Matt Brown: Aaron and his team absolutely killed it for us. We got all of our questions answered promptly and installation went smooth as can be.
Jesse Sherman: This company doesn't care about anything but profit. They don't care about their customers or employees. "Customers" are harassed into setting appointments. New employees are thrown to the wolves and told good luck. The lack of empathy is so bad that they will call you and fire you when you're out of town trying to deal with a family member who is elderly and being neglected by caregivers.
Brendan Patten: They installed a 16kw system that went online Jan 2023. Near end of Feb the system developed an issue with 1 string of panels causing 25% drop in output. It did take a little while to get on a schedule to get it fixed. They diagnosed and repaired the issue in one visit. They also come back out and added the inverters to my wired internet connection for better communication. Everyone I have talked to in person has been great. It was a little difficult initially getting someone to tell me when a repair could be made. Some of the office staff failed to return calls, but probably growing pain in a fast growing company. In the end, system is 100% functioning and producing as sold.
Jill Martin: Unfortunately we’ve had more issues with this company and dishonesty from the sales rep when we entered into a contract a few years back. Hopefully this will save someone else some time and headache.If you think you will need a new roof within ten years; do it before you have this company do their panels (or use a different company all together). They will not stand behind their word and will charge upwards of three times the rate of other companies to take down and then reinstall the panels on your roof.

Judy Hartley: A tree fell through my daughter's roof and needed a new wall and a new roof. It took forever to finish and as they didn't do some things right, my daughter got a lawyer and spent $1000.00. They agreed to finish some work but didn't. She had a major leak in the living room after they put on the new roof. They put water on the roof and said there was no leak. If there are two major stains in the living room, there aren't any leaks? The owner is rude and will not help us. I am seeking out the attorney general and BBB bureau and small claims. It is not right to treat a customer that way after paying $28,000.00 in repairs!

Scott Zinevich: My house had to be rebuilt after a fire. During the rebuild I sent two years in the hospital. I discussed with them what was needed and had photos of house before. They changed supervisor at the end. Multiple things I am finding they didn't do or do right. They didn't talk to me much while I was just a few miles away stuck in hospital. Zach did an excellent job, neat work, and they got our hot water heater up to code as well. The utility closet is now safer than it was before and looks nice too! When I came in the door I found the water that had been leaking had damaged the hard wood floor and pooled under my home.I immediately called my insurance company and Kennco construction was their preferred choice, and I quickly found out why.From the first time I spoke to Billy on the phone and then met Billy when he came to assess the damage I we're so impressed with their professionalism and compassion for our situation. They did everything they could to make a horrible situation as best as possible. Billy and Shannon's crew work quickly and closely with us and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.My home now looks better than it did when it was first built and brand new!!
Cris P.: This was my second time using KennCo. The first time was to repair quite a bit of storm damage (roofing, siding, drywall) which was arranged through my insurance company. I liked the work they did, so hired them for cosmetic work on my house: replacing and painting rotted soffits, fascias, and semi-decorative woodwork. The thing I appreciated most was that there was a good amount of communication. I knew when workers were going to be coming to the house. The workers were polite, did their jobs efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves.
Don Schooler: In January 2019, a rental house we owned suffered fire damage that required extensive repair. The project lasted eleven months. This was a new experience for us and after contacting our insurance company, we were advised to hire a contractor that we, and the insurance company, could work with. We had known the former owner of Kennco and called to see if he still had contact with the company. He referred us to the new owner, Eric Purvis who had been with Kennco for years and purchased it from the former owner. Eric called me within minutes of talking to the former owner. My wife and I met with him and he outlined how the process worked with three entities involved—the home owner, the contractor and the insurance company. The process, for most, is a new experience and somewhat complicated. Eric’s guidance was invaluable . After going through the reconstruction, everything Eric told us turned out to be true. The project flowed very well and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Kennco, through the years, has established a good reputation and a solid relationship with area insurance companies. This is a very important factor in choosing the right construction company for a project of this magnitude. A fire damaged remodel is totally different from a new house construction. Again, this is a major factor in choosing the right construction company. Eric has put together a good staff within his company and has developed good relationships with quality subcontractors. The on location supervisors and the internal accounting department personnel were all first class. Any issues of concern that arose were addressed immediately and resolved in a cordial discussion.

