Calvert's Express Auto Service & Tire Independence: what do users think?
Mike Dibble: Very fast good business ship and told me what I need to knowService:Oil change
Lee G: John the manager and Nicholas were both friendly, patient, straightforward, and very customer-focused, thank you ! Answered my MANY questions with patience and directness; called me before doing any work that wasn't already explained to me/requested by me. Performed the work quickly, within 2 hours, and this Independence Calvert's location takes appointments, which is less time-consuming for customers. Thank you Nicholas for all your time, answers, and explanations.Services:General repairs maintenance,Oil change,Auto maintenance,Tire rotations
Austin Fletcher: Never had a good experience with this location, only went there acouple times but that's enough for me.First time my capless gas cap was leaking air so I went there and it took them forever to say we think it might be these springs that hold the seal but we don't have the part so you should go to ford... so I did.. the SECOND I told them what was happening they said "oh that happens all the time it's just a sensor"and it costed next to nothing..The 2nd time i had a coolant leak and they needed to replace the hoses. So they do, my famly takes my car on vacation and the coolant starts to leak, burns up the computer and when they had it towed to a mechanic he said that "somone installed the hoses wrong"UPDATE: took my car into another shop and they said "two tires were bad. Front brakes are non existent and your rotors are going bad but NOT an emergency." So I saw Calverts was doing a brake deal so I decided to take it here to get brakes done. They called me the next day and said "one tire is bad, your brakes are non existent and all four rotors need replaced NOW and the rotors will fix your problem Guaranteed" so I told them to just do the breaks and they were acting like it wasn't wise to not get the rotors done now, tried to sell me breaks that wasn't under they're deal and after everything I went to get the TWO tires that were bad (not one) and that completely fixed the problem, not the 700+ job they were trying to sell me on. The fact this place re opened with there money hungry prioritys baffles me.Services:General repairs maintenance,Brakes,Auto tire replacement
Kym Burriss: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,ValueThe service was great. I was treated well and with respect, something lacking in other businesses. The work was completed and my vehicle runs great.Service:Oil change
Eva Olden: I went in for a oil change I didn't expect to spend $100 on the oil change but I guess every vehicle is different and takes oil differently so I can be upset with that and although they did a great jobService:General repairs maintenance
Linda Spradlin: Service was good. Waiting room very uncomfortable.
Larry Saunders: Service:Oil change
Kim Sexton: I went there expecting my RAM needed brakes. After an hour removing all wheels, John (manager with a perfect-personality for what he does), said I have plenty more wear to experience. He didn't charge me a dime. I had him check for other things...just because of the effort, trying to find a way to pay for the time. I didn't even need an air-filter, he determined. As a cynical journalist, who has written so many stories about faulty mechanical-work, I felt compelled to recommend this dealership. Good service is expected. Honesty, unfortunately, isn't always delivered. If you even THINK something is wrong with your vehicle...go see John!Service:Brakes
edward wright: My brakes were in bad shape they replace them for a fair price.Service:Brakes
Jon Broot: Done on time. Very cleanService:Oil change
LionHearted Warrior: Great reliable courteous and professional.
Joe Rhoney: Charged me double what it should of costs and when my brakes when out 3 weeks later then told me it wasn’t there problem.Service:Brakes
Lisa Smith: Service:Auto brake repair
A “E A” M: Updated 2 years later to say that the parts that they installed and that typically are expected to last 5+ years are now broken and have to be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.---------We have taken our vehicles here several times over the years and always gotten good service - until about a year ago. Sloppy work and rookie mistakes almost broke the engine in my vehicle. One visit basic, expected repair required 4 visits and two tows to get completed correctly. I will not be back and can no longer recommend this shop.Seeing the reply, I want to add that we did contact the regional office after the 3rd visit and received complete indifference. That truly confirmed our poor experience. I do not know what kind of staff this location has today, but my latest experience thoroughly convinced me to not return.
Lakisha Findley: They had 1 mechanic doing oil changes!!!
Nichole Coffel: Called on Tuesday and person who answered made no mention the Independence location is closed. Even the weekly ads make no mention of it being closed. Went to Midas. Had a great experience there.
