Tina Gregoire: I don't recommend this location 1st off I went threw the drive threw on Friday eve around 6 watched them take care of a car ahead of me .Then when I went 2 order the lady said we have no chicken oh OK no problem I said ill order a couple taco supreme then and she said sorry were closed.I go down the street to wendys & watched them let ppl in the front and take food out.Again on a separate occasion same thing except I asked why are u servicing others and not me this makes 2nd time.The lady at the speaker refused to respond so I drove to the window and she flipped me off.Evening drive threw is rude and a joke

Ronald Rollins: i came for a doordash order and the lobby was closed. So i call kfc because the line was very busy and an employee tells me he will bring it out to me. Nearly 25 minutes go by befor I decide to just go through the drive thru and the same employee tells me that “I wanted you to meet me 50/50 at the door”. I proceeded to task him how i’m supposed to know this without him telling me and with the doors being LOCKED. I will never be doing business at this location again.

sage: been here a few times, all the experiences were awful. once they charged me $20 for five tenders? and when I looked online at the price on the menu it was much less than that. i also went through the drive through and asked for a pot pie, and they gave me a KFC chicken bowl instead of just telling me they were out. Don't go here 🙃

Danye Trahan: KFC Your company is PURE TRASH. When I spend $40 on food I expect a decent meal. Not dry rubbery chicken cooked in old grease, cole slaw with HAIR in it, and only two servings of Mac and cheese. Not to mention they smashed my bread to hell. I tried to call the store on south Noland road but they do NOT answer the phone. I tried calling corporate and they refuse to give me a full refund because “the mashed potatoes were good” so now I have to go to the store MYSELF and ask them to remake my food. Your standard as a company is a joke. I will NEVER ORDER FROM KFC AGAIN. I will spend my money at Popeyes. 🖕🏻And your stores look like they could use a cleaning. Gross greasy excuse for a company.

I am pregnant and I love their bowls but I cannot stomach corn. 3 times in two weeks my husband has gone to grt me a famous bowl and asked for no corn and they still put corn in it. I can understand once but every single time. That's just being lazy and rude to your customers.

amethyst campbell: We went through the drive thru greeted with,"what do you want?" The person was very short and rude with us. Didn't ask us what sides we wanted, just choose for us. When I asked if I could change one of the mashed potatoes for a Mac n cheese, he said , "fine!". He seemed like he was angry the whole time and didn't want to be there. We didn't catch his name, but on the receipt under cashier it said Joan ( I don't believe that was him). The food- we ordered the 12 piece meal extra crispy; the chicken was actually burnt on some pieces and very dry (don't they have a timer on the fryers?) The sides; mashed potatoes w/ gravy, Mac n cheese & coleslaw all tasted good but the biscuits were cold and hard. This meal was so bad we ended up throwing the chicken away and getting something else because I highly doubt we would have been able to get it replaced with fresher food. We will never be back to this location...

janay hall: If you go anytime after 7pm, they will be limited on chicken. After 9 and they wont have anything. Most of the time its not really the case of running out of chicken, its that they don't want to cook more. Sometimes they close early, and other times they tell you they're cash only. I called their bluff once and said i had cash, and then they told me it had to be exact change.

Angela Merry: I have been to this location multiple times and have always had fast friendly service. Tonight was the worst service and the longest wait. After waiting almost an hour for my food (and not double checking before I left), I got home to find they did not get my order even close. The manager completely ignored 2 patrons standing in the restaurant wanting to place orders, at least 4 others that went thru the drive thru demanded money back and were ignored for close to 20 minutes before the manager finally decided to assist them. All this being said, I will not go back again.

Raymond Jackson: I just came there there a few minutes ago. I ordered a Famous bowl meal and 2 chicken littles. The famous bowl had old chicken in it and the "gravy" was dark and didn't taste right. I had to spit it out. The 2 "chicken little sandwiches" were two pieces of chicken wrapped in tortillas. On top of all that it took them a while to prepare order as i sat there at the window.

Lauren Robison: ABSOULETLY TERRIBLE. I have never understood how someone could mess up an order so much when its written out right in front of you. We ordered from DoorDash and we were missing over half of our food. The food we did get was at LEAST 6 hours old. The sides were cold and weren’t even a serving size. None of my sauces were in the bag, no gravy, awful quality chicken. If you are ever thinking "wow, KFC sounds really good right now." Rethink.

michael hamer: This particular location on Independence ave, has major issues with their system seems like almost monthly if not more, their system goes down. I have mever gone to restaurant drive through where the system keeps going down. Its either truly down or the staff doesnt want to wait on customers. Someone need toncheck into getting the new updated POS system so this doesnt keep happening all the time. So dissapointing to be craving my favorite the famous bowl only to be told they cant take any orders at this time. So sad, very sad.