May Thompson: I am livid. I spent 1,400 on a refrigerator that arrived(Tuesday) damaged, so I refused delivery. Wednesday I canceled the replacement and requested a refund. I was told 3 days. Well we are well into the next week and still no refund. I would like to thank Kirk and Betty who are trying to help me actually get my refund but Home Depot needs to do something to change the way they do damaged appliance returns. The customer should be able to go into the store and get their refund the same day if not the next they should Not still be out $1,400 a week later.

Despite placing an order online and providing my contact information, they never called to schedule a delivery window. I figured the first time was just a glitch in their system, however when I rescheduled for the next available date and set the four hour window for 7:30-11:30am they scheduled me the day of for a 12:00-4:00pm delivery. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my problem. I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery that never arrived. I will not be using Home Depot's delivery service again and would caution others to consider alternative options.

Jamie Burchett: I went to the lawn and garden to buy 24 landscape blocks. When checking out at the outside lawn and garden register, they scanned the 24 block. Then, because I had 100.00 bill, they told me I would have to go inside and check out again because they couldn't cash it out there. That they didn't have enough money. Now my bill was 76 dollars, and some change. Do you mean at your busiest time of year they didn't have the 20 some dollars and change? Come on Lowe's you can do better.

Woodpecker Peckswood: my review is based on lack of customer service at this location and I come here often. today I just ordered something online and went to pick it up. as I arrived the employee standing at pick up took off their vest and walked away. I look over and see 5 people in the return line. Kenzie and Nate both working customer service . After 5 min or so neither acknowledged me, so I ask loudly if Im supposed to move over to the return line. Nate said yes. Geez thanks Nate for telling me after standing there visible to you for over 5 minutes. Kenzie ended up helping me but lacked basic knowledge how to read the screen and kept referring to my purchase as "the thing with a weird name" it's was a sander.. 😄. so you can't expect to save time or pick up items here with any efficiency because you end up in their slow return line with everyone else. this has happened simular a few times. then another time I purchased $140 at the store and apparently your system was glitching because the cashier told me it didn't work and to run my card again. well of course she ran the purchase twice but I only received one receipt. so I didn't know until I got home and my bank account is empty. I called and was told to come in to fix it. when I did I couldn't get the customer service person to give me the refund it turned into a, get me your manager situation. just ridiculous! clearly hiring the youngest people that have zero clue how to treat a customer or have any sense of urgency .. everyone is aloof and annoyed they have to help a customer. well im annoyed at this branch and your lack of management and training so you get a deserved review.

Susie Rea: Bought a self propelled Troy Bulit mower from Menards and it was to slow for me. I am 6ft tall so I walk fast want a fast self propelled mower. Called and spoke to the manager at the Eastgate location and he informed me that once I put gas in it, it's mines no return or exchange for a faster one. Sold it at a loss and went to HOME DEPOT asked about their return policy on mowers and was told if it didn't work for me I could bring it back no problem. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM MENARDS. They do not stand behind the products they sell..

Bryan Snow: Friendly enough employees. Hard to find any if you need assistance though. Checking the website/app is useless because half the stuff they say they have isn't on the shelf so you have to hunt down an employee to help you, and they tell you it's 'upstairs' and except you to know what that means (it's basically 'in the back' and they would have to go get it).
David Fraley: Do NOT buy anything that says SPECIAL ORDER! They will charge you a 25% restocking fee if you have to return it for any reason. LOWES and HOME DEPOT has never done that to me. I would give them zero stars if I could. And this after I spent over an hour completing the return process. Outrageous. Will not do business with them again!

Kris Bishop: I have always found what Ive needed here. I can in for one simple thing, and it was 10 minutes til closing time. I get it. However the worker behind the front counter upon my arrival was clearly disappointed with my choice to come in and grab what I needed quickly. Instead of asking what I needed or to help me find it, he scuffled and made sure I knew the store was closing in “5 minutes”. I arrived at 6:48 and the store closes at 7. Disappointed!

Hannah Spratt: This is my go-to spot for spring gardening supplies. Their prices are good and it's so convenient! Not overwhelmingly crowded like those big box stores. And, I happened to stumble upon their Spring plant sale last year. Awesome plants/trees/veggies!Plus, there's a lot of untapped potential for all of my other hardware needs. I definitely need to check out the house paint. They seem to have great selection.

Lorelei Valkenburg: I like what the store has available and the plant sales have had some extremely good deals. However, I can't understand why they close so early. On Sunday at 5pm they had to turn at least half a dozen people away. Also one employee hassled us at least 8 different times about the fact they were closing, interrupting our thought process and making us take longer. We still checked out at 5 to 5. Anyway, it's nice to shop local.
