Crysler Animal Hospital: what do users think?
William Stutzman: Caring and compassionate people. Usually a short wait time but they spend time with your important creatures too.
Marion Koczur: As always my dog got excellent and compassionate care.
Tracey S: Dr. Schweizer is the go-to veterinarian. He's been my vet for years. I can't say enough good things about him and the care he gives to my babies. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is price point. I feel they are a little more expensive than others. But I continue to go for my vet and the care they give.
Stephanie Clark: I have been taking my animals to Chrysler Animal Hospital for years and will never go anywhere else. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I know my animals are always in the best hands when we visit, and I would highly recommend using this office if you are looking for help with your pets.
Lisa Self: Everyone was so nice and professional
britt francis (fox): The prices are a lot more than most other places. But the staff was nice for the most part. We typically use the vet in North east kcmo so are used to the lower prices there. Went to Crysler animal hospital because it was closer but the cost was so much higher than we're used to.
Mary Swick: Friendly staff and docs. Take great care of your pet and make them feel less anxious and more calm.
Mark Alflen: Awesome staff
Andrea Carl: Great staff! Always so caring and understanding. My pups love visiting.
Bree Maasen: Very pleased with their facility they were quick to get my fur baby an appointment and the staff was passionate about getting the very best care for my puppy!!!
Jerry Gross: Friendly and efficient staff with great doctors
D. FarrarThurman: Great job working with my German Shepard! Dr H and his assistant were very gentle and my dog felt comfortable with them.
Wendy P: We have always received excellent care for our German Shepherd's over the years! The staff is genuinely interested in every detail of their well being to be healthy & happy!
Lisa Good: The whole staff is like family to me. They take great care of my furry children! Love them all!
Emily L: The front desk staff is so friendly and the vet here saved my ferret's life. Can't get any happier than that!
Kim: We were having an issue with two dogs and although they were booked they offered to squeeze them in. We went over to drop them off and the doctor saw them almost immediately. Two days later our third dog was having the same issue and the doctor told me to come get antibiotic and probiotic. From Chloe, Kemba, and Mia a great big Thank You!!!
rcocklinjr: They take great care of our babies!
letitia anderson: Great place for your dogs and cats to go to take their physical exam and so forth and convenient area
Ho Bo: I put in an appointment and they never got back to me.
Brandi Lasure: They were amazing with my dog
Bliss Full: Best vet for pit bulls in the city

Jacqueline Brand: We are from Indiana, needed a vet Stat! Three Trails was my go to, we actually passed their office. I called and they were able to see us the next morning. Wonderful staff, so kind and thorough. Our guy had a fever, and terrible hot spots. They took great care of him,and 24 hrs later, he is on the mend. We can't thank these wonderful people enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked! Thank you!
lora steiner: Wonderful staff, caring vets who listen to your concerns and give any concerns they may have, very tender and soooooooo wonderful when you lose a pet. They understand your grief. Vet techs go thru soooooooo much we don't see and yet, laugh it off as part of the job. Recommended to me by my neighbors who've lived here over sixty years as the best bet clinic they went to. You could not ask for better people anywhere to take care of your fur baby.
D W: Been going here for years now .Nice friendly staff and one of the best vet's in independence.
Dorothy Keane: The staff & Dr Appling were the best! I truly appreciated the time they gave me going over my dogs issues. Very caring & compassionate! I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone at Three Trails!
Rhobbin Rosenthal: Great place for veterinarians, groomers, pet food & supplies!!They are polite & pleasant to do business with.
Virtuous Angela Thomas: We love Three Trails Animal Hospital.
Bob Inman: Very good doctors but just a little bit pricey, & as all Vets do, they do try to sell us products.
taylor peebles: I brought my dog in for an emergency appointment after he had a full body allergic reaction to something in our yard, they got me in same day and didn’t charge me an extra fee like most emergency visits with other vets. The vet promptly got my little guy relief with a shot and sent us home with steroids that have continued to work great for him.
Cecilia P: Dr Shrock and staff are amazing
Anne Lamb: 3 Trails is the best. My cats refuse to go anywhere else!
Matthew Oneal: Great place and wonderful people !!!
cynthia harries: Marmie ,my pretty gray cat, talked all the way home after she was boarded at Three Trails for a few days. I know she was telling me about everyone there 😁 I was very happy with her care.
RonaldE: Chigger's care has always been great. even when sometimes he got sick & didn't have an appt. you always managed to get him in for care.
Eva Williams: Great staff and Dr. Rick is the best! He takes time to listen and answer questions.

Independence Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Marco Hargraves: Dr Scott and the staff has been awesome!!
William Wilson: Everytime I come here it's always great work and I'm never disappointed. The price is reasonable. The only complaint is the staff at the front are not really welcoming or helpful when you arrive. Other than that definitely the best bang for your buck and you know your animals is in good hands.
