Taylor Routt: I found this store randomly online. I needed to return something and they got back to me extremely fast. They also went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. My daughter asked what the return policy was before purchasing 3 dresses when she couldn't decide between them and was told she had "14 days to return or exchange" no mention that it was only for store credit. Thomas Andrews: My family has been doing business with Ben & Company for a decade and for good reason. The clothing is second to none. I purchased two pairs of German made Alberto Jeans in 2011 that are still wearable to this day. How in the name of God does a pair of jeans last for ten years? The guys also took care of me when the lining on my leather jacket started to tear. They took the jacket, sent it to a great leather tailoring shop in KC, and had it back to me in two weeks. They seem to have endless connections for getting just about anything taken care. Serious thread sharks. I’ve lived in Phoenix the last two years and their customer service experience trumps anything I’ve encountered at the boutiques on the Scottsdale Promenade. Have a good Christmas Gentleman!

K C: Unfortunately the look of the store doesn't reflect the atmosphere. I was the only customer and was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. The person working looked straight at me and turned back to the task at hand.Has the same merchandise as other mall stores, but it was laid out nicely and was visually appealing. Very disappointed in lack of engagement.
Bailey Marie Adams: The absolute worst customer service I’ve had. Walked in there politely and shopped around and even bought a pair of boots and not a single word was said to me by any of the employees and when I went to check out, the brat was extremely disrespectful. Clothes are cheap anyways, just like their staff.
