KSM M: I still cannot find anywhere, where they published the Mother’s Day brunch menu. Do not advertise it as a brunch when there is not a single breakfast menu item available. Do not take reservations at 10:30 AM and off for coffee and mimosas, when there is absolutely nothing, you are serving that makes sense with those beverage items. the menu was very lacking and the steak was over cooked. They were not keeping up with changing out the items that were empty so no one was following a line. If they saw that the risotto had been refilled, people were just stepped right in because they had been waiting. Unlike their brunch we were used to, there was no selection of desserts. In fact, our server told us desserts were included as we asked for a check. The cheesecake we received was warm. Seriously… Warm. Our server was very nice and we didn’t ask for a manager to complain because who wants to be that person on Mother’s Day. But we will never ever go back.
Elizabeth Mitchell: Not a good experience. Went for Mother’s Day, it’s like they didn’t plan for it to be busy. The hostess was rude rude rude. We had to wait for her to stop and yell at the kitchen staff as we passed. I watched them make an elderly lady struggle up a step to her table. Like they can’t accommodate handicap/elderly people..? It was SO hot. It was supposed to be a brunch but there was nothing breakfast related..? The food that was there was okay but it was a buffet and they weren’t keeping up with changing out the empty dishes. A huge fight was happening behind the bar. The staff were screaming at each other and dropping fbombs. So unprofessional. The cheesecake was warm. 48 dollars a plate not worth that at all. Our waiter was stretched between too many tables and he was trying to keep the peace between the staff that were fighting. He was hurrying but everything he did took 10-15 minutes. We were there for two plus hours. When he brought the check he didn’t give us a pen. I had a small child and did not have anymore time to wait for a pen. I went to ask the hateful hostess but she wasn’t there. The line of people waiting to be seated was out the door. I just reached behind the host stand and signed my bill with a crayon. You can tell by the lack of owner interaction on their Facebook and google review pages that the owner obviously does not care. You could not pay me to go back. What a waste of a Mother’s Day.
Danny Smith: We went for Mother's Day brunch. Several problems: They've raised the price to the brunch drastically. And food lacked seasoning. Example: the polenta, risotto, corn, and shrimp and grits( lacked shrimp) were all seasonless. The chicken was something you'd make at hm. The ceaser salad was turning brown. The back room was warm. The live music was too loud. Dessert was also scarce and only 1 per guest- so much for a buffet. You could tell the brownie was frozen. Plus the brownies wasn't even uniformed.

I ordered the open faced turkey sandwich with mashed red skin potatoes/gravy. Very tasty. Potatoes weren’t instant. Turkey was delicious. Others around me ordered a big burger with fries, cod & shrimp dinner, fried chicken Cobb salad (looked amazing! And huge!), bear claw stuffed French toast, chili burger & chicken tenders. Delesia Hill: This is my first time trying this restaurant. When I went in the staff were helpful and friendly! Not a bad price for the amount of food you get but it was a little bland. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast. The eggs were over cooked and the hash browns were undercooked and under seasoned. The steak itself was good. I may try again at a later date to see if maybe it was just an off day.

Debi Cogburn: I had the French dip ciabatta (deluxe) sandwich with AuJus tonight. OMG that is the very best. Corner Cafe could learn a thing tor three. (My typical go-to when I go there). My first bite was not dipped, I knew at that moment, this was gonna be a delicious meal. I am so glad I have leftovers! However, I was very disappointed in the selection of salad dressings. I'm not a fan of Bacon Ranch, Balsamic Vinegar or Italian. Who doesn't have French? Black Bear, that's who.

Jennifer Hill: Cannot comment on the food my daughter and I were eating late and we really wanted to eat at this place. All of the chairs were up on the tables and they were only doing to go orders and wouldn't serve us for dine in so that was very disappointing.

eryn noble: Tamale and enchilada was pretty good, the rice and beans were bland. The service was non-existent past her dropping the dinner combos off at the table, so it's a good thing I REALLY wanted flan, or the restaurant would have screwed themselves out of an extra sale vecause if how irritated I was that I had to go up to the stand and order it myself in addition to getting my own boxes and the check. (Keep in mind there were 3 other customers in there, 1 had completely finished his meal and had paid and was just watching TV at this point... so no excuse to why the server couldn't do her job to an acceptable level. Also, I was a server for 8 years, so I'm very aware of what good service is and is not and what is reasonably attainable.)Also, I was pretty bummed that there were only 4 or 5 reasonably priced dinner options, while all of the other dinner entres were priced like a much nicer restaurant... not a strip mall with shoddy service, bland food, small plates, etc.... I think this place thinks they're something they're clearly not....And please...if you're gonna rip people off with all the above, at least give them the option of an alcoholic beverage....not just fountain drinks.Overall not very impressed. It's truly a big bummer that Palomino's closed. 😕

Kimberly Holloway: Had to go here to pick up orders for Doordash and Uber Eats. It was late night/ early morning hours and it wasn't too busy. People in front of me in line was waiting to be assisted way before I showed up and they proceeded to sit themselves after 10 minutes of me being there. 20 minutes and an employee finally came over to me. Gave them the two names for the orders and proceeded to wait more because they weren't done yet. Made it back to my car with both orders after waiting an hour. Suppose to be new management but I have only seen this place get worse over the last couple years. It's completely unorganized and employees look really stressed and irritated.

Legend Nevels: Unbelievable! Spent 30 minutes in the parking lot trying to add 2 items to a mobile order which refused to work. Had to go in and wait another 10 minutes to place the order. 2 orders of 4 pancakes was the order in total! The cost was $38 was to cost! Not only could we have made a hundred pancakes (instead of 8) for that price at home but they could have added bacon and hot chocolate too and still had money left over. Almost 40 dollars for 8 small pancakes in unforgivable.To make matters more annoying the child behind the counter wanted to debate religious ideologies! And then informed me 20 minutes later when the 8 pancakes were FINALLY READY that there were no forks in the entire place for the two little girls to eat their pancakes with. Smirking as he said it then he walked away.To recap:60 minutes in total to order 8 pancakes. Cost...$38. No common courtesy and complete lack of concern for customers.Will NEVER RETURN TO IHOP AGAIN.
Martha “Marti” Taylor: Well, I go there a lot because every year they have their strawberry crepes! I absolutely love them. I will tell you that even though the service was great and the food was good screaming children should never remain inside a public place!!!! They should be taken outside and explained to them the difference between indoor voices and outdoor voices. It interrupts and disturbs other customers and we are just as hungry as they are but we're not acting a fool!!!!

Phillip Shoats: After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to clean off the table for us. We were seated in an area that was hot, but the server was quick to move us to a cooler section of the restaurant. We ordered our food and when the food came out we were informed that one of our meals were unavailable. Then I still got charged for the meal even though we didn't receive it. Our recent visit to the local IHOP has been terrible. Which is sad because it used to be my favorite place to eat now we will find a favorite place.
