Brian got me the quote immediately and once we agreed on the price for the tractor and implements I wanted that was it.During dealer prep they discovered an issue with the tractor and were able to get a new part and get it replaced quickly so I could get to work. Brian kept me in the loop about what was going on and where we were in the process along the way.Even with the repair that was needed on a lift arm, from initial contact to delivery was 16 days! More than acceptable in current times..This was not the only dealer/brand I looked into.. but was the only dealer that seemed like they wanted to sell a tractor... big green and blue just didn't seem to give to cents about me wanting to make a purchase.. besides Kubota is better anyway :)Thanks again Brian!

Springfield bobcat came to my job, rebuilt two lift arm cylinders,two seals in the hydrostat, 3 hydraulic filters. 2-1/2 hrs. Do the math.

Frank Gatto: I recently bought a 1953 MF 35 that was rebuilt at this shop. I received an invoice showing a rebuilt generator, new voltage regulator, rebuilt water pump, new thermostat, rebuilt radiator, new wiring harness, new clutch pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing, rebuilt transmission shaft, rebuilt engine, new crankshaft, new clutch release shafts and bushings, and new ground cable completed in September of 2019. When I bought it, the guy who sold it to me said it had 11 hours on the new engine. I've drove it 9 hours and it started going really slow and the steering is very stiff. It appears to be leaking at the very minimum oil and radiator fluid and possibly even hydraulic fluid, it's hard to tell as there is so much oil everywhere. I tried to contact them here on Facebook to get some info on the problems. The following morning, during business hours, I tried to call to discuss these issues. I was told that since I was not the person the work was done for and was not the one who "they made money off of" (their words) they could not help me. They were VERY rude and both husband and wife hung up on me.
