Easy to get to, they have their own parking lot, the store is small and smells amazing and is very welcoming and relaxing. I won't go to Hyvee or Price Chopper to get Zum anymore, I'll just go there.You can also refill your laundry detergent there, which I love. Now I can reuse my bottles instead of just buying more plastic to throw away

I was so amazed with the quality and wonderful scent, it clearly beats the Squatch brand in fragrance and price.I had to order different scents to experience all Zum products. The best part was I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday with a UPS tracker with unbelieveable speed. I can't get shipping that fast in state. danny soto: This review is about their customer service or lack thereof. Recently there was an error made on my order, I received too much of their detergent (six 64oz bottles). When I realized this and immediately called them, I was told that I had to pay for my own shipping and that there would not be any reimbursement for that. They make NO MENTION OF THAT in their "return policy". when I brought that up to the person I was dealing with she flatly stated that is just our policy. Then she suggested that I could always give the "detergents" as xmas gifts. Obviously this person is not too popular around the holidays!! So I here I am stuck with the items, but make I will not be buying from them direct from now on, GO ELSEWHERE where you are valued as a customer.

Ruth Turner: I can not say enough good things of this companies products! It truly is one of Kansas City's shiny stars. In my world I'm all about the smells, good smells, from my cloths, body, hair, furniture, house, car or my 147# Newfoundland, Angus! Everywhere I take him we get compliments on how good Angus smells. I bet he's the only dog for miles that smells like frankincense & myrrh ( I don't spray him with the room spray, he gets the benefit of smell transfer thru contact with the furniture, rugs & air in the house!). So in my book the aromatic quality & intensity of Indigo Wild's products are above the rest, while not overwhelming & coming on too strong. Their prices are reasonable & well worth every penny. The unique & natural based aromatics of all their products last & linger (bar soap, room mist (body /fabric spray as well) laundry soap & body oil & rub are my favorites), thus proving the use of quality ingredients. It also shows the pride the company seems to put into each & every one of their products. That pride shows in the detail from the hand made swirls in the bar soap to the simplistic chic packaging. All while being conscious of the footprint left on the environment. Definitely nothing to hate of this company unless you are the competition!

Mr. Karmen was soooooo very polite, respectful, patient and kind. He’s a Pharmacist at this location. He helped me get all my prescription’s set up on auto refill which will help me a lot because I take several. He pulled me to the side and took the time to patiently go over my entire list and for that, I’m TRULY GRATEFUL!!! Mr. Karmen, I pray you see this review and your Supervisor. It is important for individuals to know when they’ve made a difference in the life of someone else. And that is EXACTLY what you done for me today! Mac Thomas: They have customer service, if you have the time to wait for it. Even using the Express Delivery option, online, which gives you a number to call with any questions; I was just transferred to the store, with my question. So far, I have been on hold now for 20 minutes. 3 callers ahead of me, 2 callers ahead of me...still waiting. I would go there directly, but I am long distance, attempting to keep my mother's medications filled in the store's area.

Erin Binney: Got calendars for Christmas, supposed to be ready last night. Came in Christmas Eve to pick them up. Order not done. The pictures printed wrong last night, never got a phone call about this yesterday so we could remedy the situation. Stuff happens but if your equipment breaks you are obligated to call the customers so they can go elsewhere for other alternatives. It shouldn’t be on me coming in 12 hours later and finding out nothing has been done. Don’t guarantee same day pick up if you can’t follow through.

Jenny Maupin: This store was awful. It took me forever to find someone to help me. When I finally did, she was short with me. Wouldn't look at me. Too busy typing. Sighed because I guess I bothered her. Was there to get several items. Left and went across the street to CVS. I recommend you do the same.

I understand policies change, however, you’re job is to serve your customers, and when a 72 year old man needs his medication refilled, and I call for him because he is my father and is deaf and cannot hear over the phone, and you refuse to refill his medications instead of finding a solution-you should probably find a new profession. The lack of empathy or compassion here-or better yet DOING YOUR JOB-is ridiculous. I will no longer recommend this pharmacy to anyone and will be filing a complaint with state board of pharmacy.

Jessica Cartwright: What is the point of having an appointment if the Pharmacy isn't going to abide by appointment times for the vaccine? Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. Didn't receive vaccine because I had to leave due to scheduling conflict. I figured when I made the appointment at Walgreens that I would have plenty of time to receive vaccine and wait the 15 minutes after. Plenty of people standing around behind the counter, clearly with nothing to do. Very disappointing and the worst customer service.

jcott: A few years ago I left a review that was scathing at best. I'm so impressed and pleased to say this location has really turned it around! Everyone staffed is knowledgeable, kind, and they want to do well. They process orders quicker and do what they can to keep the line moving. In an effort to keep the drive thru moving as intended, I would like to see a little backbone and have people required to come in if there are issue with the script. Great work upping your customer service game! I'll be a repeat customer for hopefully many more years!