Terri “Terri”: Hats off to Independence Animal Hospital!I have a 14 year old mix breed that's been unwell since Saturday night/Sunday morning, with vomiting, diarrhea and then bloody diarrhea. No appetite, very lethargic. After he kept throwing up the 'bland' diet of rice and chopped chicken I had given him, I was desperate to get him feeling better and fast.I had to miss a day of work to hopefully get him seen by someone, all the while calling different vets offices, who all inevitably, had no openings that day. My regular vet was booked so that was a no go. I called Independence Animal Hospital on the suggestion of my husband, to hopefully get an appointment that same day. Get this... THEY ACCEPT WALK-INS UNTIL 3:00 PM!!!! Bingo!!!I took my boy there ASAPabout 1030AM. The lot was full BUT in less than 45 minutes, Dr Scott had him checked out and headed home. He got my boy in so fast, gave him three shots and pills to take home! I was/am so very ecstatic!!!!The prices were very reasonable for what they did. The staff, and there were a lot of them, were very helpful, friendly and on the ball. The clinic is not fancy with lots of the bells and whistles that many have, but it is clean with a very large waiting room which is really nice if you want to sit away from others. The location is perfect!!Extremely pleased!!I HAVE FOUND MY NEW VETERINARY OFFICE AND DR!!THANK YOU IAH!!!
Sam Porter Bridges: Affordable passionate care. What more can you ask for?
Kathy Cockrum: Doctor Becker is great. The front desk employees not so much.I have never been able to call this office without being on hold for a minimum of nine minutes and thirty seven seconds. My latest hold was 14 minutes and 12 seconds. All I wanted to do was cancel an appointment.Hire more employees to minimize the call wait time. The employee who trimmed my shepsrds nails made him bleed. No he isn't difficult to cut his nails.I'm trying a new vet in Holt MO that comes highly recommended
Joseph Sousa 4: They don’t take appointments, but the wait wasn’t bad. Very friendly staff and affordable prices.
Shanice & Ras Abu: Saved 2 of my dogs lives. I am forever grateful!
Damian Wilcox: They didn't tell me that my puppy needed 3 or 4 rounds of parvo vaccinations and now she has parvo 😡😡😡!!!!! On top of that I could tell that they didn't care about her. They were really busy and just wanted to get her out.
Rhonda Williams: I love Dr. Wingert. He has taken care of all my boxers for at least 20+ years. But lately it’s very confusing as to how your dog can be seen. I called ahead and was told appointments aren’t necessary because they’re taking walk-ins up to 3:00. But when you drive into the small parking lot every space is taken with signs they put up during COVID . Call this number or text and we’ll text you when you can be seen. WHICH IS IT??? And talk about a cluster getting out of that lot! The exit/entrance drive out to Walnut was blocked off! So one way in and one way out. But so many of us kept pulling in to the lot one right after another and soon it was all jammed up so everyone had to back out into Noland Road!!! So after all that, no my dog wasn’t seen because of no parking 🙄 With the amount of business they’ve done over the years, you think they could find a bigger and more convenient place. I live in Lees Summit and will be coming back for emergencies only! Otherwise, it’s not worth the headache, drive, and gas when I have a vet that practices right behind me for vaccinations. You’re my hero Dr. Wingert, but it’s a cluster and too stressful trying to get in there!
harper clause: We had to put down our dog and instead of getting it over with and not having to watch him suffer more, we had to wait for 30 minutes and deal with rude people in the animal hospital. I rather would’ve been able to have nice people help us and not have to second think the decision we made for our dog.
Brenda Deckman: No frills, but good care at great prices. Walk-ins only, so go prepared to wait. Your wallet will thank you.
Dr. Susan Harrison: LOVE the doctor we saw! Very compassionate and the price was the best I found. And, they did an excellent job! Will return!
Jennifer Reid: Always a great experience. Caring staff.
cory miles: Had to go and have a cat put down. They were great to deal with and caring. Very reasonable price on such procedures. We also use them for our other animals for thier prescriptions and such and very reasonably priced
Michelle Sidebottom: My dog is 18yrs young and achy bones and a dislocated knee. Popped the knee back and now has some inflammatory meds. She's been walking better than ever.
Rachel Adams: The entire staff/team go above & beyond with everything, from the customer service given from the admin staff to the expert medical care from the veterinarians. I am truly grateful for everyone at IAH & the obvious devotion they have for all pets. (*and patience with their owners)
Nichole K: I will NEVER go to another vet office again! Truly caring and compassionate people work here! They really care about your pets too!
Thomas Cain: Always a great experience they take care of both my dogs been our family vet for over 40 yrs
Tonya Bryan-Long: We have been going here for years. They are wonderful people and very honest about the health of your pet.
Angie Midgett (PsychoGammie): They were very caring and considerate when we had to put down my 16 yr old baby boy.
Tiffini Dunfield: Good place

Hidden Valley Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Kiley Waller: I really liked this vet but me and my dog were attacked by a stray dog last night. I called the minute they opened to get Luna’s wounds checked and she immediately said “we’re booked” didn’t even try to help us get seen. Said she has an opening in 3 days. I assumed my vet of years would at least try to see me.
Stephanie Baillie: Had an emergency appt for us when my normal vet turned me away. Very caring, prompt, and thorough. Great explanations of procedures. A lil more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Chey Girl: Slightly expensive for some dental work but they do a amazing job . And give amazing home care instructions. I use Hidden Valley only and everytime they treat my animals so well. The staff is amazing I definitely recommend!
