Christopher Mann: Very helpful and great customer service. Repairs are reasonable and timely.
Stuart Johnson: Very helpful
Rob Moon: Great company to work with
mark c: Kabota dealer that happens to sale grasshoppers. Not the most knowledgeable or energetic staff concerning mowers.
Stephen Tassin: I have a Kubota Zero Turn that's been having electrical issues lately. Cole & his crew did an outstanding job working to get it fixed. As usual with electrical issues, it took a few stabs at it but they kept at it til it got resolved. Thanks to Cole & the whole crew at Crown Power for their tremendous work & dedication to customer service & getting it right!
Taylor Cunningham: Kole and Rob were absolutely great to work with getting our loader serviced and cleaned. They even picked it up from one location and delivered it to another location to help us out. From start to finish every employee I talked with was kind and prompt in getting us taken care of. Rob was especially nice to work with and did everything we asked without a hitch. Rob deserves a raise!
John Grady II: Purchased a new tractor from these guys and they have been great to work with. Brian got me the quote immediately and once we agreed on the price for the tractor and implements I wanted that was it.During dealer prep they discovered an issue with the tractor and were able to get a new part and get it replaced quickly so I could get to work. Brian kept me in the loop about what was going on and where we were in the process along the way.Even with the repair that was needed on a lift arm, from initial contact to delivery was 16 days! More than acceptable in current times..This was not the only dealer/brand I looked into.. but was the only dealer that seemed like they wanted to sell a tractor... big green and blue just didn't seem to give to cents about me wanting to make a purchase.. besides Kubota is better anyway :)Thanks again Brian!

Heritage Tractor: what do users think?
Rob Moon: Good company bought 4 tractors here will never go anywhere elseSales department is 5 start service departmentGets 1 star
Shayne Shirey: I was involved in an accident and my JD 535 baler was totaled. Came in to get a replacement cost for my baler from Paul. Never received a quote, but got a smart aleck comment about me wearing a S&H hat into their store. They have several used 535s, a 567, and a 568 in inventory I had seen on their website. I was really interested in the 568. Well Paul you just GUARANTEED I'II be buying a New Holland from S & H like you said. Thank you for making my decision easier.
Eddie Mora: Very disrespectful ppl here
Tony Stubblefield: $100 part, $850 in labor to install. Ridiculous.
Ed Armstrong: Very nice folks. No high pressure sales. Makes sure to introduce you to all the features and how to operate them. I am very pleased. Highly recommend them.
Rebecca Kolander: Incredible Place- the Only Place- I'd ever buy a piece of Farm equipment from. Jeremy C. knows his stuff, as I am sure all the sales help does! So Professional- A wealth of knowledge and walked me thru all my purchasing options. Fantastic Service!
Ryan Henderson: Staff is helpful and James is by far the best service tech around
Jessica Brown: I have only been here a handful of times, but everytime I deal with them on the phone or at the store I am always more then satisfied with the level of customer service I receive. The parts team went above and beyond to be sure that we had what we need to repair the bucket hydraulic on our 332 skid steer. I will be giving all my business to these guys!!
Tami Roberts: Bunch of friendly folk, remembered me after 20 years
Laura Gatton: My husband and me go here several times to get parts for our John deere equipment. They are always very helpful. Great customer service every time we go there
Pamela Ehlers: The sales team is fantastic! They handled all of my questions in prompt fashion.
bridgette dotson: The staff wasn't very nice, however adequate parking.
Reah Simmoneau: Great experience! Dalton was ready to answer any questions we had and was knowledgeable about the tractors we were looking at. We were in and out quickly with fast delivery. Good job guys we will be back.
Jeff Myers: If you need John Deere parts or equipment this is the right place. They have just about or can get what you need. I recommend using the website for research. It is full of information of equipment diagrams and costs on parts. They're a very busy location, you may be on hold for a while if one was to call in. Call or in-store shopping should be done early if at all possible. I ordered all parts online and had delivered to Heritage. Direct shipping is available too. Second time in 11yrs using Heritage aka Larson. Our John Deere mower of 12 years has only had one problem and that was due to my error. Can't go wrong with Heritage Tractor or John Deere.
