Just hoping, you can thank her again, for me, and applaud her for her dedication and helpful, cheerful attitude to your customers❣️

Susan Poell: The assistant manager helped me get the item I needed. He was calm and polite and thankfully I was out of there quickly.Bridgette, the Manager was very rude. While I was waiting in line, she answered three phone calls and she was short and sharp on each of them. She spoke with two separate employees and she cut them both off while they were talking. One of those employees was on a phone call asking her a question for the customer and she answered "I don't care I'm the manager and I get to decide."It felt like a hostile environment. I'm glad I don't work there.

Charlie Hartwood: I was helped by an older man who was unbelievably kind and helpful. I'm ashamed to say I'm 25 and I had no idea how to check my oil, but he taught me everything I needed to know even though it's 14 degrees outside and viciously windy. I can't say just how grateful I am for his help, I didn't realize I had *no oil* and if he hadn't shown me or been as awesome as he is, my engine could've locked up somewhere on the highway on my 30 minute commute to work and I'd have been completely boned. If you see this I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, you're fantastic and thank you for everything you did for me today.

I always check my money even out the atm, that $20 had no face on it and ink running. Noland road location is more professional. Then he swapped the $20 out after failed attempt to convince me and gave me tens. Which still were questionable. I later went to quick trip across the street they accepted it.

Jack Frost: I had a major break down in my Chevy Silverado 4x4. I was able to limp it, to Auto Zone. This trip I had left every tool I owned AR home. 190 miles east, south east. The good folks helped me out with tools and wood blocks . Everything pretty much I needed.They didn't act like I was an inconvenience they treated me like a friend. The fine folks that were working in September 27 at 1:pm till 4 or 5pm are some of Missouris finest people. You just don't meet people like that anymore. This is the Auto Zone 17950 Bolger rd in KC. Auto zone garenteed my business from now on.