Teresa hernandez: Kind friendly efficient and clean. First visit after going to previous vet for 20+ years. Very happy with service
June McKenzie: All of the people were so nice and very helpful my dog had emergency surgery on her female parts she had infection in the ovaries great job and fast she was very sick when I took her in they diagnosed it very quickly I'm very happy we took her there
Diamante Bustillos: Gentle with my animals. I’ve got a couple and they all love the vet assist and veterinarian. They give ‘‘em all the pets and comfort.
jay hendrix: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueGroomers ALWAYS do an outstanding job on Smurf!!!!Kudos to Rhonda and the crew!!!!
Terri Burns: The groomers helper held Gypsie all the time while the groomer cut her nails and she never made a fuss.
Martha Gaulden: Lucky's annual visit, shots, etc, friendly, professional staff.
Karen Gaddis: I had a good experience they know us and I trust them to take good care of my little dog
Lisa McGinnis: Hidden Valley Grooming has changed their pricing process and weren't forthcoming about that until after the fact. They now charge by weight instead of taking the breed into consideration. Any dog 11-19 lbs is $50. I have a miniature dachshund that got a bath and what they call a "tidy cut" and they charged $50. RIDICULOUS!!!
Erin Jones: We use Kelly S for grooming. She is amazing!!!
Connie Treffer: Rhonda in grooming is the best!!
Shawn Jackson: Great veterinarian staff! Always friendly and thorough. They really take great care with my animals.
Kathy A Cooper: They were very good with my Chihuahua very nice good bedside manner.
Sam Kach: Was referred to Hidden Valley by my vet that they did mon/tues walk-ins when I couldn’t get to my regular clinic. Staff was super friendly towards both pets and customers. Despite being a walk-in I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them as a clinic to go to for urgent non-emergency care and I will be going back if the need arises in the future.
Evan Evans: Super nice, caring people here at HV Grooming! Props to Melanie and Alinda! Regular customer who recommends to family and friends.
Jane McMillen: They worked in our 15 year-old sick cat on a very busy day. She is doing great now. Thank you all so very much!
Robert miller: only place we have ever taken our dog. we chose hidden valley based on reputation and they have been everything we hoped for
Michael Fruit: The compassion is lacking if it even exists, at this vets ,maybe if it's not an emergency, you might be helped, but in this case,I realize that it was late in the day ,but when you don't have a car and it's real far to walk your kinda nfs of depeent on others. ,now on the other hand , iTook my youngest thinking that we would get some kids and of help, what we got was directions to another place to take my dog that wasn't open for another 30 or 40 minutes, and I'm still not understanding why this doctor veterinarian a person who is chosen to take care of sick wounded and whatever animals,, but notice veterinarian that works at hidden valley ,that they only having a little over half an hour ,that they couldn't even look at my dog, instead I was told to take him to place that wasn't even opened yet,And I personally think that this veterinarian should have their license pulled
Mary Smith: They were the nicest and caring people. I will definitely take my pet back there.

BluePearl Pet Hospital: what do users think?
Jessica Russell: Took my 6 week old puppy here. I am certain they have killed him. Didn't do anything for the vomit. Only did parvo test said it wasn't that. He is dehydrated and had bloody diarrhea. We waited more than 2 hours to be told the results not given anything for vomit or hydration. I'm certain he won't make it till morning. You ensured his death.
Jennifer Mason: Our cat had sudden hind leg paralysis which is considered an emergency so she was taken back within 15 minutes. I know other less critical animals had to wait a little longer because of that and it is frustrating. We ended up having to put her to sleep that night and every single member of the staff was so kind & compassionate. Yes, it is expensive, but all 24 hour vets are. We were so happy we chose to go to Blue Pearl and couldn't have asked for more of the staff during this difficult time.
barbea weston: My dog got chocked on a piece of food. He started to struggle to breath. I rushed him to blue pearl. I previously had a horrible experience with them (gladstone location) so I was very caution and terrified that it would end up being a negitive experience. I told the doctor upfront that I was struggling and having some issues with trusting them after my last experience. He told me that he would be honest with me and explain everything to me as they went, that if he went to fast to just let him know and he would do his best. They ended up keeping my dog over night. The doctor called me before he ended his shift to update me and give me their plan for the evening. This experience has in no way made me forget the prior one but I do feel this location has redeemed the company. I will use this location for any future needs. The staff and doctors were very friendly and compassionate.
Mike Haskins: I shared the same experience as Liz Haus - very thankful for this facility and schedule. I suspected the news would not be great but turns out it was time to say good bye. The Vet and Techs were awesome from when we entered the door. It did not take long to know the situation was dire. Everyone was very respectful and polite. I agree with Liz’s post regarding costs, etc. Thanks to a very good team of professionals at Lee’s Summit!! BTW- we are just passing through but would not hesitate to make this our Vet.
