When I called to ask for them.to pick the TV up. And I no longer wanted mine back due to some issues. A male amd a female came to get it. The guy was really friendly amd nice. But the lady on the other hand seem to be offer. Answering phone call. Didn't want to help carry the TV out. The guy had to ask her a few times to please help him amd to get off the phone. That she would have to tale care of the phone call later. She was really stand offish with him. If I do ever go back. It won't be to the one at 23rd and less summit rd.

If staff so worried about credit and sales maybe rent a center need lower prices that could be affordable to the people and should also put their customers first and not themselves. Brooklyn Vaughan: Such awesome employees!!!! Walked in to get a washer and dryer and not only walked out with a brand new washer and dryer that was super easy to pay with the 6 months same as cash, but also walked out with a job and started 2 weeks later!!!!
John Stricklin: Rude, Bullies, overpriced junk, they prey and take a vantage of people that need stuff without credit, if you ever run into a situation to where you can’t make your payment there is no remorse there is no compassion they want that money or you do without even though you’ve been a loyal customer in good standings with your account for over two years. They come to my door and involved my children in an adult matter. Bring back Ethan!!! Do not rent from here save your money and buy out right they will take advantage of you they will not help you.
Diana Todd: They wouldn't take the back off the sofa for easier delivery. So as a result they scraped and chipped the paint off the hallway into my apartment by pushing the sofa in. I don't know if I'll be charged for the damage when the apartment manager notices it.

They came and got the washer and refuse to give any refund for me only using it for two days. Really 63.10 for two days. Not expecting all of it but would be nice for some. Karry DIVERS: So I experienced a very frightening Friday night after dark. There was a knock at the door, and two men asked for a different person than myself to which I replied was not here. I wasn’t even sure who they was because they didn’t identify themselves and it was dark. These two began harassing me left and right. I explained that I am not the customer and I would try to reach him. He wanted me to do it right then and I couldn’t because I was busy. They bombarded me with such anger and rudeness the entire time that I was trying to explain that I would do what I could. One told me he was supervisor for collections and he was going to call the police on me! He then proceeded to completely insult me. Just then my sitter pulled up and he proceeded to harass them! I even asked if they had a card so I would atleast know they wasn’t pulling something scary. They did not give me one and needless to say my son was so afraid that he didn’t even want to come out of the room to go with the sitter. Someone in corporate needs to know about what kind of employees they have! I will take this to the BBB

SirJuan Ingram III: Overall the experience that I had with the staff was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I had come in and originally rented a sectional. Come to find out that the sectional I rented was too big to fit in my apartment. So the delivery guys who I have to say were very professional and on time, took the sectional back to the store. I called and spoke with the manager and she was like hey come back to the store and we can get you something else. So I went to the store and after measuring several sofas and sectionals I finally found one that would fit thanks to the help of the manager and the delivery guy. After getting everything situated I was told I wouldn't be able to get the sectional until Monday. I asked the manager if they could deliver it the same day. The manager went to speak with her driver and came back and told me they could come out today. So they did finally come back to my apartment, after one of the delivery drivers just got back from delivering a refrigerator, and delivered my sectional and it fit and I am a very satisfied customer. I really wish I could remember their names but they know who they are and I thank them so much for making sure I left satisfied.

I called and told them what i was wanting and by time i waa able to get to the store they had everything ready for me when alex made my delivery i had just lost my kitten and he cared enough to help me look for her he was so sweet and told me to make sure i let them know if i found her or not. Kim: If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I placed an order for an LG TV when I called they told me they didn’t have any LG‘s but they had a Samsung I could have. They delivered it yesterday and it’s an off brand TV that I’ve never heard of and the cable company has never heard of. They left without checking it and it had no sound. The cable company couldn’t get the sound to work so I called them today and told them to take it back. I was told it would be sometime next week. I called and asked for the Regional Manager’s name and number and Stephanie refused instead they told me they would not rent to me again. Funny they rented my entire home of furniture and several tv’s in the past. That’s customer loyalty. This is not the same pleasant store and staff that it used to be. If this is now their idea of customer satisfaction they are going to fail.

Amanda Gallion: Shoutout to Jared for helping us with our washer and dryer! When I had to call him because his drivers accidentally dropped off two washers it was fixed within an hour or so. I have to say though I feel bad for the older gentleman that was the driver looks like his partner doesnt listen well to instruction and is a bit unprofessional. I have a long voicemail that was accidentally sent to me of them arguing and cussing. Also left me with no dryer hose but certainly nothing but a 30$ fix at homedepot. I still gave 5 stars ⭐️

Tim Owens: Independence Audio is an awesome company to work with. Their quality and service are A+. I just updated my Home Theatre Area that had equipment in it that was over 20 years old. Over the past six months Independence Audio has installed a new Anthem MRX-1140 Receiver, Four new Dolby Atmos Speakers, and the new Sony 6000 Laser Projector. Dave was the salesperson I worked with and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to get exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm totally loving my new Updated Home Theatre. It sounds great and the projector picture is amazing.

