Bob Harris: Went in to get a specialized battery. They did not have the battery, but Brian the tech that helped me, thought it might need reset. He went to work on it, and found it did need reset, plus had a contact wire that was barely connected. He also charged it for me all while I waited for just a little bit. When completed, I ask "What do I owe you?", "Nothing" was the response. They did not make anything then, but I will defiantly be going there for future purchases for my farm and construction equipment.Thank you BrianBob

Christian Jackson: I had a terrible experience with this store. While my salesman was solid and did his job to the best of his ability, anyone else I dealt with (manager, finance, etc) did not seem like they had any intentions of wanting to help me. They put me in a car that broke down a month after I bought it. When it broke down, they told me they couldn’t fix it and that I would have to get something different. But since this was considered my trade in, it had no value so it increased my payments drastically. They basically forced me to get a different car which almost doubled the price of my payments. The only thing they did to help me was allow me to drive a rental while I found a new car. If you do get a car from them , DO NOT GO TO SARA IN FINANCE! Ask for Marie. Marie helped me with the first car and she was nice and helpful. Sara was yelling through the glass and having a conversation with one of her coworkers while helping me with paperwork. She then asked Siri to call her son , put it on speaker, and had a complete side conversation about a school project while doing my paperwork. And the icing on the cake, was this entire situation forced me to pay sales tax on 2 cars. And both times , they gave me the wrong number of how much I was suppose to pay. Management also tried to blame part of the reason the car broke down on me by saying I put 20,000 miles on the car. Which is IMPOSSIBLE because I had the car for a month. From my experience solely, I would not recommend this place for a used car. I know people who got much better experience from other places .

There was also an email stating the same.I compliment them for contacting me. But whoever is in IT messed up. I went to jiffy lube down the street.Understand the computer magic is out of your hands.