Kimberly Hannen: We live in the country about 70 miles south of this place ... we had what we thought was a dire emergency with our new puppy. After calling our Vet and every other Vet in a 50 mile radius...all answering machines referred clients to Blue Pearl. We rushed up there knowing it was $118 just to walk in with our baby and found that to be reasonable for an emergency. With that being said....I feel that the way they conduct their business of caring for sick pets to be unreasonable. We were made to sign estimated cost "contracts" before any further treatment besides initial triage would be given. $304 for an xray ...and literally every animal we saw come in .. they highly recommend overnight stays. Once we refused to leave our puppy the Dr seemed to get an attitude....by this time we had been there over 5 hours with no definitive answers. Initially we thought she had gotten in to some chemicals in the yard. As we sat there for so long she stopped vomiting and was improving. Still they insisted on tubes and cameras to be put down her throat...basically trying to scare us in to thinking if we didn't leave her there she may die. They never looked in her throat...only took an xray. After almost 6 hours another estimate paper signed for discharge meds (puppy pepto bismol)and fluid injection under her skin ... totalling $544 dollars .... still no answers. We decided she was doing well enough that a visit to or normal Veterinary clinic first thing Monday morning was the best thing. I will NEVER go to Blue Pearl again! Sure they may be helping animals but you best bet it ain't cause they care ... it's all about making money...scaring families in to leaving their pets for even more money. On a side note I found it very insensitive to family members of a little chihuahua who had been brought in...in pretty bad shape...that the receptionist announced to everyone in the waiting room that waiting time would be longer because there was a dog coding in the back...two of the family members hadn't been told that yet ... what a terrible way to find out your fur baby may not make it. This place totally gave us an overwhelming sense of doom...so sad. Turns out our little girl had merely scratched her throat chewing on a stick which made her puke every time she tried to swallow. Thankfully no poison!
Cindy keeports: My 9 week old boxer became aspirated so they say. Kept him over night supposedly put him on oxygen. I asked to say good night and they would not let me go to him instead they took him off the oxygen and brought him to me.. felt like they were hiding something. They wanted to put him down. Long story short my boxer breeder to him to their vet and within two hours he was doing great and came home. I would beware of this place it is about the money not the wellbeing of our fur babies.
Alec Cota: To start off this review I would like to say that my cat is in good health and the medicine they prescribed seems to be helping him but the process to get there was absolutely infuriating to say the very least. We had to rush our 7 month old cat at 10:00PM because he had recently been declawed and his wound had reopened and was bleeding everywhere. He was taken from us the second we walked in the door which was nice but we didn’t even get an update for over an hour. When we did get an update they said we’d have a room to speak with the doctor shortly… We didn’t get a room for another hour and were told that the doctor would be in shortly. Lo and behold we had to wait ANOTHER hour in the room before the doctor went in. Once the doctor had finally arrived we were told that he needed pain meds and that it would take 30 minutes to set in. At this point it’s a little after 1:00AM and we were told that we’d get a call within the next 30 minutes to take him home. 1:45 rolls around and “shockingly” no call. So I go back in the waiting room and ask for an update. Come to find out, he still hadn’t even been given medicine yet. We didn’t get him back until after 2:30AM. And I understand that some critical condition patients came in while we were there and I agree that they get first serve since his life wasn’t in danger but it didn’t take a whole team of techs to do what they did for my cat. All they did was examine him, help stop the bleeding and gave him medicine. There’s not a single world where that should take 4 and a half hours even if it were jam packed (which it wasn’t). And even if they were slammed, all they had to do was say something but we were just told, “It’ll be here shortly, or it’ll be ready in a few”. So to summarize, I am thankful that my cat is okay but it really didn’t have to be that painful of a process and it could’ve taken so much less time for both of us.
Zack Mcmahan: Took our rottie there 2 years ago for severe complications and was turned away because the emergency vet was on lunch. Went again this morning with a dog vomiting large amounts of blood. Was turned away because they stop emergency visits at 7am. That’s fine, except for it was 6:45. They were just lazy
Andrew England: came here with my dog and didn’t walk out with one. they wanted us to pay 1600 for us to pick her up at 7 in the morning while this was 2pm. we said we wanted to take her (the dog) home and she was pronounced dead without a cause of death.
AlilBittaBoth: Staff is caring, and friendly. They give you an $ estimate on services before they give your animal any care. Then, charge an arm and leg for tests.... i.e $350 for blood work...
Sean Soendker Nicholson: Try to make it until morning if you can.
Samantha Lockwood: I took in our Zelda with signs of having a stroke. After evaluating her and determining it was a stroke they were compassionate and worked with us on the fees. They let us take our time in saying good by and let us stay with her as long as we wanted.
Piepie Baltz: Dr Thorne and the rest of the staff there were amazing! We took our Audrey in late this past Friday and the staff were kind and respectful and explained things well to us. We felt comfortable leaving her overnight to get treated for her labored breathing. Audrey was able to come home after 24 hours and we're so happy to have our sweet girl back. It sounds like she charmed everyone they met and they spoiled her! Would most definitely return to Blue Pearl again next time we need an emergency vet. Highly recommend!
