Kimberly Sullivan: Why is it so hard for my can to go back where they found it? in my yard at the end of the driveway, by the mail box. When they put it back, its at the end of my driveway in the street. Which means when i get home at night, i have to stop in the street to get out of my car to move my can. Is it to much to ask to put it back, 3 ft from where they decide to leave it. NOT the first week this has happened, but it seems like when i call and talk to the supervisor the message doesnt get relayed to the guys that are doing it. Very frustrating, i wont be responsible for replacing the can if it gets hit when it gets put in the street from the crew coming to collect it.Service:Trash removal disposal

Timothy Pogue: When my mother passed away in November I called to change service to my name. So they were continuing to pick up trash until April then all of a sudden they stopped picking up trash. I’ve had to call servers times to get them to pick up her trash as no one lives there. Tabitha was very rude and I realized all she wanted to do was be right. Office staff is horribly rude and will try and speak over you and not have any care for your concerns. She’ll argue that “the driver took pictures” of what they left behind. Allen George: Updated: Ultimatley I ended up switching to Ted's because Republic was a mess. For a couple weeks after switching we had to take our recycling to them, but then they were able to add us to their recycling pick up. So far they have been quite excellent on their service.Was really looking forward to switching to them from Republic services as we have been having issues with Republic. Checked our their website for rates on trash and recycling and corresponded with their staff via email regarding switching over both services. I canceled my Republic service first at their recommendation then headed to their office to setup service. When I got there I was told I can start trash service but new recycling pick up is not available right now, I found that odd because neither their website nor our email conversations mentioned this. They did offer to put me on a wait list, but when I inquired about the likely wait I was told not anytime soon as they have no intent to add more recycling trucks and the wait list is already very long. Luckily I was able to reverse my cancelation with Republic. Excellent job pushing away the business of those trying to reduce the waste going to landfills.
Josiah Trotter: I’ve had a few other trash companies in Independence. But I got frustrated with other companies missing days, their prices kept raising, and when they’d pickup the trash there was often a mess in the street or yard. I had my trash cans smashed a few times.With Teds I haven’t had any issues at all. They pickup when they say they will, they communicate on schedule changes, the price is better. My only bummer is it took 6 months to get Recycling service, but I have that now and it’s wonderful. I would recommend Teds for trash, and even Dumpster service which I’ve used and was great

Jonathan B: This was my first time needing a dumpster and wasn't sure what to expect. I called all over town and everyone was either out of them or were way more expensive than I was willing to pay. I stumbled accross All Gone Disposal and couldn't be happier. They are one of the cheapest that I found. But what was more important was he was super nice and accommodating. We had made arrangements to drop off at my house in the evening and I had a minor work emergency and had to reschedule. No issues, very polite, dropped it off the next day. If I need a dumpster in the future, I will definitely choose All Gone Disposal.

Jessica Gai: Tomorrow is 1 month of missing our trash pick-up on multiple streets. When I call, the customer service rep let me know it’s marked completed. Clayton Blunt: Hired them to do yard waste removal. The delivery of the bin was a week late. Made one pickup. Missed the second pickup. Never showed up for the out of cycle pick up due to the missed pickup. Customer service reps were helpful but the operations side did a horrible job at helping them keep their promises. Found Missouri Organics for disposal of yard waste.

Nick Bruns: Signed up for yard waste. They did not pick it up after I was told they would collect bags. Call them and they set up a pick up since it was forgotten. That was for today and no one showed up. Called halfway through day to make sure it was still happening. If they miss my yard waste pick up again, I'm switching services. I would look elsewhere first but if you're looking at the reviews, you don't need me to tell you that. Wish I would've done more research first.

Robert M: While Republic Waste Services (RWS) does a decent job overall, they have missed my pick-up three times in the past eight weeks and they refuse to prorate my bill. I'm quite disgusted by their refusal to do what's expected of them and by not prorating my bill due to their issues. Private One: Possible overnight parking at the corner's fuel station or by the side of the road. There is a turn around place by the cemetery.Listen instructions and follow directions.They know their job. John Luke: Quick and easy service from either hand unload or going to the face of the landfill to dumb. The ladies at the scale are kind and professional.
Steven Muller: Would be nice if they had a claw or scoop to help unload bigger personal trailers. Other than that very friendly and wonderful gals up front to help and prices are kinda steep but still cheaper than other dumps.

Jim Hutchinson: They got most of the job done they were hired to do, I would recommend then for small jobs but not for big jobs, A job that I was told would cost me $550-$700 ended up costing me $1944.00. They had no equipment to handle the job and I ended up having to rent everything that was needed. I was lied to 3 times about taking credit cards and had to pay for everything in cash, on top of all that they took 2 trailer loads of scrap metal and cashed it in for even more money and they didn't even finish the whole job that was part of our agreement.

Why did he agree to do the job if he didn't plan to finish. He took advantage if a senior adult and I hope he feels good about that. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

jeff white: This is the worst service I have ever received from a trash disposal company. The company failed to deliver a trash bin that was paid for and promised, their drivers are erratic. One of the drivers stormed up my street going at least 50mph. I noticed three lost bins along the side of the road after he left my neighborhood. These bins were ejected from the bed of the truck while he was driving. My trash pick up was missed today, and the driver marked the pick up as made at 7:30am this morning which is not accurate as my trash was still sitting on the curb. When I called to request a pick up I was told I would need to wait a week. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and I was told the "owner" hires the girls in the office to answer the phone, and he does not speak to customers. I will be canceling my service and using a different provider. I would not use this company for any reason at all.Service:Trash removal disposal

We are lucky if they pick up twice a month instead of weekly like they are paid to do. When we call to complain the lady always says she doesn't know why they didn't get our road and will note it but then turn around when we call again and say there's no complaints on file! They charge monthly but fail to pick up our trash but once every other week IF WERE LUCKY! We be live in the country with wild animals and dogs in the neighborhood. Happy Daisy: Do not use this company. If you are looking for reliable weekly service, keep looking elsewhere. My recycling is missed about twice a month on a regular basis. They claim it's because there are not enough drivers - poor management is what it is. I called customer service yesterday, 5/31/23, to get a credit to my account for them missing my pick up again. The rep decided to get into a screaming match with me, did not pull up my account, refused to give me a credit, then hung up on me after i asked 5 times for a credit. I had to call back to get another rep to credit me. She said they, in the office, do not know when a truck dosen't run during the week unless there are a lot of calls. She also told me management will not get on the phone with customers at all. I have canceled my service with this company. Do not use!
Gary Miller: I have been a customer of AAA since 2003. Lately and over the last year their service has been really lacking. Again today my trash was not picked up. I call the office and get some lame excuse and I am told they will get it next week. So to keep the animals from getting into it I have to store it in my attached garage and put up with the smell for another week with the hopes they will actually pick it up. I received no reason why it wasn't picked up today.*****It is now two years later, I was upset with their service and really upset when they increased price. But, since that price increase the service has improved and I can't recall one time they have missed a pickup. Hope this continues.

I had to cancel because they missed our service for 3 weeks, would not answer their phones or emails. Then we received notice the pricing would increase. So If you want to pay more to have them give you sub par service then sign up. They also told me they have no estimate on when they will be picking up bins because 'they have a lot of cancellations to deal with' ... I wonder why...There is a reason they have a 1.8 star rating ... I should have never started service with them. Good Luck to their remaining clients.
