Trampas Whiteman: Asian Gifts is a fun store with all sorts of things for anime lovers, sword lovers, and much more. The staff has been very courteous and helpful.
Alice Reinheimer: Very poor customer service. My son tried to return something and the lady just stood there telling me she didn't know what to do and I had to come back. After explaining that I had to leave State for a funeral she continued to just stand there and tell me she doesn't know. There is 2 problems here 1 this place needs to teach there employees how to do everything before they leave them there alone and they need to learn how to have good customer service. My son spends tons of money at that place and if I do by chance get back from out of state before the 14 days we will go up there for the return and never go back again. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service all around

Miykaelh1984: I was insanely busy at work and didn't know if I was going to be able to see my mom for Mother's Day. I decided to send her flowers, just in case. Nikki was amazing. She coached me over the phone after sending me pictures of what she had in inventory, based on the colors and flowers I mentioned in our conversation. She was able to take flowers I liked and flowers my mom liked and created the perfect arrangement that tied me and my mom together. Thank you Nikki for making my mom know how special she is on Mother's Day. Side Note- I made it to see my mom for Mother's Day, and my flowers were better then my brothers. 😆

Jamie Lathon: Nikki at Alissa’s flowers was so wonderful to me when I called her the day before my mother’s funeral wanting corsages of pink roses made to pin on my mother and 12 relatives. She made up a couple of examples and texted them to me to choose from. Nikki was so kind and did her very best to create something so special for us even on such short notice!! She truly went above and beyond. Great customer service! I will definitely go to Alissa’s from here on out for all my floral needs!

Wrapping paper, bags, tissue for wrapping, bows, tags, tons of Cards for every occasion, and so many great items for children & still lots more to see. It would take me, at minimum, a Few-Several Hours to see everything they have. This, by far, is one of the top Best Hallmarks I've been in and I'll be back often!!If you, your child or someone you know is a collector of "Peanuts" (Snoopy is prominent but there are more so no worries) then you must go! There are so many Great little gifts throughout the store!!It's across the street from Independence Center Mall, 2-3 store fronts east of Kohls. Wheelchair accessible and plenty of handicap parking spots.Go ahead and have a nice looksy around!! You Will Enjoy It 😉😊!Next time I go, which should be within a couple days,I will take pics & add to this review!