Wendy Berdych: I can’t say enough how kind, compassionate, and supportive all of the team at Blue Pearl were. We were there with a very sick member of our family at a time when the waiting room was busting at the seams. They got us right in, even came out and got her from our car, and got us right in. Although I knew they were very busy, our family never felt rushed to make a decision or in spending the last moments with our beloved dog. Everyone was amazing but I can’t say enough about how incredible Dr Ervin was. He was so patient and gentle with discussions in front of the kids regarding our situation and took the extra time and care to explain things in her last moments to our children. It was a horribly difficult time but I am so thankful we were with those people, at that place.
Dacodah Rodgers: If I could rate zero stars I would. My dog split her foot open and was brought here they didn’t even wrap it up right or take care of it which made it more expensive at the normal vet now because she needs stitches and a lot more work. Was charged an outrageous amount for no work done.
Nautika Ewing: This place is Wonderful. The compassion and hospitality is Amazing. The time you take, the love for Animals, the care is soooooo Appreciated!! We lost both our older boys in under 2 years 😭💔. Idk what My family would of done without Blue Pearl. Your Card you send after losing our Fur Babies just touches me!! All the Staff signing with personal messages. Keep up the GREAT WORK!! Thank you sooooo much. Hugs to ALL your Staff, yall are a Blessing
Lauren Bertagnolli: Our sweet girl Emerald was lethargic, white gums, overall not herself on 02/04. When I called Blue Pearl to see what we should do they said to bring her up immediately. We arrive worried as ever about our baby but the staff were all so kind to us and helped us through everything. Our doctor Briana was the most amazing, caring, sensitive doctor to us. This was our first time ever having to euthanize one of our babies. The doctor brought in the ultrasound machine, guided us through everything, asked our millions of questions all with compassion. We had the support of her the entire time while we made the most difficult decision of our entire life. The staff gave us all the time in the world while we said goodbye to our baby girl. Thank you to Blue Pearl for being so kind and caring. Thank you for taking care of Emerald. We are so happy to have her back home with us. ❤️
Amanda Littleton: This Blue Pearl location is better than the Overland Park location. It is an ER environment.Even so, mindful assessment of an animal’s injuries should be made.I brought my dog that had suffered injury to his right foreleg in because he was refusing to bear weight on it.I told them that when I had rotated his leg in to the shoulder, he whined. I had to haul this 100 lb. dog from the second floor of my home to the main level, and he was taken in on a gurney. After a long, patient wait, and agreeing to a radiograph, we were informed it did not seem to be a break. There was possibly something wrong with a toe, but it was hard to say if it was a fracture.I thought it odd that the DVM Dr. Taylor Duffy or the techs, whomever took the radiograph, did not capture his shoulder. I am not an expert, and she seemed confident in her assessment.Sent home on Gabapentin with varying instruction on discharge paperwork vs. the labels on the bottles, I contacted my vet first thing the next morning.Confusion and astonishment abounded on the prescribed Gabapentin, a neuron blocker, and the fact the radiograph did not include the shoulder. Radiograph was approximately $400. Some benefit of doubt given, since they didn’t know his liver enzymes. The consult fee, Buprenorphine, and Gabapentin was about another $300. No weaning instructions on the Gabapentin. The issue was his shoulder.Three stars for polite, empathetic staff that I genuinely believe care about the animals and people they service. It was a rough night for them. I cannot say they did not try. I just wish the assessment had been thorough, considering after hours fees at a specialist’s clinic, so I cannot give 5 stars. I know specialists are in short order. I hope you’re able to get the help you need and not be stretched so thin that you continue to have this problem.
Christine Schleich (Tina): Can not get into details yet but hell no run. Simple test would of shown cat had gotten into some type of poisoning to animals. At $1000 later sent him home with anabiotic’s water joke
Sarah Maxwell: I have a “difficult” cat when it comes to go to the vet, to say the least. I warned the blue pearl staff and they were so kind and understanding. Dr Duffy was extremely thorough in assessing my cat to figure out what was going on. Yes it’s expensive, but unfortunately that’s what happens when you go to an emergency vet. Very thankful for the care that my “spicy” cat received at blue pearl!
Holly: Compassionate.

Banfield Pet Hospital: what do users think?
Avery Hecht (Tanooki): I cannot put into words how amazing this place and the staff are! I made Dr Young the primary care doctor on the spot and both the Jennifer's are absolutely perfect!!!
Cj Cox: don't recomend people be wilden dont mess around my dog got kidnapped
Susan Sneed: How do you still like Banfield because if it’s pet health program or you could pay monthly and they had locations all around the country but several locations have closed and then I’ve been treated exceedingly rudely by the people in Lawrence Kansas and don’t love the service I’ve gotten in Springfield the last year the first year so I was great when I was down in Texas Banfield was nice down in Austin Texas area two of them were very nice but overall I am done with it forever and I would never spend another money in a Banfield pet veterinary clinic
Justin Gann: Well preserved, old cemetery.
