Rue Miller: When I had my furnace serviced, they were excellent. The communication between the company and answering service seems to be lacking. One says one thing and the other says something else. Too long to go into detail but I NEVER had this problem when it was ER mann. I am part of their service contract. Beth Lerno: I had the best experience with this company, I recently sold my house and new homeowners wanted furnace cleaned and inspected, from my first call to the 2 hours later the technician showed up at my door everyone was top notch and charged me less than other companies offered as a "SPECIAL" for this type of service. Er Mann had work completed before other companies had even returned my call. You just can't beat that!
Laya Down: Mom needed ac looked at last summer. Reasonable price and mom said older guy came and he knew his stuff but he tracked dirt inside and mom said he didn't say sorry but other than that they did fine. Ended up being a coil or something like that and I think it cost to get a replacement for it but mom said it was ok after that.

Gary: I highly recommend this company to anyone. Two years ago they replaced my furnace and A/C unit and it was very reasonably priced. Actually I'm a bit embarrassed I haven't written a review till now. Just recently I had a small issue with my furnace. They couldn’t even install a refrigerator. Left the old refrigerator that needed to be disconnected and took away and told me that the property manager needed to handle it even though they was supposed to do the job and hung up on me.I didn’t hire these people they was sent to me and I do not suggest to anyone to hire these people to service anyone.

Even left me in store while she went out to smoke. Took 3 tries for delivery. First time I was told they forgot, 2nd they called after delivery time and said they didn't have time. Third day they showed but not with what they told me I bought.

Purchased a front load washing machine. While delivering it I asked about a dryer that I inherited with the apartment that wasn't working well. He told me what was most likely the problem. I was able to make a couple of changes and now it works like a charm, too. So happy with them I will definitely recommend them and use them again!

Megiloth: I highly recommend this company. I've been with them for 10 years when they installed a new AC and Furnace. I'll have them out every couple years for maintenance. They don't try to upsell on something I don't need. If there is something I may not need, they are upfront in saying that maybe in a couple years I may need such-and-such replaced but not now. Recently I had an issue where water was dripping down the sides where the seams are all taped up. The guy actually told me he could save me a few bucks on a call and had me do a simple fix, which was the overflow tube and drain pain being clogged. Problem solved.I have not had any problems with them and they are always on-time within their window. They do take credit card, but there is a fee for that, so I just breakout my rarely used checkbook and write a check.Also, they give a 10% military discount, so someone like me who was in the Marine Corps nearly 30 years ago really appreciates that.Great service and great people.Services:Heating system maintenance,Install AC,Cleaning,A/C system maintenance
Alissa Napier: I have literally never made a review, positive or negative, but with the overwhelming good reviews (which is why I hired them) I wanted to share my experience so some other family doesn’t get ripped off and taken advantage of like we did. I paid $700 to have our furnace repaired by AV. The furnace never got repaired even after being out here 3 times (in their defense one of the times was our fault as we were not giving them accurate information), so we called a different company. The new company showed us an actual part was broken within 5 minutes. AV told us our furnace was “frozen due to extreme temps”. I emailed them and after I didn’t receive a response I also reported them to BBB, with again no response. I feel as if they took advantage of our lack of education surrounding our HVAC system. They came out and inspected and it turns out they found the hot water heater had rotted through the bottom. Ryan Larsen: Our warranty company, 210 warranty, sent out the fourth HVAC company, which was NEECE, and what a difference. Team members were cordial and pleasant and explained everything in detail, including what needed to be done and a timeline for completing the processes. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for an honest, reliable service provider, as we received three different pricing proposals for the same services. They give us the best bang for our buck and provide excellent service. Again highly recommend it.

Travis Morgan: These guys kicked major ass! Hired another company, and they half ass'd the job, left the site dirty and then said we can't finish it, stuff came up... pushed it out 3 weeks. Called another local guy, he was cocky and expensive. Found these guys and I should have called them first! Quick, and easy to deal with. Came out, we talked, was honest, even told me about a rebate (I got 325 bucks back from MGE) and said it would be a week due to busy season, I said fine. Week later they were there as promised, showed up at 9:30 am took an hour lunch and was done at 3. Cleaned up after themselves, asked me if I wanted the scrap or they could take it. Very honest nice guys, great work, and great price. I will recommend these guys to anyone and will always call them from now on for any HVAC needs. Thanks guys, you kick ass!

Theirs wasn't the lowest bid; nor was it the highest. But, from the initial call to their office, to the sales/estimating pro, to the two doing the installing, this company was professional and answered all our questions and then some. During installation, I asked Will and Evan about the positioning of some exhaust pipe and concerns I had. The "why" of the situation was explained very clearly to my complete understanding. When all was said and done, they tweaked the positioning a little based on our conversation, which I did not expect, but am extremely happy with. Their knowledge and careful consideration of the issue led them to a very professional solution and adjustments that resulted in satisfied customers. Great job.
