I Towed my vehicle back to my house to let it sit again. They had my truck a week and left the window down for 7 days. Leaves all over the interior of my 1970 gmc. Not happy. Don't use this place. Wasted my time and tows.

My Question would have taken moments. Now… they do have tons of + reviews and mistakes happen sure. Still. Plus… I could hear the conversations taking place (I’ll show decency) not exactly classy! Perhaps someone needs to be retrained on the phone system? Had I been put on hold proper, this wouldn’t have happened.I’ve called back… busy for the last 20 min. The phones likely sitting on the counter.. w me “on hold” still. How effective is a business who’s line is busy for an hour?

A. Karnes: These guys were great, fixed a defective gasket in the valve stem.

Disillusioned American: They won't rip you off. Just had them do an engine. They did a good job. Like every thing it's not cheap.

Was told to bring it in that day for them to take a look. It then took 3 hours to get it fixed. frustrated because it didn't seem to be a priority took them a little over 2 hours to even look at it

Went into the tire center to see if someone could help me and met James, who was super friendly and helpful. He came out to my car and ended up going around and fixing the air in all of my tires. He even gave me a couple valve stem caps since I was missing a couple. Not impressed with their air compressor, however I am impressed with the customer service that James provided. I have no idea. people are stupid, they pay 20% more to save 20% on tire wear and tear...... what waste of time. Just buy a couple used tires, don't rotate them, when they wear out after $25,000 miles, replace them. duh.
