Annie: I called in advance for an item I planned to buy as a gift. Said they have one more in stock, provided a description, item # and everything and told me they can hold it for only 30 mins. That’s fine, got in my car in major traffic just to go up there and got told there was a misunderstanding. They didn’t have it. Didn’t get a call or nothing. Very poor service.
Jesse Chatlos: I went into the store with a bad attitude and left 100% better about everything. Customer service was the best in the Kansas city area. Had a bad experience at another shop and Zumiez employees are The best!! Your loyal customer!

Courtnie Burgess: The store is big and spacious with a variety of products offered. The only problem I found inis the supply of the products offered. There were not many sizes to choose from when it came to most clothing items and the shelves were pretty bare throughout the store. Another issue was organization. Multiple items found in places they did not belong. Products strung throughout the store. Found multiple shoes without the match in random places. The staff was friendly. I do plan on going back to give them another try

D Myers: This was a funky little shop with a whimsical, mystical flare. They carry jewelry, crystals, gems, cards, sage, incense, tie-dye apparel, boho decor and a few unusual art pieces. Everyone there was very welcoming and helpful!
Raven Lambkin: If you are plus sized, do not shop here. They will not have anything for you. The rest of the stuff is alright. I come here everytime I hit the mall and always just leave with incense. Not all hippies are a size XS

kylee r: I just drove like 45 minutes to come especially here and looked up hours beforehand to make sure it would be open and it very clearly says it’s open until 9 pm but the entire mall is closed and it’s barely 8 pm. please update hours or fix whatever this issue is because i’m pretty annoyed now.
