After weeks trying to get a refund for an extra hour the technician sent to "do the work" charged when he was not even 2 hours there as the tech was not able to fix the issue. I spoke with several peoples since 11/03/2022 (Tina, Alyssa, Kenneth, David and Robert the manager). David assured me on 11/04/2022 that a refund was approved and that I should wait few days to see the transaction in the account. Spoke with the manager Robert today 11/15/2022 and said to me that none of my calls were recorded, and no notes were found, and due to that, that no refund was going to be given. Really???!!! I have waisted almost a half month trying to get this issue resolve and being patient. They don't care about the customers. They just care about their pockets. Please avoid this company. Any other company would be better than this one.

Double B Garage LLC Truck and Auto Repair: As an owner of serveral truck repair shop across our region This by far is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.Nearly impossible if at all to get paid for service provided.They advertise their company all over the country then call companies in that area of service to do work for them.recently we had a customer call them at 8am interstate did not contact us until 445pm customer was very upset we got the customer going by 6pm good not get interstaer to pay until155am in the morning they were told of our payment process we are not under contract with them we had to hold the customer until we were paid. they good part of all of this is the customer really understood our problem very unhappy with interstate but very happy with our service now i have a new live time customer that been back to us several times.This is not a company I recomend to anyone they have lost several accounts that i know of in our area. just trying to help people. We are a christian based company in beleive in forgiveness but you do not have for get. My Last dealing with them the 2 supervisors I delt with were very rude to us and there customer. However, now I'll go to Bethaney and Jim regardless of my need. They've fixed my van several times, regular oil changes, even send me reminder updates! They are super kind, friendly and can explain even the biggest things in great detail that I can understand. Bethaney even takes time out to do free "how to" seminars. Upon starting my car It was missing pretty badly and there was a distinct burning odor emanating from under the hood. Prior to taking my car in for repairs, for 2 yrs, my car never missed, until after retrieving my car from Certifix. I am very unhappy with their service!

Andrew Warlen: I bought a remanufactured CVT transmission online from Street Smart transmission for a 2015 Honda Civic. Certifix is one of their recommended installers. Street Smart has a 3 year unlimited mileage transferable warranty on their remanufactured transmission. Transmission was shipped to Certifix and Certifix took care of sending back the core. Price to install was very fair, work was done promptly, good communication throughout, and car runs well. I strongly recommend. Parts and labor together cost me less than half of what a competitor cost. Additionally, I had the car back before the other company said they could get started.Service:Transmission replacement

Emma Smith: After a year of my 91 Cadillac Seville being in shops more than not and endless headaches with auto shops who didn't really care to get the job done right, Barr's Auto has done a fantastic job with my older vehicle. We took it in for a gasket replacement which they found wasn't necessary, and took the time to find so many other issues with my car that had been continuously overlooked. Initially we had been told the intake manifold gasket was bad, they found it was simply the thermostat housing unit. I'd burnt through 3 ICMs in a few months, they put a high quality ICM in and found a short which had caused all the others to fail. They found that the brake line repairs another shop had done were not holding, so they machined the necessary part in-house for a super reasonable price. My car is running like a top thanks to this shop, I could have saved myself a lot of cash and frustration if I had just taken my car here sooner!
