James Boren: It's The Most Friendliest Place For A Trucker To Go To!!!
Robert Ranelle: Other than you have to pretty much have to keep to your appointment, the people here are extremely nice, and seem to be pretty quick at getting you unloaded
kraziechloe: This a great place to volunteer at. Everyone comes in ready to work and get things done while having a good time helping with a good cause. If you have the time I sincerely recommend volunteering!
Scott Salmon.: Quick unload, nice people, no overnight parking, don't arrive too early
Judy Reyes: I loved being a part of helping others.
Tajinderpal singh: good people fast unload night truck park spot
Reene Blevins: Wonderful place to volunteer to help people
Carl C: Good cause with Godly people.
raymond ragan: Had a blast!
John Hill: Great place to bring a group to serve others and share hope! Contact them about their Tuesday night projects.
Tim Hutson: People there were passive aggressive, rude and lazy. Will not return.
CMN R: This is the same review I left on their facebook page, I am putting it here because facebook has recently made changes to their reviews and you can't find any negative reviews if you search for them. It is set up to only favor positive recommendations. I drove over there to drop off my 2 girls age 16 and 17 to volunteer w a church group. This date had been scheduled for their group for at least a couple of weeks. I signed a consent form last summer, not even a year ago. I didn't know if they would need to sign another one or not, so I told them to go to the door and ask someone for the form so I could sign it and leave. (I had my son with me and could not leave him in the car alone.) My oldest went to the door and no one would let her in. She just kept ringing the bell until I guess someone was annoyed enough to come see about it. This woman would not even open the door to speak to her, guess she was afraid of a disease? So my daughter asks her for a permission form, and the woman says they don't have any. Seriously? She wouldn't give her one! We were 20 min early for the arrival time we were given, which I didn't think was that big of a deal. I figured they had a waiting area at least. I told my daughter that probably the form I signed last summer would work since it hadn't even been a year. I had to leave and could not stay any longer. I drove home and they eventually let my girls in the building, (was 40F outside, but no one there cares). They called me and said they had to have me come sign the form or I had to come and get them. I said I would just come and get them after their dad got home. I already unloaded my son and knew I couldn't get him back in the van (he is 21, but has a mental disability). My oldest handed the phone to the same woman who didn't help us earlier. I told her I was just there 30 mins ago and tried to sign a form and you refused to give us one! She said well we didn't have them printed off yet. Oh, that would have took a really long time I suppose. I said well is there a specific form for each group that comes, she said no just a form for Tuesdays. I said well there are 52 Tuesdays every year, so start printing some off for next week. I told her this was poor management. To wait to the last min and not have anything ready and then be RUDE to volunteers. I went and got my kids and they won't be returning. It is volunteering- a gift horse, which they should be thankful for. Suppose a parent needs to go out of town and comes by to sign a form a few days before their kid is scheduled? I guess they don't need help very badly. UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER- So here we are one year later, my oldest daughter is now 19 and is doing an internship here in town at a medical facility. Her church group was volunteering at Convoy tonight, and since she is apparently much more forgiving than me (?) she decided to meet up with them after she got off from her internship. However she couldn't be there at the time they were starting so decided to come anyway even though she'd late. The door was locked so she rang the bell for someone to let her in, and they refused to let her in. She tried calling and no one will answer. So she has to find a ride now, (friend was dropping her off there), and she is locked outside in 20F weather. This is the snottiest group of folks, I can't believe this! Don't waste your time on these people, they clearly don't need help!
erin dalbey-rangel: If you want to volunteer, you can go to their warehouse on Tuesday nights to help with different projects.
Sarah Gardner: Very welcome to newcomers, very friendly people. Pretty easy tasks to do but it goes a long way #convoyofhope #volunteer
Olierra Ravenheart: A great organization and a fun place to volunteer!

