Courtney Kaiser: I'd leave a negative stars if I could, it says open till 5 online, I call and ask if I can bri g a load of construction waste and she says yes but makes no mention of closing soon.i rent a truck ,load it and I get there at around 11:12 and she says they dont take drop offs after 11 because they close at 12......she makes mention of it being a rental and that's unfortunate but she just cant let me unload even though I plead and assure I will unload in less then a half hour she still refuses knowing that there is virtually no where else I can take it. I know this bad review will accomplish nothing but hopefully anyone else hoping to use them will be aware of the inaccuracies in the website

Nick Bruns: Signed up for yard waste. They did not pick it up after I was told they would collect bags. Call them and they set up a pick up since it was forgotten. That was for today and no one showed up. Called halfway through day to make sure it was still happening. If they miss my yard waste pick up again, I'm switching services. Kimberly Sullivan: Why is it so hard for my can to go back where they found it? in my yard at the end of the driveway, by the mail box. When they put it back, its at the end of my driveway in the street. Which means when i get home at night, i have to stop in the street to get out of my car to move my can. Is it to much to ask to put it back, 3 ft from where they decide to leave it. NOT the first week this has happened, but it seems like when i call and talk to the supervisor the message doesnt get relayed to the guys that are doing it. Allen George: Updated: Ultimatley I ended up switching to Ted's because Republic was a mess. For a couple weeks after switching we had to take our recycling to them, but then they were able to add us to their recycling pick up. So far they have been quite excellent on their service.Was really looking forward to switching to them from Republic services as we have been having issues with Republic. Checked our their website for rates on trash and recycling and corresponded with their staff via email regarding switching over both services. I canceled my Republic service first at their recommendation then headed to their office to setup service. When I got there I was told I can start trash service but new recycling pick up is not available right now, I found that odd because neither their website nor our email conversations mentioned this. They did offer to put me on a wait list, but when I inquired about the likely wait I was told not anytime soon as they have no intent to add more recycling trucks and the wait list is already very long. Luckily I was able to reverse my cancelation with Republic. Excellent job pushing away the business of those trying to reduce the waste going to landfills.
Josiah Trotter: I’ve had a few other trash companies in Independence. But I got frustrated with other companies missing days, their prices kept raising, and when they’d pickup the trash there was often a mess in the street or yard. I had my trash cans smashed a few times.With Teds I haven’t had any issues at all. They pickup when they say they will, they communicate on schedule changes, the price is better. My only bummer is it took 6 months to get Recycling service, but I have that now and it’s wonderful. I would recommend Teds for trash, and even Dumpster service which I’ve used and was great

I stumbled accross All Gone Disposal and couldn't be happier. They are one of the cheapest that I found. But what was more important was he was super nice and accommodating. We had made arrangements to drop off at my house in the evening and I had a minor work emergency and had to reschedule. No issues, very polite, dropped it off the next day. There are countless schools, homes, new constructions, and business, as well as several recreational lakes nearby. Out of greed, the owner wants to install a toxic trash pit for their own financial gain at the cost of polluting this entire area with landfill gases and toxic leachate to poison others, the air, the water, the soil, kill off wildlife and drive down the value of property and small businesses that so many people have enjoyed and worked hard for for many years. Since the Monheisers live in the opposite end of Lee's summit near a wildlife preserve, these significant concerns that residents must bear are not their problem. Monheiser manages 1 of 3 waste businesses found responsible for littering large objects and trash onto the highways in Kansas city. If they can't manage waste transfer in a clean and contained manner, they are not capable of managing and containing a landfill without causing serious leaks and numerous health related disasters.To patronize this company is to agree to support and fund the Monheiser's attempt to rob several growing communities their chosen and untainted environment, their home values, their health and futures.

Purchasing land cloaked by an NDA speaks volumes of the type of game being played. Do not support this type of behavior!
Sarah Thompson: The owner of this company is trying to put a landfill literally across the street from an elementary school and close to other schools and homes. It is evil what they are doing and should not be used.
Cassie Cozby: The owner of this transfer station is currently working on buying out landowners and developing a landfill across the street from an established 1000 home subdivision (Creekmoor) in Raymore, MO. The proposed land for the landfill is currently zoned low density housing and light agriculture. This landfill will impact the health, environment and property values of thousands of Missourians and small business owners in the cities of Raymore, Lee’s Summit, Grandview, south Kansas City and Belton. This includes 7000+ children that attend schools nearby. The closest school being Summit Point Elementary that is about .15 miles from the proposed site and is across the street. Before deciding to use this business and not an alternative business in the area just wanted to make people aware this is the type of activity they think is ethical. This information is widely available on the internet via KC metro news outlets and I have attached her realtors letter to property owners below.
