Had to have United Heating and cooling come out and get it running . United had to put freon in it, now works great. You would think McGraths would now that. I would recommend anyone but this company which is poorly run.

Bob was "one" of 5 people in the entire U.S. to hit that mark---period!! No one else in Kansas City ranks anywhere near Bob's knowledge in this field! NO ONE!! Naturally, he is the only person I will let touch HVAC system-design and installation on our remodels, new-homes, and commercial buildings we undertake. Furthermore, Bob's integrity far surpasses the competition! He knows the science better than any in our area. Great man to have on your team and project. Incredible person too. Travis Morgan: These guys kicked major ass! Hired another company, and they half ass'd the job, left the site dirty and then said we can't finish it, stuff came up... pushed it out 3 weeks. Called another local guy, he was cocky and expensive. Found these guys and I should have called them first! Quick, and easy to deal with. Came out, we talked, was honest, even told me about a rebate (I got 325 bucks back from MGE) and said it would be a week due to busy season, I said fine. Week later they were there as promised, showed up at 9:30 am took an hour lunch and was done at 3. Cleaned up after themselves, asked me if I wanted the scrap or they could take it. Very honest nice guys, great work, and great price. I will recommend these guys to anyone and will always call them from now on for any HVAC needs. Thanks guys, you kick ass!

Erica Eimer: We got five bids from five different neighborhood-referred companies, McDaniel included. Our referring neighbor had nothing but good things to say about this company. Theirs wasn't the lowest bid; nor was it the highest. But, from the initial call to their office, to the sales/estimating pro, to the two doing the installing, this company was professional and answered all our questions and then some. During installation, I asked Will and Evan about the positioning of some exhaust pipe and concerns I had. The "why" of the situation was explained very clearly to my complete understanding. When all was said and done, they tweaked the positioning a little based on our conversation, which I did not expect, but am extremely happy with. Their knowledge and careful consideration of the issue led them to a very professional solution and adjustments that resulted in satisfied customers. Great job.