Ozarks Food Harvest: what do users think?
Wires 49: Did not pick up can goods left at curb 👎
Tifany Grant: I've worked 30 years in the grocery business treating everyday as though I was managing my time at work in the community pantry. That was how I saw and still see the grocery store. People want what they want when they want, dealing with out of stocks and making sure the shelves were full was always a significant part of my ordering expectations. To take a trip to Springfield Missouri from the northwest to have everything settled into where I started from is so amazing.I'm merely taking a moment to say thank you and show my gratitude to the Lord for watching over me all these years. It just happens to be April 11th today and I have 4 people in my life who share this birthday. Happy Birthday to my mother and father, my uncle Don and my friend Jean. Jean you helped me immensely to stay with it at work for 9 years while finishing one stage of my life and starting another.I'm looking around the warehouse having spent time in warehouses as well. The energy of this space is pure and intentional. The desire to feed and help others extends from one set of hands to another. The work of men and women becomes the path of love. One delicious and fulfilling example at a time.
Karen Voskerchyan: Thank you for fast delivery

Milan BL: Great place to deliver to.Fast unload and street parking alowed.
Melody Pierson: Consider volunteering @ Ozark Food Harvest! t is a wonderful place to volunteer! I love that I can go there as a volunteer and work with other great volunteers from this area. The regular volunteers that you see every week and the coaches are wonderful! It feels more like spending time with extended family to help support our larger family of those in need in Springfield and the surrounding area. I also know that family of coaches, staff, and volunteers would be there for me if I needed to their support.
Oyeniyi Bukola Adeyemi: Nice, and I will come again to volunteer
Kelli Neel: Great organization and great staff!!!
Teresa Waters: CPO volunteered at OFH today! So fun and rewarding. Amazing staff.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ozarks: what do users think?
Hughes B-Correct: Great people here for sure.
Greyson Botts: This place really is AMAZING! TONS of free food and snacks. HUGE covered porch in the back with a grill. A playground for kids. Many rooms that can be used for family to spend time together. The building is gorgeous. The staff were so friendly, I get the feeling they really do want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very peaceful and quiet. MUCH nicer accommodations than I would be able to afford and it's FREE?!?!?! JUST WOW. I really can't say enough about it.
Christina Cordova: Staff was super friendly knowledgeable. The room was clean. Thank you so much
Eric Downey: Awesome place. The volunteer staff was awesome. Thank you all

dj campbell: It helps parents that can't afford to stay in a motel and or go back and forth from the hospital to home everyday
Stacey Deragowski: Can never say enough thanks for this place! When my Grandson was born and needed to stay in the NICU his Mother usually stayed with him but on occasion would go across the street for a hot shower, good nights sleep-if that was possible, and some home cooked food. It was good for her to know she wasn't alone. She was treated as family there. My Grandson is turning 2 in 3 days! So all is well. Thank you!
Cheryl Douglas: I have the privilege of volunteering with my client because I am a Direct Support Worker. My client's favorite chores are vacuuming, dusting/polishing the furniture, and disinfecting the playroom dishes and toys. We have cleaned the rooms, cleaned out the fridge, cleaned the family room in the basement, swept, swiffered, and cleaned the dining room table and chairs. When the weather is warm we sweep the front porch and pick off the deadheads on the hanging flower pots. We enjoy being a part of such a wonderful bunch of volunteers and consider the office staff our friends.
Rowena Culp: Nice place
Christina Baum: The staff was very nice the room was clean and comfortable
Elizabeth Smith: A great place to stay.
Tiffany West: Absolutely no words can express my feelings. And how thankful I am for these people and their help. I want to give back so badly! God blessed these people and volunteers.

American Red Cross: what do users think?
Lynn Davila: We had a house fire and ARC never followed up, after leaving messages, email, and submitting through Contact Us. When I did finally talk to someone, they said they would offer help with getting personal documents replaced and then nothing again. What a joke!
drake hall: Today I donated for my first time, I got light headed and almost passed out but they were very quick to treat me and pampered me 🤣 made sure I was feeling okay. And they were very very welcoming. I felt safe in their presence.
Marlena Houk: I had recently had a house fire and American Red Cross was able to help my family able to survive through this tragic event that we went through. Thank you Red Cross. For families that go through very difficult situations please don't feel like you're taking advantage in desperate times. Reach out to American Red Cross let them help you and seek out other organizations that will be able to help you get back on your feet

Donald Hossli: Nice facility for obtaining my instructor certifications.
Virginia Trimmer: Last Friday my family had a apartment fire. Our bedroom caught on fire due to someone throwing a lit cigarette on our patio and it blew under our slidding doors. Our 12 year old son caught it and started putting it out then ran next door amd called for help and got out. The fire was STILL going strong under our place. ANYWAYS yesterday my husband and I went to salvation army and we called Red cross from there. Told them all that happened and they blessed us with help to get things needed ALONG with salvation army!