I pay them $500 just to install my own system. They didnt install the bass knob and i find out later when i got rid of the car the radio wasnt int a bracket just a plastic face plate after acting like they had to do surgery to my dash!!!!! You couldn't pay me to go back to that place!!!. Me

R Bol: Been going here since my first car, bought a 2022 Refresh Silverado and they put a sub, amp and bass switch in , zero issues. I was the first person to bring in the new updated dash to them. I'm stoked been a month or 2 now and zero issues sounds amazing. I'll be bringing in my impala here soon.

Robert Dutro: Wouldn't purchase from again. Purchased the Rockford Stage 1 & 2 for my bike from them. Amp kit is missing the 35 pin in the kit. Guy even had the nerve to say I didn't buy the amp or kit from them only the speakers and deck. Guess some under the table stuff going on up there or someone just gave me my amp. Per Rockford's own words. That is 100% bad business. Buyer Beware all I can say. zero stars if I could.

Brandon Reichardt: Great experience with the guys at Independence audio. Had them install a basic home theater set up in my basement with the goal of being able to watch multiple sports games or other programs on one screen at the same time. They were able to advise me on whether to do a projector screen, a large TV or multiple smaller TVs and what would work best for our specific space. Ultimately settled on an 83 inch TV (given the space) and they were able to pair it with a tiling mechanism (Metra Multiviewer) that allowed for the TV screen to be split 4 equal ways simultaneously (with different inputs) or to do Picture in Picture with the proper aspect ratio and resolutions remaining intact. They also got us set up with a nice Sonos system with sound that fit our needs and a remote that was able to control everything from one simple device.Communication was good throughout the process as it looked like we might have to wait a while for install but Dave our sales rep kept in touch as things with the schedule evolved and was able to move us up by over a month from our originally scheduled date. The install guys who came the day of were really good to work with as well. Very knowledgeable, professional and good at communicating with someone like me who’s not overly tech savvy. They were there for about 5 hours installing everything and showed me how to set up and work everything that was installed.Overall good experience and quality work from people who clearly know what they are talking about and what they are doing.
Michael Sestak: I just had Independence Audio-Video install (4) quality Focal OD6 speakers in my backyard. This is a project I've dreamed of doing since I purchased my home a decade ago. I'm not sure why I waited so long?The speakers connect directly to my Yamaha 2070 with two separate zones. Zone 2 for Deck, Zone 3 for Patio. To turn on the music in the backyard, all my wife has to do is hit the "Party" button on the remote and the music instantly plays at a perfect level of -40db. Although I bought the system for me...she's the one who *really* loves it! She now does her bird-watching, coffee-drinking to the music of Brian Crain each morning! The sound quality is amazing - excellent clarity, even at low levels.Jeff was amazing to work with and the team that came out to my house were real audio experts. Even though they ran into a few challenges in my home, they knew exactly what to do. I was extremely impressed with the whole team. And their prices were very reasonable.I'm planning on finishing my basement soon and will definitely be returning to IAV for future audio work. I would encourage you to go to their store and look around. They know their business well - 10 out of 10 stars.

I ran at the tx1000 dingo for Saturday and Sunday was not able to get the work done in those two days so I went ahead and rented it for the rest of the week I was able to use it for an additional four hours and then it started raining I was unable to use the machine the rest of the week that I paid for I called and talked to the manager to see if I could get some additional time to be able to use the machine for the job I need to get done I was told that I could keep the machine a little while longer on Saturday the day it was to be returned that will not give me the time I need to finish the job I paid just shy of $800 to rent this machine for a week and a trailer for a day. I'm a small business owner I run my own handyman service and to spend $800 to rent a machine and got not get the job done really hits me hard financially now I have to figure out how to get the job done without the finances to rent another machine I would not recommend this company to anyone that is trying to get his business off the ground. They were happy to take my money to rent the machine but we're unwilling to work with me in order to help me keep my schedule and get the job done with the machine I paid $800 to rent and only got a little over 8 hours of work out of it. I will not be renting from this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone in the future.

JAyD Ashley: Very horrible experience with this place rented jack hammer for bob cat it did not work properly guy said just keep messing with it no never worked right so i thought it was my bobcat that was the problem no it was not got another hammer and still had problems it worked but a bolt that holds plate on kept coming loose independence location would not work with me on price after I had problems for 3 and a haf hours I had guys on my clock costing me money very bad customer service so save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere
