Jen: Was desperate and needed a tire asap. One little tire for a sedan $190. The wait time is horrendous as it's 1st come 1st serve. Don't bother making an appointment because you'll wait beyond your appointment time. 2-3hr wait period and ridiculously high prices. After I bought the tire out of desperation, I checked around other businesses. I found the same tire for $65..Screw this company. Never again

I moved here from Michigan about 8 months ago where I purchased my tires from a local Discount Tire there, and was concerned about how the warranty worked since I didn't have my paperwork and I wasn't at the original Discount Tire where I purchased them. Christopher was reassuring and was able to pull up my information, and eased the nervousness. He was kind, funny, and took care of my needs, as well as helpful and knowledgeable about products. There was another customer who was vague in what he was wanting for a vintage Ford Truck, and I witnessed Christopher walk him through options and helped narrow down what he was wanting. The customer service was really pleasant. They quickly took care of my needs, and had me on my way. I'd definitely come back again.

Kimberly Patrick: I gave it a four star just because it was kind of expensive I don't know how much these tires are regularly but I spent around 750 on four brand new tires seem kind of steep for a discount but they were quick and efficient and I went in close to close so that was nice of them to still work on my car they did say it was going to be $60 to get a sensor to turn off which I was like I'm good as long as the tires are good I'm good that seems steep and they do try to upsell you on a few things like windshield wipers which I bought because I just got this car but I'm not big on getting pushed or pressured to buy things

harmony tyndall: Been going to this place for years and never had a problem until recently. I had them change the oil and the gasket wasn't on right apparently and all the oil drained out of my car. I brought it in the next day for them to fix it and my car was still leaking oil. It didn't leak oil before I took it in. They fixed it a third time and even fixed one of my lugnuts to make up for it. I appreciate that they fixed my problem each time with out charging me anything but over all it was super unorganized this time around I don't know if they have someone new or if it was just a weird one time mistake but I still recommend them.

I went there around 5:30 last evening 5/24/2022 to have a tired repaired if possible, if not replaced. I was happy when he said he atched it and i was good to go. Cost 27$. I pd and left. When to a family members house a few blocks away. When i went to leave less than 2 hpurs later, my tires was flat again. I tried to call no answering machine or voicemail. I called at 9 am this morning he told me to bring it back and they'd take care of it. I told if if they could fix it great, if not I'd get a used one. He told me there would be no charge if he could fix it. I assumed if he couldn't, since he didn't say that it couldn't be fixed last night, he would put what i paid towards new tire. He came back out and got a used tire. I asked if my could be fixed? He said he didn't even tryand went back with used tire. When he was finished he started writing the bill out at full price. I asked him why he didn't put the 27$ i paid last night towards the tire. His reply was he fixed that tire, to which i replied no it went flat in less than 2 hours, so not fixed. He starting yelling i was trying to screw him over, threw my paperwork at me amd told me to get out and never come back. 3 times i tried to pay the difference between repair and used tire which was fair. He said no get out every time. I had planned to return and purchase a new set from him. Now I'll be going elsewhere. Where they dont scream and tell you to get out when you ask for fairness. Then I went to El Jefe. I should have started here and will be my go to tire shop in the future. Super friendly, fast and cheap. Paying for a replacement tire isn’t fun. This shop helped the process be so much easier. Very much recommended.
