Wuji Fei: Standard Made in KC experience. If you have been to one of the stores, you kinda been to all of them. I think the one in Plaza is a bit different as it has several food options and also have dedicated local artist stalls. One thing I don't like about the whole chain is everything has pretty much 2 colors, red and yellow, and KC labels are pretty much on all the stuff you buy. I understand the support for local goods but this is a bit too much. Local made can manifest in many ways other than simply just use red and yellow and Chiefs...

Alex Erbeck: Incredibly informative staff- they are coffee experts, and they have a lot of fun doing what they do! The menu is a lot of fun- I recommend the oat milk latte with honey syrup- YUMMM! They also have a clever "Cereal-milk" latte. I'll say, it's a limited menu, but they do what they do really well.