Megan Day: PLEASE READ!!First of all, I absolutely love the staff at this hospital. It was my first time using Banfield. My online appointment got screwed up due to my own fault, but they really went the distance to help get my sick baby seen. The office is so professional and knowledgeable. My almost 10-year-old dog had not been to the vet in quite some time because she has a past traumatic experience. The doctor checked her out and gave me their recommendations for her care. She also gave me an UPFRONT price so I knew EXACTLY what it would cost. They have like an insurance plan you can purchase and use at the time you pay. For ALL her work (office visit, total blood work, X-RAY, heart worm test, lime disease test, worm test, rabies vaccine, urine test, the shot to help with fluids, 2 medications and 6 month heart worm/tic/flea meds AND the cost of the insurance) only cost me $250.!!! This was pretty much an emergency visit without the high prices!!!!Literally at any other vet. This would have cost me a fortune. I do not feel the doctor tried adding things that were needed due to her illness. She gave recommendations based on her age of things she thinks should happen in the future. When I picked up my baby, the doctor came out and sat down and went over the work that they've done. They gave me her report card of all her labs. When they brought my dog out, for the first time she did not seem scared or confused or shaken up like before, and was in good spirits!! It was extremely hard for me to leave her there but I absolutely feel comfortable going forward!!I highly recommend this vet and their insurance. You can also go online and download a free get to know me coupon for your pet!!
Angela Beauchamp: Wonderful place
Yadira Chicas: We take our 6 month old golden dodle puppy for care. He is well taken care of and we trust the vets and staff with our pup.
Zackery Griesinger: Banfield has always been great to us. The staff there is amazing. It can be expensive but all vets are. Drop off appointments are very convenient! The place is always clean and I can tell they take great care of my animals!
Linda Matthews: I love the crew there. They really are interested in your concerns with your animal. And take care of your animals needs.
Andrea Henderson: Great hospital they take great care of my snickers.
Jean Cast: I enjoyed the benefits of Banfield.
Michell D. Ortiz: Heather was delight to speak with. She was so incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you!
Lela Kyle: The Dr and techs were amazing and sweet to my fur baby boy. They were gentle with him he's only 5 lbs
Jorge Rosa: good hospital, good prices unfortunately they will refused to help you without an appointment.
Melody Myers: Great service great help good tools I got what I needed at reasonable costs.
Leah White: They provide affordable monthly plans that cover regular pet health which is super helpful! Also the vet/techs/and staff are wonderful.
Mari Lieberman: We took our dog here for an ear hematoma. $200.00 later, absolutely nothing was done. Could not go into the exam room with our dog who was a little over anxious and could be calmed by our presence. They did an ear swab which came back as a yeast infection. No antibiotics were given, just ear drops for us to clean his ear twice daily. When I suggested just lancing the ear and letting it drain, the doctor gave us 3 options. The options were, surgery, cutting the ear and applying a bandage around it to the top of the head, or nothing. The vet acted like she didn't want to bother with it. We left there very disappointed with less money for nothing. I could have lanced it myself and saved the money. We will never bring our pets there again.
Tracy Black: Staff was friendly and helpful, prices were resonable,& Dr. took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and address them all without rushing me out! We will definately be using her as his permanent vet!!!
Ryan Wagoner: Staff is courteous and friendly.
Jennifer Wyse: We had found a couple of stray dogs and needed to have them scanned for chips so that we could reunite them. The front desk staff was kind, professional, and efficient!
Iruka Hannon-watford: Very kind and helpful always.

Jackson County Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Tina Cook: I have 3 animals that are routinely seen and it has always been a great experience.
brian easterla: Great place getting overpriced
Samantha Overman: These people love my babies as much as I do!
Susan Miller: They were able to get my dog in for an emergency visit within 30 minutes of my phone call. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and the doctor was thorough and very attentive to my dog.
Mindy Thomas: Great service, got me in right away!! Reasonable fees for multiple lab tests done with results in an hour. Very nice Dr & assistants, thorough exams performed and all concerns addressed- very satisfied customer!!!
Terri Tucker: Amazing kind loving people
Teresa Calton: I love everything about Jackson County Animal Hospital. The ladies working the front desk are always helpful in finding solutions to problems I have with my Sheltie, Chaser. The doctor and medical staff really care about your pet and do their best to de-stress them. They listen to you and help find solutions for your pet whether it's for anxiety or guiding me to use the internet to find ways to train Chaser to be a more obedient dog. They try to look for alternatives to help you and your pet instead of getting you to buy expensive medicine that may or may not work. I love everything about JCAH! ❤
johanny gonzalez: Siempre muy profesionales y me dan la plena confianza de que saben muy bien lo que hacen. También me encanta como aman a sus pacientes caninos comenzando desde que uno abre la puerta de la clínica.
Lucas Fine: Great place. Staff was amazing!
Tracy Meador: Had to put my baby of 14 yrs down tonight. They were so kind and caring through the whole process.
stevean Battaglia: They act like they know what they are doing but I Don't Believe so
Dana Welsh: We had a great first experience at Jackson County Animal Hospital! The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Coles answered all of my questions, offered puppy training advice, and gave our pup a thorough exam + vaccines. We are very happy with the care our dog received. We will be back!
Lisa Hernandez: I love the people here
Rachael Fall: Great place very friendly, they did amazing with my timid dog☺️ would totally recommend
Janie Sanchez: I feel like the people in this office sincerely care for my fur babies.
