bra I ordered took a while to get here so by the time I got it, it really didn’t work anymore. The good news is I was able to exchange it very easily to a new sports bra. Thank you for your help and amazing customer service. FYI it is best to schedule an appointment if you are on a time crunch. I would highly suggest coming in with an open mind to maybe a style you would never try. These ladies are professionals and will definitely find what you need.

Amber Cohee: This my go to bra boutique. They have EVERYTHING!! if you have issues finding bras/swimsuits that fit this place will have it. It took me years to find place that carried my size and this has it. They have extended sizes I've seen up to O and they'll do any needed alterations on site before you leave! Highly recommend!!
Chloeann Petty: Just purchased some Forever New to wash my undies. They really do last longer if you hand wash in the stuff. If you are not wearing a bra that is well-fitted, comfortable and pretty, make an appointment. They have expert fitters and can fix you up.

A “E A” M: Cannot recommend. Last time I visited this store, there was a single line in, with a gal looking through your bags before anyone was let in. After making my purchase, the receipt was stapled on the outside of the bag and no tissue was put over my purchases. I was appalled. This store treats their customers like thieves, because they are too stingy to hire security. The sales clerks also had a poor attitude. I now drive to other locations where they treat me with basic respect one expects from a business.

She treats us with so much respect and she also makes us feel so confortable while shopping, i gotta say we have spent more than one thousand dollars in their merchandise! And we keep coming back because we love their costumer service! And yes there will be a few workers who might not be the nicest but don't let that spoil the picture, please give this store your time of day as am sure you won't be regretful!

Racheal Seek: Where's shopping experience the mall ever a little girl who was working was rude disrespectful and should never be in customer I couldn't even get any help well in the store and then when I asked her a receipt they told me they could not print one that they had to email it but they never took my email. Kind of hoping that the items don't fit my boyfriend so I can return them because the whole experience was not worth spending a dime on
Jennifer Jasinski: The girl in the store could not help me make my purchase with my credit card. I did not want debit I wanted credit. She said "I don't know what to tell you" and made me feel bad that I wasn't using the debit option. Tis the season for mean store clerks. This is my last purchase at AE Independence Center MO.
Susan Aly: Two white sales women did not acknowledge us at all just looked at us. We're Filipino/American, they acknowledge the white customer though. Yet we spent money because my granddaughter like the pants $100 (2 pairs).

Maddy Place: Came in around 6pm today, and I was a hot mess to say the least. I had several returns, on two different orders, and needed to find a pair of jeans without holes for tomorrow as I’m leaving for a work trip. The two girls working were so nice and helpful. They looked in the back for me multiple times, and even though they didn’t have the style and size I needed, they pulled a few different options for me. I normally don’t write reviews but I hope the two girls working tonight are always praised by management because they made the process quick, easy, and I left with a pair of jeans that will work for my dress code! I’ve always love A&E, and the independence center location is great. 12/10 experience, I wish I remembered the employees names because they were great!

Talitha McFadden James: Racist, on a numerous of occasions I caught them wiping down the counter that is supposed to be wiped down in between each transaction, on when African America folks left the counter and leaving up unwired when a Caucasian left the counter. This happened with three different register while just patiently waiting for our turn in line then they did it to us. Also just want to say their policy for returns is also unacceptable if someone one can prove they purchased an item even without a receipt their money should be returned. Won't shop there again.....
