Tanya Tetzner: The owner and employees are absolutely exceptional here! They are always more than willing to help and so personable. I got a new printer without checking to make sure they carried the ink (it is a newer style of printer) and it just so happened they didn't. However, they didn't just say they didn't carry the ink and move on. He got on the computer and phone and figured out how to get the ink I needed and as quickly as possible.The owner, Don, also supports local small businesses by allowing the small business owner to display and sell their products in his store. He has many unique, high-quality gift items that you won't find many other places. I can't say enough positive things about this place to do it justice.They are simply outstanding and I would highly recommend this place to anyone many times over. I forgot to mention the cheap prices also! The name of the store certainly follows through on its promise. I save just over 50% by buying my ink and other office supplies from here rather than Office Depot or even Wal-Mart.You won't be sorry you decide to be their next new customer and you will certainly be happy you are :-)

Taking Chiefs Super Bowl Champion gear home to Texas to show I am a proud member of Chiefs Kingdom! Staff was super helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the mall area. Just remember The NFL sets the prices, not the store.

Devious Uno: They aren't helpful current staff is lazy and rude. They do not take the time to make sure to get your email correct and or your email receipts. I've bought over 1k of merchandise in the Las 2 weeks. Now I don't have a receipts for any of it. Now cause of them not doing there jobs correctly. They say call corporate. When I shouldn't have to go through all of that if they just did there job correctly. So I can't return/change out a size for a bigger size. I have to go threw a gambit of days maybe weeks to get anything done. Yet I get take this survey for shopping there. But no email receipts. Don't even know what this survey came for, what purchase? I've only made 20 of them. To find out I have no reciept for anything. Only my account stating I purchased from the store. What a a joke. Only in Independence. Kids and drunk managers. Now wander nothing is done right.

She coached me over the phone after sending me pictures of what she had in inventory, based on the colors and flowers I mentioned in our conversation. She was able to take flowers I liked and flowers my mom liked and created the perfect arrangement that tied me and my mom together. Thank you Nikki for making my mom know how special she is on Mother's Day. Side Note- I made it to see my mom for Mother's Day, and my flowers were better then my brothers. 😆