Beth Mitchell: Update: Heritage Tractor called me after reading this review and dismissed the bill.Bought a battery from their parts department and put it in myself. Mower still wouldn’t work. Had them come pick up the mower. Called me to tell me the battery (the brand new one) was bad and they had to replace it. Said they weren’t charging me for the new battery but I owed them $145 for picking up the mower and the labor for diagnosing they had sold me a defective product.
Kyle Cat: Bearings locked up on the pulley on my John Deere rider. I was mowing a large yard for an elderly neighbor. I called into Heritage and got Rendall on the phone. He let me know that they had a new pulley, nut and belt in stock. I loaded the mower and headed straight over. Rendall and Jeremy went above and beyond and actually came out and assembled the pulley and put on the belt for me. I was able to finish the job and catch a flight out the next morning. This high level of customer service is greatly appreciated 👍. Thanks guys!! Excellent experience 🤠
Jason Budd: I just purchased a tractor from Heritage, and I have to say; this was one of the greatest buying experiences I have ever had. Austin Craven, and Steve Titus were EPIC sales representatives. I honestly felt like I had known these guys for years. They had great senses of humor, and an amazing knowledge of the product I was searching for.I can only hope, at this point, that the ownership experience is equal to the buying experience. Heads up service department, I am looking forward to my experience with you.UPDATE:I just went back, one year later, and bought a Z375R 54in deck zero turn mower. I walked in, and was treated like a customer who is there every day. They even remembered my name! I was shocked to say the least. Thanks to Austin, Heritage has gained a customer for life.
E Wise: I bought a lawn mower from Heritage and it was a great buying experience. The salesman was very nice and helpful. If you buy Deere mowers it is better to buy from a dealership than through a big box store.
The Clarks: They have a great selection of John Deere equipment. The prices are reasonable. I buy things for my home 275 lawn mower.
Mark Gordon: They have whatever ag or lawncare equipment you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just have to drive too far, need a location in the Monett or Aurora.
ROY Stephenson: Had an oil leak on my new JD mower. They fixed it under warranty, and were a pleasure to deal with

WCT Farm & Lawn LLC: what do users think?
Chief Pvfpd: Awesome 👍 from the minute I walked in the door was treated with respect and courtesy and Cecil knew his stuff highly recommended if your looking for azero turn go here thanks guys you earned my business today
Eric NTexas: Staff and owners are very kind and informative, they truly seem to appreciate people for shopping with them and choosing to be their customers.
Charli Schisler: Great place and super helpful people! Took a few tries to find the exact parts we needed since LS changed the part and bracket arrangement but Jon did a great job for us and got the right parts!!!Thank you Jon and WCT !!
KJD: These people are awesome! They have a great business, great products and know how to treat their customers!
Mike Linker: Good people good service
Steve Wood: I have a TYM Tractor they are a dealer great tractor had a John Deer liked both . They had the parts I needed. Very nice facility and very friendly. Good chain saw selection Echo @Shindowa
Eddie Mora: Helpful and friendly staff
Will J: I enjoyed interacting with the people here. My purchase was an enjoyable experience. I liked the fact. I could get a tractor, and a trailer. In the same place.
W Lew: Called to see about purchasing some hydraulic fluid for my Zetor 4321. I purchased this tractor from this dealership. I was told they don’t have that weight of transmission fluid. I was then told I can have a phone number for zetor if I need to verify anything. My reply was I bought the tractor at this dealership, so I was hoping you guys could steer me in the right direction. I was then told that they don’t deal with Zetor or any longer. I was disregarded basically as a customer because they don’t sell Zetor tractors anymore. I plan on buying a new 80 hp tractor in the spring. I will never buy another tractor from this location because the guy I talk to you in parts didn’t seem to really care about service for my existing tractor. If all they’re interested in selling tractors, not servicing their customers, this place will never last. I never had any customer issues prior to this and now I am disappointed and will not return
Mark Schroeder: Best Echo dealer around! Great people to work with on parts and tractor supplies.
