Holly Morris: They have so much. There perfume selection is nice. There is clothes for women of almost all sizes. Always a friendly environment. Leggins, jeans,tanks, dresses, bras, undies, jewelry, shoes and more. Great deals to be found.
sheikela paige: Worst experience ever! The supposed to be young unprofessional GM was rude and closed store early. They tried to say because of Covid and capacity. In reality they were just busy due to school starting back and they didn't didn't to deal with the crowd. The manager stopped letting people in at 5:30 and walked around looking at us. She then lied to her manager when I asked for her manager number to say I cursed her after she called security. I didn't have a reason to curse this individual only asked for manager over her information. She couldnt even speak to me made the black young lady at door which was nice and apologized several times. She even made her call security while she was in back.. Dillion was understanding of the issue but the managers she choose to run her store is not professional or fit to be a manager. Did I mention she was Caucasian which may have made it easier to contact security and lie or have the black worker deal with me. What kind of manager is this. She needs training

This was the first shop I looked for wedding dresses at and I’m so picky I was worried I wouldn’t find anything I loved, but I actually found SO many dresses that were so beautiful it was really hard to choose my favorite. I ended up buying my dress that day and not looking anywhere else. On top of that we rented all of our tuxes from here and they all came on time with no issues and fit the guys perfectly!

Courtnie Burgess: The store is big and spacious with a variety of products offered. The only problem I found inis the supply of the products offered. There were not many sizes to choose from when it came to most clothing items and the shelves were pretty bare throughout the store. Another issue was organization. Multiple items found in places they did not belong. Products strung throughout the store. Found multiple shoes without the match in random places. The staff was friendly. I do plan on going back to give them another try

H. M.: Someone needs to train the managers here. When a place has a high turnover, there's a reason why, and it isn't the co-workers.The lines get long and there's one co-worker running the registers. Where ate the managers? They surely aren't helping clean up the disaster that is the sales floor or helping on the registers. Good luck to any customer who uses a wheel chair in this place, the floors are a mess.
Angela W: This store is so disorganized. I felt so much anxiety. Shoes were tossed all around in the floor. Employees were not the nicest, on edge maybe. Something needs to change. It wasn't not a very good experience.
skyrover100: I went in Ross yesterday to get a travel bag. They had a huge selection as a man was bringing more out. Another lady came over with a kids bag and told him it stayed there and she started an argument with him in front of us and is being terrible and I quote in front of me she says I'll write you up of you move it so hateful. Regardless of who's right that was something I feel needed done in a office in private. That man was so embarrassed and kept looking our way. It was very unprofessional. If you treat employees like that you can't have my money. Ross get your employees trained in management!!!

Ladies you could really work on your customer service also.. You shouldn't be so busy communicating to your coworkers about blasay-blasay...That you don't even greet your customer..nor say thank you. Emily Hanes: I went today (Monday afternoon around 245pm) and the store was an absolute mess. There was product EVERYWHERE. Like piles and piles I had to step over. Things were just shoved on shelves and there was zero organization. It felt like I was walking through a hoarders house. It was so overwhelming I couldn’t even shop. So we just left.. please work on inventory and keeping store organized.

Jennifer Jasinski: The girl in the store could not help me make my purchase with my credit card. I did not want debit I wanted credit. She said "I don't know what to tell you" and made me feel bad that I wasn't using the debit option. Tis the season for mean store clerks. This is my last purchase at AE Independence Center MO.

Maddy Place: Came in around 6pm today, and I was a hot mess to say the least. I had several returns, on two different orders, and needed to find a pair of jeans without holes for tomorrow as I’m leaving for a work trip. The two girls working were so nice and helpful. They looked in the back for me multiple times, and even though they didn’t have the style and size I needed, they pulled a few different options for me. I normally don’t write reviews but I hope the two girls working tonight are always praised by management because they made the process quick, easy, and I left with a pair of jeans that will work for my dress code! I’ve always love A&E, and the independence center location is great. 12/10 experience, I wish I remembered the employees names because they were great!
