Trig Stewart: Rented a lift. A man lift.Four stars instead of 5 because the man left didn't meet my expectations.The prices were great.

Earl Guillory: Friendly staff, decent tools and low rental prices.The only caveat I would throw in is this: If you don't know how to use a particular tool, or don't know what you are doing, call a professional to do the job. Dont frustrate yourself! Life is too short to get angry over a home improvement project!

Ryan Hombs: I have never dealt with somebody that has come up with so many excuses to not renter equipment. I run a lawn and landscape business so I need rentals fairly open for landscape work. Go to Alright rental in Raytown. They are cheaper and friendly. They will take great care if you.

kalin caton: Will never do business here again. We own two business and will need trailers often but will take our business elsewhere. Rented a trailer. Had a blowout over an hour away. No spare tire on the trailer it was over an hour away. Get the spare on and it about blows because the trailer is not functionable. Had to pay $350 to have the trailer towed back. A 3 hour day turned into a 13 hour day. They put the wrong trailer on the paper work and then changed it to the right one afterwards. Front desk lady was making snobby comments and rude. Then they only wanted to pay for the flat and not the tow. So were out $350 for a trailer that wasn’t even drivable with any load. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Would have been better off just having the tow truck drive our lumber back.

Kelly Semenick: We figured out right out the lift arrived at 9 am it we not big enough we called to get it swapped out and was told that it could happen I told the guy I had two techs on site the lift showed up at 3 pm at the end of the day so my guys stood around all day with nothing to do waiting I called twice and was told it was being delivered. I was even told it would be there by 1 PM. If it had gotten there even then they may have gotten something done. Now I have to reschedule this call and deal with a mad customer and pay extra money to get a lift back out there again. seriously thinking of looking at other options for next time.

d_biz1: Helped me out on a last min call, Dropped it off before the estimated time. Pick up was friendly and courteous, Thanks for everything. Call the Olathe Branch they want to help you out, The north branch needs a little help in that area.
Mark Milani: The website registration and reservation process. Was able to track, modify, and leave detailed instructions for the drivers. Worked flawlessly.
Heartland HRP: They are a wonderful place to rent heavy equipment from. I will be back to rent from them again.
Ron Hesskamp: Each opportunity to request equipment for rent my needs are met with timely delivery and in good working order.
Stephen Painter: Horrible business. The service people were great to work with and had a brain that they used. The office people were lacking in common sense and very little intelligence. Switched from another rental company to United. This lasted about 6 months. Switched back to the other company. Biggest problem, I would call and order a lift or call a lift off after I was done on a project and they office people looking at their computer screen and telling them my and my company name couldn't find me in the computer. And this was after renting probably 3-4 lifts from them. I only have one name and one company name. Lacked any customer service skills and common sense. No clue how they stay in business. Never use them again. Need to train their people to show people some respect and how to use a computer.