Isabella Fiore: I cannot think the people at this vet enough, they are all so nice and so accommodating, it also feels good to know that they will work with your budget to the best of their abilities, they are one of the most affordable vets in Kansas City, but in no way, do you skip out on the quality of their service! Huge shout out to Amber, she was the first person to see my cat Momo when he was a baby, a year later, she still remembers him! They fixed an umbilical They fixed an umbilical Hernia and fixed my cat early to make sure that they would get that taken care of on time, Any other vet was quoting over $600. Dr. Pedro was so kind and recommending multiple ways of treatment, for my cat, breaking down by most recommended to least recommended, and it made it so much easier in a stressful situation. I highly recommend this that to anybody!
Sue Normand: They took very good care of my German Shepard Chief, and we will take him back whenever he needs care. Prices seemed reasonable to us.
Patricia Golding: Started going there in 1986. Have enjoyed having my animals under their care. Would highly recommend this place.
The LadyAngler: The staff is usually very busy and you may have to wait a bit to see the doctor. Despite that, they are very fair priced and the staff/team does a great job taking care of all my pets medical needs. They do an outstanding job helping a grieving pet owner make the difficult decision to put their pet to sleep. They are patient and show respect to the family. They even took the time to send a sympathy card to our family via us mail. Words cannot express what that simple gesture meant to my family. ❤️
Mindy Spano: Everyone is always so responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others.

Animal Clinic of Susquehanna: what do users think?
Sheree Barker: This is a great place to go. Low cost for shots for your pets, compared to the price other places want. Place is clean and the people are friendly. I will be back for sure.
Anne Croston: Dr. Bunch is an incredible doctor! She really cares about her patients and takes time with the owners so they understand what's going on with their fur babies.
Hayley Guth: We've been bringing our furry kids here for years. Everyone is so nice, and the doctors are wonderful. The prices are very reasonable. The quality of care all around is great!
Tonya Mcmulin: Quick and friendly and reasonable prices.
John Barker: Very friendly service. Took care of my dogs needs.
Heather Johnson: Dr. Bunch and staff are amazing!! I trust her with all 5 of my cats!
Clay Davis: Amazing service
Joseph Taylor: Great prices, great vets... this is a great place to bring your furry loved ones.
Michael Woods: Rhonda Seaton 😇
Roger: This is why I believe The Animal Clinic of Susquehanna is a trash company and why I won't EVER say a good thing about or spend a dollar here. They are located 2 miles from my home. Farview is normally the family vet clinic, but they haven't been working on Saturdays. So, I called this company that unsuccessfully treated a rescue cat when I was 13 (I got cat scratch fever shortly after their assessment) to ask for help euthanizing my 16 year old Chihuahua. She had a huge tumor on her mouth and it was time to help her pass...A woman, who couldn't sound more put out, told me, "uhhh, we're all booked up today and we're not taking new clients".I was infuriated, but I was more invested in finding someone to help us. With some help, I found and contacted a company called HOME WITH DIGNITY.A vet drove from Kansas and was at our home at 10:45 a.m. He was so warm and so professional. And, after 16 years, we needed that compassion as we said goodbye to our beloved little Ruby. This vet traveled quickly to be in our home and give our baby the best chance at a peaceful death. I will never forget that. That's the way to do busines, in my opinion. So, because the vet in my community was not willing to help a suffering dog, she took any money that could have been hers and forfeited it to the state of Kansas and she earned Susquehanna Vet a one star review from a person that will never ask for help again. If you're in the business of caring, then care enough to help the public around you. Thanks for nothing.
Meda Holloway: I accompanied my 70 yo mother to this clinic today for the first time and was shocked by the poor customer service. Her cat has been ill so I was with her today when she called them to make an appointment. She made the call on speaker phone so I heard the interaction. They told her specifically to come in at 2:45pm. We did arrive 15 minutes early. She called to let them know she was there. The receptionist started scolding her. Saying “No, no no, I told you 3:00” her tone was very frustrated and it bothered me to hear her interact with my mother this way, a customer they have had for many years. I let this go but then was even more astounded by the behavior of the veterinarian. As soon as she entered the room she didn’t even address my mom with hello or any kind of greeting. There was no bedside manner at all. She didn’t say anything even close to (Hey sorry your cat is still ill. Tell me what’s going on?) She just looked at her clip board and basically said she wasn’t sure why we brought the cat in since they can’t manage it over the weekend. She seemed exasperated.I felt like all of the staff were so dismissive of my mom and her concern for her cat.I’m not even upset that they couldn’t care for her cat’s illness over the weekend . The lack of customer service or empathy is really what stood out to me.Mom is such a loyal customer and will just accept bad treatment. It was so hurtful to me to see her treated like that.
Tammy Irwin: Vet tech Krista is the best!
Christie Donelson: First time I had ever had to take a family member on his trip to doggy heaven. They made the process so much easier, and my baby went peaceful. Price was nice so I could concentrate on him and not that i was breaking my bank. Wonderful letter and beautiful box when I picked him up as well.
Charlie Kerr: . Very helpful & answered all my?
Geneda Schwanke: Everyone there is very nice
Cori: My mom and I have been coming here for 20 years. They did an amazing job with our two dogs who passed a few years ago. They are very compassionate and helpful.
