My question is, if you decided that you're done working, then what was the point in keeping the front door unlock for customers to come in.

Becky Reed: I get frustrated every time I try to shop here which is a shame since it's so close to where I live. They don't seem to care if they sell stuff or not since they don't keep things in stock. Lots of empty cubbyholes and shelves. I thought they were going out of business when I first started shopping there. This has been going on for years so it's not a pandemic thing. All in all it just feels poorly run. Now and then I find something at a reasonable price so I keep going back since it's so close. But I could be buying so much more there instead of their competitors.

C: I used to love it. Now it's a struggle to shop. A mask is fine except my glasses fog. I didn't see the line needed to step behind. Very little lighting so extra difficult to see unless I am near a sunlite window. The store is not honoring patron purchase awards, part time hours and need to call.
nohatmonkey: Used to be a great art store but completely wrapped up in the Covid hysteria. Face masks have been proven time and again to be ineffective placebos, yet Coldsnows requires them to enter the store. And when i do get in they are about 30% stocked!. You know who doesnt have these policies and stays in stock? Amazon and Hobby Lobby - i'll just go there next time i need something! You're putting YOURSELVES out of business! Stop with these asinine policies and stock your store!

This is in original store it has class it also has great deals I bought the remainder of the Montana markers that they have stopped carrying but I got it for a great price. Now there are other art stores around the metro that you can go to and probably get better deals but you're not going to get that service that you get at cold snow so just do the right thing and come on and a cold For any of your art needs!!!!

Skye De La Rosa: I stumbled upon this place while on a walk exploring the beautiful murals and graffiti in the neighborhood. The store was a nice surprise and I was able to get everything I needed for an upcoming watercolor class. These were items that were out of stock when I tried to order online from the major competitors. The prices are comparable but the fact that I could find what I needed was a huge plus. Cute neighborhood too!

Haley Jester Mott: I love that Midtown has this art supply store in a commerce dessert. It keeps me from traveling to the suburbs and shopping in corporate big box stores. The only reason I have awarded 4 and not 5 stars is because they cram a LOT into a small space and it can be a bit overwhelming.

The gentleman who rang me up even offered to sign me up for their rewards program to save me some money on my purchase that day and offered to help me to my car with my items.
