Danna Somers: I am retired and have a small business where I sell jewelry online. I didn't have a place to send my customers for jewelry repair or appraisals until the day one of my customers contacted me about A and F Jewelers at the Independence Mall. She was impressed with the price they quoted her to size her sterling silver ring. As we all know sizing sterling silver jewelry is very expensive, more expensive than gold at times. But A and F Jewelers had the best prices in town. My customer is a bargain shopper and when she said A and F Jewelers has the best prices in town I as a business owner listened. Later after she got her ring back she was not only impressed but excited. The work they did on her ring was quality work and at an affordable price. The customers service was friendly and very helpful. Just listening to her excited made me excited. I trust my customers and they trust me therefore I will be sending all my customers their way for jewelry repairs and appraisals. She also said they had a variety of affordable jewelry. Jewelry stores with these wonderful qualities don't come around everyday. Thank You A and F Jewelers for looking out and taking care of my customers too.

It was a chance meeting that he answered my call late one evening as I was in a frantic search for the perfect Rolex for a special anniversary gift for my colleague. While fascinated with Rolex, at the time admittedly was a novice in this search. He quickly captivated my attention with his wit, connection to St. Louis, and time in explaining this crazy phenomenon of purchasing on the spot. He told me it was unlikely but if something became available he would reach back. By noon the next day he was connecting with me to see how I was doing with my search and had a special Wimbledon time piece that had arrived. I was sold instantly on his service and attention to detail. When I arrived a month later to pick up my masterpiece he captivated my attention again. Now understanding the great hunt, I found myself leaving with my own. Thank you to the wonderful time, attention and education. Definitely worth my drive and time and wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey again.

They took one look at me and seemed to pass judgment that I did not belong there. Most of the sales associates left the floor and went to the back not to return. Oh well their loss as I made my purchase elsewhere at a jewelry store that DID want my business and was nice and welcomed me. I will never ever go back to this place as I do not wish to give my business to peoplewho are not respectful and feel they are better than me. I will also never recommend them to anyone else. ALL people are potentially customers and by treating them as if you feel they are beneath you then most will leave never to return. Why spend your hard earned money at a place where people act like your not welcome? Just NOPE!
Andrew Mitchell: Stopped by Drenon Jewlery a few months ago to look at their watch selection and was greeted by Steve. Steve couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the watch brands they represent and he spent nearly 3 hours chatting and helping me understand the specific models and brands. I decided on a particular watch and Steve assured me if I gave him some time he would make it happen. Fast forward less than two months and I received a call from Steve that there was a watch that arrived if I wanted to have a look. He originally said give me a few months but I could not believe he made it happen in less than 2 months. Steve and the staff don’t just treat you like valued customers they treat you like family. Steve spent over an hour talking with me about Rolex and the history behind the brand. It gave me excitement for the brand and hope that I would truly have a chance at acquiring my dream watch. I stayed in touch with him, would visit the store and text him from time to time with questions about watches which he was always quick to respond. Today I stopped in for one of my visits to check out his great display only to find out that my watch had just came in! It was still in the box that it and a few others were shipped in. Jose helped me try it on and made sure it fit perfectly while Steve was activating the warranty. From the first day through delivery I could not be happier. The folks at Drenon are kind, professional and now life long friends! This is the only jewelry store I will ever use from this day out!

They go out of their way to get the answers that you need.I went in with several different pieces of jewelry and when I left I had the answers I needed. I left my wedding ring that had been bent and needed to be repaired. I also left a ring that we had given to my husband’s mother and a stone had fallen out and lost. The jewelry specialist that helped me suggested leaving the middle stone and replacing the outside stones with moissenite stones.When we picked them up today my wedding ring looked like it had never been bent and the other ring was gorgeous. Now I have a beautiful stone that was removed to make another piece of jewelry out of.I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