Michael Squires: I have taken my dogs here for years, in my opinion they are the best, and I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
Matt D: Wondering why you should choose this Clinic. Simply the only place that I trust the staff to treat my furry family like family. They go above and beyond to help .
Rhonda S: Very caring and understanding.
Bryce Nelson: In the 22 years that I've been coming to this vet I've never had any issues. The service has been excellent. I would highly recommend bringing your pet here.
George Obrien: Just gotta love these people.

Farview Veterinary Hospital: what do users think?
Chreshae Hairlson: Nice when they are able to get you in the drs are amazing but reception staff isn't the best they will mess up scheduling and then don't accommodate for the mixups. If it's an emergency better off going to an hospital. Messed up scheduling twice but was patient because the doctors here are truly phenomenal. Might return when they get better receptionist
Ari: Edit 2: In response to the business response. This absolutely happened at your clinic a few years ago. And if you can't "find records" that's a flimsy excuse seeing as you don't have the patients names. I'm guessing your trying to get my honest review removed by claiming I didn't use your services.Edit: Things are not as great as they once were. After being told by the vet that my 2 kittens were "too young" and it was the "wrong season to get pregnant", I agreed to wait 1 month for the next available spay appointment. 1 month later, I received a call from the operating room that both kittens were pregnant! 11 kittens later, 1 mama kitten developed a severe infection leaving her with an actual hole in belly, they refused to see her for an emergency visit. $1000 to the emergency vet later, Farview did an ER follow up visit and sent her home with dead tissue around the huge hole in her belly. I went to another vet who cleaned her up and sent us home with supplies to care for her. I lost all trust and respect for this office.---Nice honest vets with fair prices. They don't upsell you on unnecessary tests and services. They usually have emergency appointments available for no extra charge.
Deborah Abbott: Friendly staff and gentle compassionate care for my puppies shots.
Fredy Lopez: Great service and supportDr. Clark and crew amazing 👏
Allison Stone: They don't seem to be as caring as you would expect and their prices are outrageous. They spent more time socializing with each other than they did caring about the pets people were so worried about...
Jennifer Bunker: I went here for ansil clipping for my teacup chihuahua and had a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and prompt which I appreciated. They accommodated me w no problem when I had to reschedule my original appointment. Thanks Fairview!! 🙂(The only reason I don't give it five stars is because I have not use their veterinary services yet).
Norvin Johnson: Good people
Anthony Large: Very professional and friendly plus cheap prices. 10/10 recommend. We even moved to Blue springs and still use their service, worth the drive!
Kellie Boyes: All the staff are very sweet and caring. I've only been twice but both times were nothing but amazing
Julie E: Dr. Olsen is the best with all my pets.
Tracy Shoate: I can't thank Farview and its staff enough for how kind and caring they were when we had to have our little "Star" put to rest. The doctor and her assistant gave us all of the answers to our questions and gave us time to spend with our baby. They understood how hard it was for us and they treated her with dignity. The assistant even placed her favorite toy in her arms before we left. and that made it so much easier to leave. Today we got her paw prints in the mail and the card was so sweet. I cried when I saw them but, I felt like a little bit of her came home to me. Thank you with all of my heart.Update: We have been taking our dog Levi here to get nails trimmed and other vet needs and I am impressed with the last girls who did his nails, he was calm, they were kind to him and quick and he even got tummy rubs. Lol
Josh Leonard: We have been n taking our pets here for years and the staff if super friendly, their prices are affordable.. I highly recommend them.
Rhonda Park: Always friendly and take care of my dog with so much care and love !
Pamela Campbell Homes: They are very efficient and take care of my animals very well.
retiredjp: My aged working search rescue male k9 was dying . 14 yo. Our hearts are breaking . I called before hours left urgent msg. Several hours late they returned my call and I quote " We can't get to him today for final act of kindness , our 1 & only Vet has busy day but we can put you on standby for later this week" we have taken our furry kids to Fairview for over 20 yrs! He's crying can't walk can't release his bladder CRYING OUT TO US ! HELP ME ! All the female vet had to do was open their back clinic door , administer injection , go back inside . The Org Owners WOULD NEVER treated any k9s , especially long term clients , like this ! They can't keep any Vets longer than a month or 2 . The office staff are I'll trained , they are NOT VET TECHS , just kids off the street ! We have huge money in time training for our baby's , Working k9s ! Reg Public Safety k9s .FARVIEW VET GETS AN " F " .,...Lost our business FOREVER ! THEY ARE A ON THE DO NOT USE LIST !
James Stone: Great staff, excellent experience. Clearly animal lovers. Unlike other commercial vets they don't push services or meds just for their bottom line.
Jonathan Thurston: Highly recommend to take your pet to Farview! The staff is very nice and will take good care of your pet and will some them much Love! Our little “Parker J” love going to the Vet knowing he will get loved on and awesome treats!!!!
Tristen Engelman: We love Dr. Olsen and Dr. Clark. They have always been amazing to our animals and have been very accommodating.
Alan Sneed: Have always taken great care of my Emmi. Even in her final moments, they were caring.
Janette Presler: Wonderful staff.
Caitlyn Bowlin: Wonderful staff, great prices, fast service, clean environment and all very knowledgeable as well as really care for the pets!
