Laronda Ptomey: We took our 10 month old this past Sunday to get her ears pierced and we went by the shop and was asking a few questions, and the lady working ended up telling us she didn’t feel like doing it to come back the next day not knowing that we already drive 2 hours that day to get it done. Very frustrating.

Audrey Storms: I shopped at this location Sunday morning. I was wearing slippers and had a large shopping bag with me. I was wearing slippers because I usually work 7 days a week with very little time to shop, however that morning; I had time to leave work and put my slippers on before starting my second shift. This would give me an hour and a half to stop at the mall and get the hair accessories I needed to buy for some stocking stuffers. I walked in and asked the young lady working there where the hair sticks were and proceeded to where she told me to go. As I was standing there I overheard another customer speak to the salesclerk about my appearance. After commenting on my appearance she said “ you better search her bag” to the clerk to which the clerk replied “ I certainly will” I turned and looked at them and went up front and paid for my things. I thought management should know their customers are being profiled and it’s not appreciated. It certainly kept me from finishing my shopping. Please review theft and management with your team there as they seem to lack the proper knowledge or resources to identify theft.Thank youAudrey Poore

Lynn Shaw: I can’t express enough of my gratitude for the experience I had with Steve Drenon. It was a chance meeting that he answered my call late one evening as I was in a frantic search for the perfect Rolex for a special anniversary gift for my colleague. While fascinated with Rolex, at the time admittedly was a novice in this search. He quickly captivated my attention with his wit, connection to St. Louis, and time in explaining this crazy phenomenon of purchasing on the spot. He told me it was unlikely but if something became available he would reach back. By noon the next day he was connecting with me to see how I was doing with my search and had a special Wimbledon time piece that had arrived. I was sold instantly on his service and attention to detail. When I arrived a month later to pick up my masterpiece he captivated my attention again. Now understanding the great hunt, I found myself leaving with my own. Thank you to the wonderful time, attention and education. Definitely worth my drive and time and wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey again.

Joan Adams: Went in this store to possibly purchase a ring. Although the store was clean and very nice inside, the sales associates were really snooty and very unfriendly. They took one look at me and seemed to pass judgment that I did not belong there. Most of the sales associates left the floor and went to the back not to return. Oh well their loss as I made my purchase elsewhere at a jewelry store that DID want my business and was nice and welcomed me. I will never ever go back to this place as I do not wish to give my business to peoplewho are not respectful and feel they are better than me. I will also never recommend them to anyone else. ALL people are potentially customers and by treating them as if you feel they are beneath you then most will leave never to return. Why spend your hard earned money at a place where people act like your not welcome? Just NOPE!
Andrew Mitchell: Stopped by Drenon Jewlery a few months ago to look at their watch selection and was greeted by Steve. Steve couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the watch brands they represent and he spent nearly 3 hours chatting and helping me understand the specific models and brands. I decided on a particular watch and Steve assured me if I gave him some time he would make it happen. Fast forward less than two months and I received a call from Steve that there was a watch that arrived if I wanted to have a look. He originally said give me a few months but I could not believe he made it happen in less than 2 months. Steve and the staff don’t just treat you like valued customers they treat you like family. scott sweat: I only gave 5 stars because there is not an option for 11! The first time I walked in I met Steve the owner. Steve spent over an hour talking with me about Rolex and the history behind the brand. It gave me excitement for the brand and hope that I would truly have a chance at acquiring my dream watch. I stayed in touch with him, would visit the store and text him from time to time with questions about watches which he was always quick to respond. Today I stopped in for one of my visits to check out his great display only to find out that my watch had just came in! It was still in the box that it and a few others were shipped in. Jose helped me try it on and made sure it fit perfectly while Steve was activating the warranty. From the first day through delivery I could not be happier. The folks at Drenon are kind, professional and now life long friends! This is the only jewelry store I will ever use from this day out!

She's #1 in a group of 88 9th graders I brought 3 charms a passport because she's been everywhere and granddaughter and her initial I hope she loves it overall my experience was very very good and from now on it will be a charm for a good report card.
