Ken Boxx: Terrible been dealing with bad tire monitors for 3yrs. Purchased new tires told them to replace all monitors and did not. Charged 68 dollars more than priced over the phone. Realigned front end ask staighten sterring wheel did not do. Ugghhhhh!
Daniel Hansen: Brought my challenger in to replace my clutch an throw out bearing verry impressed with there work and timing took them alittle over 3 hours in and out the door where a dealership wouldn't have it done for a week they had me test it before I paid to make sure everything was correct will definitely be taking my vehicles back for future upgrades verry helpful staff.

ClassicRamon: Just a bit overdue on my end (about 3-4 months, sorry!) but I worked with Pedro to be able to get front suspension work done (coil overs, upper control arms, lower ball joints, and alignment) in short notice and it has been amazing ever since! Got the ride height I was aiming for, and has had ZERO issues. Definitely recommended for anyone in the area and and for those considering taking a trip from out of town. Anything stock or aftermarket from wheels/tires, exterior lighting, suspension, etc., the team at NSK will get you taken care of for sure

He was correct. Manpower was on break but he was pleasant in being disturbed to produce my parts, completing them quickly. Left there, parts in hand, satisfied.

Justin Garrett: Had a U bolt break that held a hay spike to a forklift attachment to the back of my tractor. Looked high and low for a replacement but it was a weird size. Found this place on Google. Came in and they were friendly and fast. They even worked with me with no issues knocking off the tax since it went on a farm implement. No complaints and will definitely be back for U bolt and leaf spring issues.

Didn't even want to help me with my truck, even said very rudely that they didn't think they could help me before even looking at my truck. Jack Frost: I had a major break down in my Chevy Silverado 4x4. I was able to limp it, to Auto Zone. This trip I had left every tool I owned AR home. 190 miles east, south east. The good folks helped me out with tools and wood blocks . Everything pretty much I needed.They didn't act like I was an inconvenience they treated me like a friend. The fine folks that were working in September 27 at 1:pm till 4 or 5pm are some of Missouris finest people. You just don't meet people like that anymore. This is the Auto Zone 17950 Bolger rd in KC. Auto zone garenteed my business from now on.

Heather Means: I can not thank enough or give enough praise to Javair Langford! He was so knowledgeable, kind and more than willing to go above and beyond to help me. I just bought a new/used car last Saturday and to my dismay the air is just not blowing cold even after complaining, taking it in and being told nothing was wrong from the place I bought it from. Javair took the time to come out in the 100 something degree weather, take out my glove box and pull out what was the grossest air filter ever. He then helped me pick out what was in my price range and the best fit for my car filter. If that wasn’t enough, the nice young man helped the five people behind me then came out and helped me replace the old for the new. My faith has been restored in humanity. 10 stars and I can not tell you enough how much his kindness meant to me today when I felt I was on the brink of a meltdown literally physically and mentally. Thank you so much Javair! You truly were a guardian angel to me today. I will always come back to your store if I get to have your help. It’s really rare to find people like you in today’s world.
Erin P.: My elderly mother was at the Hub Drive location in Independence, MO this morning. The saleswoman behind the counter was VERY rude to her. She refused to answer her questions. She took FOREVER checking her out. My mom is disabled and can't stand for long periods of time. Mom asked her how long it would take. The clerk just shrugged! Finally, mom couldnt stand any longer and wait on the cashier, so she left. Because of her health, it took her the rest of the day to get her energy back. Where's the compassion! People like this shouldn't be working for the public. We won't be going back!

Susan Poell: The assistant manager helped me get the item I needed. He was calm and polite and thankfully I was out of there quickly.Bridgette, the Manager was very rude. While I was waiting in line, she answered three phone calls and she was short and sharp on each of them. She spoke with two separate employees and she cut them both off while they were talking. One of those employees was on a phone call asking her a question for the customer and she answered "I don't care I'm the manager and I get to decide."It felt like a hostile environment. I'm ashamed to say I'm 25 and I had no idea how to check my oil, but he taught me everything I needed to know even though it's 14 degrees outside and viciously windy. I can't say just how grateful I am for his help, I didn't realize I had *no oil* and if he hadn't shown me or been as awesome as he is, my engine could've locked up somewhere on the highway on my 30 minute commute to work and I'd have been completely boned. Instead, it seems other stores lean on this one as back bone of the area and they keep up with their stuff.
