TheWatcher: Me and the family went here to get some chicken, great selection of food, great selection of sauces, since I am a large man, the outside chairs kinda hurt the sides of my leg but I can't blame that on the restaurant. Since me and my family sat outside, their service was very nice and checked on us every now and then as we ate. I recommend the fried pickles, might be a bit salty but still wonderful.

Miranda Davis: Received a very long piece of hair that had been fried into the batter of one of my chicken strips. Took photo proof and contacted company about issue. Response was that they would send me coupons instead of refunding a portion of the meal. Have contacted the manager twice about the "coupons", because I have still not received them after my first complaint in February.

Gacreason: Terrible experience. We went through the drive-thru and ended up sitting at the window for 15 minutes before we were given our food. There was a line of cars in line behind us by that time, so we didn't go through the whole bag like we normally would to check for accuracy. BIG MISTAKE! They messed everything up they could. Gave us 1 completely incorrect meal, left a side out of one meal, gave us the wrong sauces, and didn't give us any spicy chicken like we ordered. I normally love Popeye's Chicken, but I won't be coming back to this location again.

nicholas munden: I went here to grab a family spicy tender meal, and while the atmosphere and service weren't bad, the food itself was disappointing. The first strike against the chicken strips is the fact that they were most of the strips were more like chicken patties than strips, about the size of my hand. Second stike against our strips was that they weren't very fresh, warm as opposed to hot and fresh, but the last and most grievous of strikes is when my girlfriend bit into a piece and broke a tooth on a fully boned chicken wing hidden in the breading! Food quality here is subpar and comes with the risk of breaking teeth on bones because the workers didn't care enough to check what they're breading up and cooking. Do Not Recommend

Last time I tried to buy chicken they said they had two friers down and were out of fried chicken. It was going to take 20+ minutes to cook fried chicken so we went to kfc. Ronald Rollins: i came for a doordash order and the lobby was closed. So i call kfc because the line was very busy and an employee tells me he will bring it out to me. Nearly 25 minutes go by befor I decide to just go through the drive thru and the same employee tells me that “I wanted you to meet me 50/50 at the door”. I proceeded to task him how i’m supposed to know this without him telling me and with the doors being LOCKED. I will never be doing business at this location again.

Danye Trahan: KFC Your company is PURE TRASH. When I spend $40 on food I expect a decent meal. Not dry rubbery chicken cooked in old grease, cole slaw with HAIR in it, and only two servings of Mac and cheese. Not to mention they smashed my bread to hell. I tried to call the store on south Noland road but they do NOT answer the phone. I tried calling corporate and they refuse to give me a full refund because “the mashed potatoes were good” so now I have to go to the store MYSELF and ask them to remake my food. Your standard as a company is a joke. I will NEVER ORDER FROM KFC AGAIN. I will spend my money at Popeyes. 🖕🏻And your stores look like they could use a cleaning. Gross greasy excuse for a company.
Jae Bea Foreman: They do not listen. I am pregnant and I love their bowls but I cannot stomach corn. 3 times in two weeks my husband has gone to grt me a famous bowl and asked for no corn and they still put corn in it. I can understand once but every single time. That's just being lazy and rude to your customers.

amethyst campbell: We went through the drive thru greeted with,"what do you want?" The person was very short and rude with us. Didn't ask us what sides we wanted, just choose for us. When I asked if I could change one of the mashed potatoes for a Mac n cheese, he said , "fine!". He seemed like he was angry the whole time and didn't want to be there. We didn't catch his name, but on the receipt under cashier it said Joan ( I don't believe that was him). The food- we ordered the 12 piece meal extra crispy; the chicken was actually burnt on some pieces and very dry (don't they have a timer on the fryers?) The sides; mashed potatoes w/ gravy, Mac n cheese & coleslaw all tasted good but the biscuits were cold and hard. This meal was so bad we ended up throwing the chicken away and getting something else because I highly doubt we would have been able to get it replaced with fresher food. We will never be back to this location...