Jennifer Bressner: Our buying experience was awesome. Super nice people, very willing to spend the time to answer all of our questions. Our delivery was delayed due to Farm fest, and they were eager and quick to make it happen. Tyler delivered it and was patient with me, a first time tractor owner. I was very nervous. He was thorough in his explanations and made it fun. I appreciated the fact that he stayed long enough to watch me use the machine and made me put on the impliments myself. After he left, I went straight to work! Super happy with my tractor. It's life changing, as I was doing everything by hand before.
Kevin Fredley: I had a problem with my PTO not engaging on my TYM tractor. Tyler went out of his way to stop by my house to look at my problem on his own time. Tyler was about to not only find the problem but was able to correct the problem. This saved me a lot of time and a trip to the shop. Tyler's dedication to his job reflects not only on his work ethic but on the quality of personnel that works for WCT.
Dan Caldwell: They take care of your needs. Good equipment.
Travis Williams: From the sales to the delivery the staff went above and beyond to make my buying experience great. The newer owners were amazing to work with and it shows through staff testaments of how wonderful they are to their customers and employees. Thank you WCT!
michael brown: We've been dealing with a problematic LS tractor for quite awhile, we lost our local dealership and WCT folks helped us diagnose over the phone, sent us the part needed, extremely helpful and understanding of our situation being too far away to service. We'll definitely be repeat customers.
Darin J: I purchased my Snapper Z550 from WCT Farm & Lawn in the summer of 2018 and have been extremely pleased with it. A little while back I backed over a stump that I did not see and bent my right spindle and bent the top of the deck. Keep in mind this was a 10 gauge steel deck. I was aggravated to say the least. So, I tried to do the repairs myself but I was not able to get it fixed for numerous reasons. I then took it back to WCT Farm & Lawn in Strafford and they were able to make the repairs needed. I was afraid I was going to have to purchase a new deck which was very expensive but, they were able to repair mine and save me a lot of money. Most places would have tried to sell me a new deck but they did not. Now I am back up and going. This is why when it comes time for me to purchase another mower, I will look nowhere else but WCT Farm & Lawn in Strafford. Steve, Tammy and the crew were all super nice. Highly recommend
Deeproots Lawn care: Customer service is always top notch. Parts dept always helpful. Sales dept always excellent!
Buffey Bolin: I would not recommend this business to anyone. My father n law bought an LS tractor from them and hàs nothing but problems. WCT farm store has given him the run around on the problems and has never been able to fix it. The latest excuse from them is that the 4 wheel drive brake combination is banging and making noise because it needs new tires. That's ridiculous. The tractor doesn't have very many hours on it and the tires are not bad. It was purchased 4 yrs ago. Our McCormick tractor has 2,000 hours on it and we've had it for 10 years and no problems. Bottom line they don't stand behind the equipment they sell. They have to take it out of state for repairs as their in house mechanics can't fix anything outside of minor issues. Buyer beware if you are thinking of buying anything from this business.
Blayden White: Wonderful customer service they helped me find the best deals and did not force me into things. I would DEFINITELY recommend Webster County Tractor.
Adam Russell: Bought an ls tractor brush cutter and trailer back in 2020 any time I had issues it was not covered under warranty. I found out I wasn’t the only person experiencing this with this dealer.
Jonnathan Bartel: After shopping at four other tractor dealers and researching six other tractor brands, I bought a TYM tractor, LS rotary mower, and Rhino blade from WCT. I felt they gave me the best value (quality for the price) of everything I looked at and researched. Also very friendly and helpful with all my questions. There was one miscommunication as to what type of transmission on the tractor I was getting, but we worked out a compromise to make up for it. They even delivered it to me.