Jarrell Leebrown: One of the employees acted as if he didnt want to even be there. The other employees though where great
Kim Robinson: It was so fast I left and I didn’t really need to I knew that they had an appointment in less than an hour from the time that I arrive me and they squeezed me in it was so fast I just can’t believe how quickly they got my oil change done I’m just so grateful that they didn’t try to do anything more than what I need it done or make me wait unnecessarilyService:Oil change

Cable Dahmer Chevrolet Service: what do users think?
Karen J. Campbell: Great service and very professional.
Bonnie Cotter: Great service
Dandy Schneader (FordDandy): Typical dealership, high pressure sales, haggling they're all the same. SMH
Dan-O The Mad Scientist: This place is generally good, I have only had one issue here, but that is one bad experience out of 15....Staff is helpful and most are friendly.
philip albert: Way overpriced on repairs. Dishonest and rude service department. Had my vehicle for two days just to look at the brakes. We had to call them several times to find out what they had found out just to be told they hadn’t looked at it yet. I have bought several vehicles from them and had them serviced over the years. Service department has always been this way. I had hoped it would get better but it never has. I will not ever buy nor take a vehicle for service with them again.Service:General repairs maintenance
Ric Ginn: My experience is always great! Even a little entertaining sometimes
Rahul Dedhia: Courteous and friendly staff
Karen Mansell: Typical dealership, go in for oil change which by the way I had a 8am appt and they say I need to service this and that. And they forget money is tight for everyone; so okay I got to call my husband so I don't know if I got pushed to the back or if some are new and can't quite get the hang of it. All done at NOON because they had so much work to do on it (oil change, change fuel filter and air filters). Didn't even reset computer on fuel filter. Got charged for oil change when I have maintenance plan. Unhappy.
Carol Pifer: Jerry is the best. Fast oil change service. Thanks
Rachel Spears: Took my car in for service due to service engine light. Expressed that there may also be a possible oil leak. Was assured that an oil leak would have been caught during the inspection or during the repair of a vacuum leak associated with the service engine light.Get the car home, notice drips of oil on my driveway again... look underneath the car to see the bottom of the car coated in oil. 🤨After I noticed a 100% certain oil leak, I called to ask what is checked during the "inspection", and was told fluid levels, suspension etc is checked. If the fluid levels HAD been checked, they would have noticed low oil... Definitely disappointed...Taking it in once more to get the oil leak fixed, and if I am not VERY impressed with how they handle the situation, I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere.I'm unsure if all of this has to do with the fact I am a woman, and auto service is notoriously prejudice of women.
Darryl Grant: You tell them what's wrong they don't believe you You tell him what to fix they fix what they want
Pam McCarrison: They are always fast and friendly!!!
Mike Bastoni: Rip off
Timothy Owings: I called on a Monday afternoon hoping to get my oil changed. I asked if they were really busy, Cody assured me they could fit me in before closing at 6pm. I arrived at 3:10 pm and they took my vehicle right in. I was treated with courtesy and respect every time I have taken my vehicle in. Their waiting room is comfortable and they took care of me very quickly. The one thing that really stands out is their service mechanics are Union and I appreciate that very much. Thank you Machinists for doing such a quality service for your customers. Thank you Cable Dahmer.
Holly Edwards: Always so nice and friendly
Rick Raines: Had the part I needed in stock.
Steven Townsend: Advisor Mr swager was awesome and very patient with me calling daily to get status on 84 chevService:General repairs maintenance
Helen Novak: Took car in for a recall for rear windshield wiper motor. Appt. was for 8:00 am @ 8:39 they were done. And I was on my way home.
D P: Took care of my truck in a decent amount of time! Thanks!
Deylyn Villalobos: Terrible wait times. Came in a few days ago for an oil change but with no appointment and they said that it would take 2 hours. So I made an appointment for today and it’s been an hour and a half. Still haven’t gotten my car. If they’re not prioritizing appointments what’s the point of them? The wait is just the same and they urge you to come in with an appointment. The KC Chevrolet service center is faster and more organized. They’re running around here like they don’t know what they’re doing and too many guys just standing around and talking in the back.Service:Oil change
Ruth Ross: Had an engine problem, over heating/steaming. Mikey Scott was my advisor, he was very patient and helpful to my concerns. An worked hard to get me a loaner car. As the shop was very busy
