Valerie Linger: I placed an online order to pick up at the store. 25 hours later no email that my order was ready so I called the store. They had no record of my order and I was told to call online customer service. Apparently even though my order was placed it didn’t get downloaded so the store could fulfill it. I had to wait on the phone for the customer service representative to place the order again. She could not apply the 10% discount nor my $5 reward. She gave me a case number and told me it would be 3-5 days before the refund would process back to my credit card. What a hassle. I could have shopped in the store in less time. I won’t be online ordering again.

Ruthie Becker: Absolutely love World Market it is my go to for all my foreign foods. My Daidí is English/Irish and loves his yummies. Nothing like some Branston pickle with a ham and cucumber sandwich, and then have some sweets.. Licorice Allsorts, Jelly babies or a digestive biscuits !!🙂💖

Kenneth Smirl: You guys I have some wise advice for you all who go through this place to get any sort of furniture. Don’t ever go through this place to get furniture if you don’t wanna get ripped off out your own money that could possibly go towards a better place or find better use like paying bills because I am currently having to file a lawsuit against them and the financial place that they are through along with rent A center and by the way my grandmother at 80 years of age wound up with bedbugs because of them and had to get rid of a lot of stuff including stuff that her mother and father passed down to her and shortly after she experienced that with them she passed away from natural causes along with having curvature of the spine on top of that. Will literally lie to your face switching up story to story and they will also try to sweet talk you into buy anything from them even making payments on anything of theirs and than turn around and try to make you believe that they have better deals than any other place that has furniture and trust me it’s not worth any of their time after you guys read this review and hopefully you guys will take heed to I’m saying right now as I write this review as well because due to what they’re doing to me and my soon to be wife we are literally about to wind up homeless because of this place and what they’re currently doing to us behind our backs.

Will be recommending especially Kimberly my sales person. Your other associates helped me find someone to take the old furniture away. And your store manager is also a gem to work with.

Cayce Palmer: I purchased a Chair and a half, and the matching ottoman 18 months ago. I also paid extra for the "goof proof" guardian plan that they claimed covered any kind of damage. The fabric on the ottomon started to pill a few months after we got the set, now the fabric is separating on the arm of the chair and some of the nail heads have fallen out. On top of that, the "certified foam" in the ottoman is caving in. I contacted Bobs, and their reply was "sorry, we only cover products for 12 months" and that the Guardian plan likely wont cover it because it is a manufacturing issue. So almost $1200 got us a chair and ottoman that need replaced less than two years later. I wouldn't spend a dime here unless you have the money to replace your furniture every two years.

Danny Silverman: We have been looking for a nice inexpensive couch for awhile now, came across one on the Big Lots website. The only store that had 1 in stock was the Blue Springs BL off Noland Rd. I also called to confirm they had it, all the manager said was yes they do, we drove 30min to find out it's the display model they have. I said that's fine but is there something you can do about the price since it's been out on the floor. The store manager (wish I got his name) said no, it's only been out 3 weeks! I asked if he could box it back up, he said they don't have the box. I asked if they could wrap it since it was raining today and didn't want it getting wet. He said they don't have wrap, for a business to sell furniture and not have ANYTHING to box or wrap a couch someone just spent $1000 on seems ridiculous. I will never shop at this store again and probably stop using Big Lot's altogether.

Victoria Williams: It has been a while since I have visited here until this last Thanksgiving. We were bored and looking for something to do and heard they were open. The staff didn't seem the nicest and we're a little bit annoyed but I guess I would be too happy to work retail on a holiday. The store was very unorganized and kind of dirty. The prices weren't that great and I really didn't find anything worth buying. It's not somewhere I would recommend as there are other places that are similar to Big lots with more options and better prices.

Crystal Mireles: The store was a MESS, shelves were very empty and employees (at least one was a manager) on the floor didn't answer me as I followed her around to ask about a birthday gift bag, left disappointed and no purchases since they couldn't be bothered to help me. Went in for several items...left empty handed.

Jack Graham: Love the ability to order online and then drive to the store, park in a designated spot, and have someone bring your items to you. They are very quick at it too. It is nice to have an alternative to Amazon, as Target pricing is very competitive, and oftentimes far lower than what I can find online.

Paula Stevens: A memorial Day weekend I called at night and spoke with Ron about a lawn mower and items on sale for the lawn and he was so nice and went through everything for me. he told me to come in real early and I did and Mark was there and he helped me I told him everything wrong said and that he wouldn't be there but you know Mark or a couple other gentleman he named would be so just tell him everything. When everything didn't really go the way Ron said Mark went and spoke with someone and he got my order filled the way it was supposed to be and he helped me not only with that but also with plants and just all kinds of things and was very informative and helpful and I couldn't have appreciate it a sales representative any better than that I'm not sure if I've ever had one as good as this young man was because not only was the knowledgeable he cared.

Brandon Alexander: Bought kitchen appliances here, and every step of the process was painful and frustrating. We were notified of delivery times and they stood us up repeatedly. We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

Joe Oliphant: Terrible experience. I ordered a refrigerator and long story short it took four deliveries before I got one that wasn't dented. I had to drive to the job 20 minutes each way FOUR times on my days off over a three week span. I was told that I would get a little reimbursement for my time and fuel but have been passed around and around when I call to speak with a manager. I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.
