Erik Gustafson: Had an issue from the factory on aftermarket wheels that Jeremy cleared up right away. Excellent service, knowledgeable and explained specific situations to me (to which I have no experience). Even went back for the "check up" on the wheel nuts and he took time out of his schedule to assist me. Will definitely be back again. A++
Wyatt Williams: This place is is not professional I talk to a rude employee names Jeremy. All he did was give me attitude and misinformation. I scheduled a appointment they then call me 10 min before the appointment to tell me I was canceled cause they are booked. I told them they should be better at being communicative jermey proceeded to give me attitude and being short-with me. I asked when the next available appointment was and it's not til the 17th I get you have things to do but be better at updated it on website and your employees when I told Jeremy this he told me what ever goodbye and hung up the phone in my face. I call back for a manager he won't talk to me and the person I did talk to didn't even care at all if this is how your establishment is ran then I will not be back ever again I will be letting byrider know as well. I honesty feel something should be done this is the third time this has happened a customer should not he treated so disrespectfully.All I wanted was a tiny oil chsnge and i get attitude and hung up on then made to think that it's a regular thing that happens by your management what a un honest business wow I'm very disappointed
Jim Dunn: I’ve typically had great service at this NKC location but had an issue last week. I took my car in when a tire started going flat, and Goodyear staff reported they found a nail in the “side wall” that couldn’t be repaired. Cost = $350 new tire plus install. They were unable to find a replacement tire so I picked it up to run it by the dealership. When I looked at the tire the nail was clearly 1-2” into the tread so I ran it by another shop. 20 minutes and $18 later, my tire was fixed. This is the second “unrepairable” tire this Goodyear has found in the past six months. Maybe they’re following stricter corporate guidelines, but I’d recommend taking a closer look and maybe getting another opinion any time they indicate a tire can’t be fixed.
Scott Cutter: My daughter's battery gave up the ghost on Christmas Eve. I called no fewer than 5 different places to see if I could get it replaced to no avail. One of those places recommended that I try Goodyear on Swift in KC. I called and initially Joachim, the manager, said the decision had been made to close early and wouldnot be able to help.. I kept talking to him until he invited my daughter and I to drop by. Goodyear doesn't keep batteries on hand so they drove somewhere to pick one up for us before installing it in my daughter's Hyundai. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't need to, but they did. I couldn't be more pleased and will think of Goodyear the next time I need service for any of my vehicles.

Theresa Baham: They not only fixed my friends flat tire near by for a reasonable price, fitting her in last minute on a holiday weekend - but they also just fixed my air with little notice in my truck on a heat advisory day for me for a very reasonable price. I could cry tears of joy! They told me to come back next week to ensure all is well and the problem is 100% resolved. The price, the work, the customer service, the expertise - Five stars is not enough for this Good Year. This one is Great Year Auto Service! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Willow Hunter: Booked an appointment with them over the weekend, showed up to my appointment on time only to learn that they were having issues with their system and did not have me down for an appointment at all, AND they were booked out until the following week. I received no call, no email, no notification whatsoever of the cancellation and drove my car that needs repair 40 minutes there and back. Don't schedule with them cause you'll get there and end up not even being serviced or apologized to! Really unprofessional.
Josh Albarelli: Really appreciate this crew. Brought in my older German car for an alignment. Tech made some minor adjustments, but said suspension was worn and it really needed replacement. Referred me to a German car specialist. Car drives true until I can get it in for a legit fix.They could have easily sold me some alignment package that would have cost me $$ and it wouldn’t have fixed the root of the problem. Definitely a trustworthy shop I’d return to down the road.
Amy Kennedy: I have taken my truck here for the past few years. Always pleased with the work done… they do what needs to be done, not what will make them the most money. Joaquin and Jeremy are always courteous and helpful.

The Lion: Every time I have been to this Goodyear location, it has been 5 stars. The customer service and the work is exceptional. Those on here giving one star are complaining about superficial things. Its immaturity tbh. These guys are great and set proper expectations. Cars take time to fix the right way. It’s always a little scary when one is unfamiliar with the service provider but he was very courteous and helpful. Thank you to Jeremy and the team.
conor mcneice: Absolutely legends work here. Fixed my tire, and as I was switching the new tire out for my spare I realized my jack didn't lift my car high enough. One of the guys saw and came over with a their jack and changed the tire free of charge. Then as I was just leaving, one of the workers was out front pumping up a homeless guys bike tires. Genuinely nice people

Bobby Crockett: Made an appointment for 8am a week ago to have 4 tires put on. Currently sitting in the waiting area for 2 + hours. I wouldn’t suggest this business if you’re not wanting to spend an entire Saturday waiting to have tires put on. If you can’t honor an appointment and perform it in a timely manner then I would suggest a reevaluation of your scheduling process.
Marcus Puett: Tired of getting the short straw at Goodyear tires. Now This location has good techs but Until now my bumper was damaged on their lift backing it off and I’m out of pocket as it was ripped. (No one admits so must be the case) No cameras? They didn’t tell me and Steve has nothing to say or assist. When making the appointment I was told they wouldn’t use that lift. So now I leave it here. Good job and good luck!
Michael GRabowski: I have been using the Goodyear store on Congress for 20 years. My cost for an oil change was $38 for years. 6 months ago $58 3 months ago and $90 yesterday. Called a Toyota dealership for oil and filter change $49.00..

Mikaylee Balcom: I went to have an oil change done at another place, and I was told that they could not change my oil due to the hood of my car not closing and liability. However, I called Goodyear and though they were fully booked, they told me to leave my car with them. They looked at my hood and discovered it would be a very minor fix, and they did so at no charge. Also, the oil change was done at a very reasonable price. This was my first time going here, but I certainly would go back if I was not moving soon. I was very impressed with their service.

Ed Walker: My sister in-law took her car there for work to be done, she picked up later that day and the hood popped open and bent back on the windshield. So there was hood, windshield, and the top of car all had damage. Went back to confront them about, the manager said they had no reason to open the hood and so on, so on......heard all kinds of excuses. So I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there for car work, they seem careless and won’t admit to blame!!!!
Maurice Duncan: My wife went to get an oil change and they stripped the the oil pan screw out and tried to charge us 700 dollars to fix it I'm getting legal service to sort this out.
Grace Hart: Do not come here. I repeat, do not come here. Made an appointment with them (8 am) and they tell me they will be done at noon on the same day. Get a call at around 3 and they say they wont be able to get to it till the Next day. Just for a diagnosis. I come to pick it up and they charge 130 some dollars just for a diagnostic test. Seriously, Dont come here. Total rip off and unreliable service.
