C.J Miser: Took forever to get our food ordered, we waited 35 mins to get a table and the food came cold with stale chips, missing over half the order and when it was brought to the attention of the manager he said he was busy to leave our address with someone at the bar and he would get a gift card sent out in the mail! So here's another wait! Probably won't ever see that reimbursement! SMH

TheWatcher: Me and the family went here to get some chicken, great selection of food, great selection of sauces, since I am a large man, the outside chairs kinda hurt the sides of my leg but I can't blame that on the restaurant. Since me and my family sat outside, their service was very nice and checked on us every now and then as we ate. I recommend the fried pickles, might be a bit salty but still wonderful.

Miranda Davis: Received a very long piece of hair that had been fried into the batter of one of my chicken strips. Took photo proof and contacted company about issue. Response was that they would send me coupons instead of refunding a portion of the meal. Have contacted the manager twice about the "coupons", because I have still not received them after my first complaint in February.

Ronald Rollins: i came for a doordash order and the lobby was closed. So i call kfc because the line was very busy and an employee tells me he will bring it out to me. Nearly 25 minutes go by befor I decide to just go through the drive thru and the same employee tells me that “I wanted you to meet me 50/50 at the door”. I proceeded to task him how i’m supposed to know this without him telling me and with the doors being LOCKED. I will never be doing business at this location again.

Stormishh xD: I ordered for door dash TWO hours before they closed, never got my food cause they never made it, they never contacted my driver or anything so I waited TWO hours got nothing and couldn’t order anything that night cause of the horrible service. Megan Romer: Food was ready on time and tasted fine, but an overall unimpressive experience. Was not true Nashville Style, just tasted like buffalo sauce, no "sweet heat" here. Carryout bag was also lacking utensils and napkins, we had to make due with what was in our car. Will not be a repeat customer.
Eric Candelaria: Let me start you off with this review. The food was awesome! The breading on the chicken could use some seasoning, and the waffle fry portion could be a little bigger. But the chicken was cooked nicely, the sauces were fantastic, and the waffle fries were great! Would order again!

Owen: This was the first time I've ever ate at Jack in the Box, I've heard about the food for a long time but I can say it was worth the trip to try.The Jalapeño Poppers, Burger, Fries, and Chicken I had was absolutely delicious and they brought the food right out to us which I wasn't expecting from fast food. The staff were kind and made delicious food! I'd recommend this particular location.
Gabi Lewis: 10/10 experience tonight, (came at almost midnight) the employees were working understaffed and were beyond nice, quick, and everything was right. I wish I knew the names of the two lovely ladies that took care of me I would recommend a raise to their manager. Best fast food experience I've had in months, and that's saying a lot from a girl who works in the restaurant industry.🙌🙌
Maria T: I found it quite inconvenient when I visited the restaurant at 1am expecting to enjoy their advertised 24-hour service, only to be informed upon arrival that they were closed due to a shortage of staff. It left me wondering why they would choose to stay open and promote round-the-clock service if they couldn't fulfill it.

Loma Kelton: Had my meal delivered wasn't even close to what I ordered. I ate what was there because I was very hungry. I even got gravy but no potatoes. I ordered fries, 3 piece all white, cheddar jalapeño poppers and a strawberry soda. I received a 6 piece dark, fried Okra, 1 corn on the Cob and gravy. How does this happen. Will try KFC next time.
