matthew warmbrodt: Top notch service! We were stranded when our bearings went out on our camper. We had a RV repair man grease them up in March, the work was done poorly resulting in the blow out. All Trailer came to the rescue and got us up and going again, I highly recommend them.
Jonathan: These guys are awesome! They've got us out of a bind multiple times and they're really nice guys. Not just that, they are absolute experts at repairing any kind of trailer issue. Check this out: our shop moved to Strafford (if you don't know the area, Strafford is a town that is about 15 minutes down i-44 from Springfield) and there are closer trailer repair shops but we still use All Trailer because they've never disappointed or let us down. That says something. If you could use a service like this, give them a shot if you haven't yet. You'll be happy you did.

Shane Gibbs: Newer (2021) 28’ dual axle camper. Went through 2 tires on the back right. Crump’s aligned the axles and changed my failing tire. Showed me what was wrong with the alignment. Joe Dugan: Dale installed my apu about 5 years ago and we've had a few issues with it but they've always taken care of me at a very reasonable price. Since we live on the east coast, it's not always easy to bring it to him for repairs, but whenever we are in the area we always stop by for service. We had a custom installation that put the unit on our rear deck plate and he built a custom frame for it and had it ready when I arrived and did the complete installation in one afternoon. The employees are the nicest people, and answer all of your questions so that you can understand. Dale has walked us through some issues over the phone after hours. The great thing is they provide a great service with a reasonable price and I never have to worry about being "ripped off".

ALICA Stagner: I called about some locks for my truck toolbox. After rushing up there before they closed, Mark Wheeler came out and took the old ones off and installed the new ones. I was so impressed with the customer service not only from him but the lady at the front desk. I couldn't believe that as cold and windy as it was that day he would still take the time to go above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and bought the right lock. Thank you so much Mark. I would definitely recommend Go Classic Trailer to everyone.
Invictus Gaming: Driving by the place and one of their drivers in a semi truck had his nose sticking out in the lane so I honk at him to let him know should train the driver better awareness of the size of the vechicle his in. I also received a honk in return. Time is 225pm on July 25 2018. Received a response from owner that told me he didn't have any connection to the driver. 😀

Dennis Meredith: This company is not very customer oriented and did not want our business. I first called to see if they could identify a hitch that was in our vehicle due to the fact we were not the original owner. I seemed to get the cold shoulder. I thought maybe that person was just having a bad day so I dismissed it. I then sent my wife by with the vehicle to see if they could identify the hitch. She received the same response and was quoted a outlandish price for a new one which is not what I ask for. Needless to say we left disappointed. I then reached out to Redneck Trailer sales. They were very helpful identified what my options were and was able to offer a kit so I could transfer my hitch from my old truck to the new one we purchased. If classic trailer is to stay in business they need to be more customer oriented. We are new to the area and classic trailer was recommended to us. I hope they do not treat all new potential customers like I was treated.
Brandy Henderson: As a single woman it can often be intimidating to work with a shop of this nature. After reaching out to a large chain store to request a fifth wheel hitch install and being quoted an extremely over priced amount, I reached out to Classic Trailer. I was quoted a fair price. On the day of install I was treated to friendly and respectful service. I highly recommend
J B (Dude and dog): I went in there in person received a final price for an install for a truck bed. They told me $2750 that is with them removing my bed purchase of another bed install and out the door. Today was the day to get the check to the guy that owns it so they could do it tomorrow. Called them only tfor he notified that it is now going to cost almost $3500. Pretty much argued with them on an invoice given to me and they still refused to honor the invoice price. I was recommended to them by several people considering I’m not really from here. Turns out they are just like every other salesman. I don’t wish them ill-will but for my experience it was nothing but bull and a waste of time.
